I am wondering why Shell Canada did not change the retailor in this station yet. Very rude customer service and very expensive price. Over a discussion, the girl on the cashier was yelling at an old lady (a customer) when I was there. The old lady told her to not raise her voice on her but the girl didnt mind to continue yelling at her and accusing her to be a liar. Such a pity for a such a big company. If i could give 0 star, I wouldnt hesitate it.

I would rate 0 star! The cashier was extremely rude and showed rage in her voice! We purchased a car wash and she was like we are not accepting credit card! The prices were high at this location and top of it they don’t accept credit card! We are loosing our cash back on cards! Cashier was showing full on attitude. Not only with us, but she was arguing and was in heated argument with other people as well while we were in line!

The lady cashier was so rude! February 21,2023,1;10 pm She dont want to change my $100.00 bill, i was in emergency to buy phone charger and i need to call somebody urgently. How can you buy if you have only 100 bill, she dont want to change my money, this is very unappropriate to your customer. Shell management should do something, How this business still existing if you dont have money to change your customer? This is so disappointing

I always use shell for gas this location he says washroom is not working this is the 3rd time he said its not working i dont know why they dont people use washrooms

Importantly, I always pay the gas at the pump without going inside to get a receipt because I believe there is a function of having an receipt when my gas filling is done.
However, most of time, this gas station that I always visit has not given me any receipt at the pump so I had to go to the store to get it.
Basically, the machine’s receipt is not coming because there is no paper I guess?
I asked to the staff members who work at that gas station, but they did not listen to me properly.
They said “okay will do or machine’s problem” next day I visited again they said “got it “
My point is what is their attitude? They did not try to replace anything at all
Well, it is a simple just change or replace the receipt’s paper so that people could get it at the pump right away when they click the receipt button on the screen.
** Staff members will ignore you when you ask something right to do for the customers**

Beware of this gas station & car wash - they caused major damage to my vehicle as well as ripped a tire during the car wash. This costed me several thousand dollars to repair! The employee Poonam at this gas station is an embarrassment to Shell. I politely asked for her managers contact information, but she refused to provide. Rather, she insulted me and blamed me for not knowing how to drive my car. I am shocked at how Shell could allow such an incompetent and disrespectful employee to work at their gas stations!

Helpful staff, politely speaking girl she helped me in the carwash. Really appreciable things they are doing out there. Will definitely recommend this gas station service.

Stupid attendant. Don’t know how to speak English. I came around 10 pm to do car wash and the app wasn’t working. So I called him. No help just hang up. Worst worst. The gas station wasn’t that busy as well.

Really nice gas stations. The 12 pumps are spread out and there is a nice car wash. The convenience store is a good size with a coffee/pastry section, a large slushie section, and a hot dog machine.

I purchased two deluxe washes with the buy 1 get 1 fifty percent off. Went through wash and the bird poop was not removed. The clerk comped me a wash. Very good. Thank you

There’s firewood, ice, beverages, Lotto, snacks, vehicle fluids & some parts in the Select convenience store as well as a clean washroom.

The staff are friendly.

Three grades of fuel are available from 12 self-serve pump stations but no diesel.

A car wash and vacuum service is also onsite.

DO NOT use the car wash here. Does not work right for some reason. Saw two people ahead of me complaining and decided not to go for it.

It is good for just having cleaner car than the raining time.if you care about how good your car is cleaned, dont go there!

I’m not sure who trained the employees to be totally disrespectful but management needs to step in. If I’m buying lottery tickets your cashiers will absolutely NOT get to touch the ticket I’m paying for. I will choose it, I will scan it, I will pay for it. Otherwise I take my business elsewhere! I've been washing my car there for almost a year. I always opt for undercarriage wash as I did today. I just found out that the car has not been washed underneath. I regret that I didn't check ealrier. Won't visit this gas station again.

Do NOT TRY CAR WASH!
My car mirror almost got yanked off. My gas cap broken now and my brakes on pass side make loud noise suddenly and there's soap and water all over.
Employee wouldn't refund blamed me for not tucking in mirrors and not locking my car cuz my gas cap is push to open. When car is in drive all doors auto lock seconds after car in drive, only open if gear shifts to Park. Anyways my gas cap won't lock anymore and try second time with mirrors tucked in
First time my mirror almost broke second time even tho was tucked it broke. My mirror has special sensor now i have to pay to repair all this

I left with scratches on my roof and trunk and rather than listening to my complaint seriously, attended just replied sir you can go somewhere else if you are not satisfied with our service.

This Gas station is having one of the number one unprofessional service in the city, No Washroom, the guy who working in the night shift having very poor customer service attitude, and very rude to people!

I got shortchanged by the cashier on purpose. Manger put the blame on me and didnt take responsibility. Managers name is paul, one of the slimiest people ive met.

This car wash does not have a touchless option even though they show it on the display when you pay at the pump. The brushes on the wash leave swirl marks and scratch your car up pretty badly. I learned this the hard way and have to get my car detailed now as a result. Words cannot describe how angry I am with this place.

Pathetic car service. Scratches have been made on the rooftop, trunk not cleaned properly and stain spots left all over the car. So thoroughly gutted for going there.

All the employees are treating their customers well and providing excellent customer services. I had an Appreciable experience at this store

This gas station has no customer service what so ever, they refuse to let people use their washroom without proper reasons, treating us like thieves. Highly recommend people go to the esso right beside it.

DONT WASH YOUR CAR HERE. Extemely POOR customer services. Showed him all the scratches and the most ridiculous response was said he didn't see anything, showed him the picture I took in front of him still didn't care to look and gave the same response. See the pictures.

NOT EVEN THE CHEAPEST GAS IN TOWN.
