Worst gas station in Ottawa.you are taking your life in your hands going through the car wash. I tried to tell the attendant the carwash wasn't working he basically laughed in my face.

Not allowed in store basically after dark. I've been there at 10pm 4am 6 am refused entry. I work straight nights luckily the other two gas stations near by happily serve there customers.

They can’t give you refunds for something you just bought because they don’t know how or simply don’t want to. Every staff member is rude and doesn’t even reply to your greeting or thank you. Never coming here again

Rare occasion today as this station was the lowest price gas in the area. I would buy premium gas here for my boats and various small engines but the clerks have no idea whether the premium gas has ethanol which is detrimental to small engines. Some shell station pumps have a no ethanol sticker. Apparently it depends on the station owner. Shell website provides all sorts of info on various blends but nothing on ethanol.

Most terrible rude people I have ever encountered. Avoid this gas station all together if you can.

Car wash is never working and is absolutely terrible for the price point. Last time buying their seasonal car wash. Will be returning to Petro Canada

I was charged for two of a single item I purchased and as I was leaving the customer behind me was charged an extra ten dollars for his gas.

Double charged me today at the pump, and as of course I will be getting my money back, I still don’t trust them. The manager told me it would take a week to get back to me.also reading other reviews of people being double charged.safe to say I will not return here.

This location always sh.t never change

I been purchase from This location over 10 years but last couple of years they have a Zero customer service cashiers not response properly to customer request specialy lady working day time she is so awkward.this location need new ownership or management.

The overnight guy is phenomenal never had a problem with him, but the lady who works days has been a problem. We went to pay mostly with cash the rest on card we gave $20 so the rest would have only been $3 but when we got home I checked the bank account and it had been charged $19 she just took most of our money.

This gas station is shady. Bought a 7-up and some chips. Cashier scanned them and then scanned something under his desk. When I got my receipt I was charged for a more expensive item than the chips. Was charged for "Wonka bottle caps" which I believe the cashier wanted for himself and so charged me for those instead.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The reviews speak for themselves and although Shell corporate replies to all of them it’s clear that absolutely nothing is being done about it. Multiple terrible experiences. There’s an Esso and Ultramar right down the road with 5/5 star service therefor avoid this one at all costs!

Irritated with this place. If I had a choice I would give it no stars. Called for information on car wash gift cards. Worker told me he couldn't help me over phone with this and that I had to go in. Proceeded to ask about regular shell gift cards. Told me he had lots and so asked again and he confirmed he had lots. Went in next day and they had not one shell gift card. He basically lied to me. Not impressed. Had to give cash for present. Embarrassing.

My granddaughter went in to buy a slushie and had $2.00 in nickels and dimes and they refused to take it because they said they did not have time to count it. Will never go there again. This is not the first time I have had issues at this location. The only reason I gave 1 star is because it would not let me post unless I gave at least 1 star. I would give zero stars if it would let me. When I called the girl on the phone she denied it. 3 girls went to the store and the older girl paid because they refused the change. Horrible service and they will never get my money. If my coin isn't good enough either are my bills.

I almost like coming here just to see the drama. It's such a mess. Last time I came here, the company only had one young girl working (poor her), and the car wash was having major problems. It broke somebodies wheel cover so she had to lock us in the store for 15 minutes while dealing with that. I finally paid for my gas as another gentleman in a classic car was upset that his car was covered in soap. Dont come here if you're in a hurry

Worst gas station ever, the car wash is closed almost every other day even in weather over zero degrees.

Credit card was compromised at this location.
This problem seems to have been fixed however.
The customed service at this location is just terrible. Why does the cashier has her airpods on? I think it is known that having earphones on when talking to people is rude, so imagine doing so when your job is to interact with people.

Finally after long time I visited to this gas station, what a Big change with customer service and new staff.very very happy with the service I received today.staff told me the old owner no longer in this location.from now on I will start to come again.keep up guys.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE. The last time i went here i paid for a full tank of gas and paid 100$$ and expected change. The guy inside tried to distract me and not give me my change. I had to ask twice to get my 16 $$ inchnage back. This is not the! St time this happened. I DO NOT TRUST ANYONE WHO WORKS AT THIS LOCATION.

A proper apology to the woman and teen that you took advantage of is in order. We will never go to you again.

Just went here last week and got double charged. When I confronted them about it they said there was nothing they could do.
I contacted TD bank and they are currently doing a fraud investigation at this location.

Terrible service they treat there customers terrible and the manager was awful and so un professional.

Very bad service for car wash. The car wash station is normally closed whenever the temperature reaches -10C and below. And there is no help from the stuff working there with compensation for the car wash pass if the car wash service was closed.

Staff member ignore clients.complaints about the car wash malfunction on numerous occassion.
The attendant also smell like he was vaping marijuana. 17 Jan 19 4pm Smelled pretty strong and obvious. Service at this station is very bad since newer employees. My spouse refuses to go inside also. I have been going to this location for over 10 yrs and can't believe it's going so terrible.

I have been using this location for many years, a convenient nearby location. In recent few months have noticed a poor service at this station. They force you to use prepay service and if you pay at the pump no receipt is produced unless you go inside. They have very poor customer service and the price is not competitive compare to others. Perhaps it is time to take our business somewhere else.

Went to this place for car washing around 10am today, and the carwash did not start after I put in the valid code. I tried to get the help from the only employee in the office, and the only thing she did is to give very ironic and provocative comments. IMHO, she should be fired because of her very unprofessional attitude and service.

The card readers don't work at the pumps and they take forever to tell you. 'Transaction cancelled' is all you will get, eventually, even after manually inputting my card #. What a waste of time. Said they swiped my Air Miles card at the cash but I'm pretty sure he didn't. And the one time I want a car wash here in years it's out of service. Good thing because if the card reader at the pump worked, it would've charged me for it! What a garbage Shell.

This station has a great location but the gas is typically more expensive than at a competing gas station. The staff is cheerful and welcoming but not knowledgeable about the products. BTW if you like coffee, skip using the Costa coffee machine since the coffee taste is subpar for what you pay for. The simulated sounds of a coffee shop should have been a warning hint that it would be a poor experience. Stick to Tim's or the Java stop at PetroCan stations.

Really bad experience today. Staff member very rude. Pre-pay pumps not clearly marked. (Was trying to use middle pump and was told it was pre pay, only pre pays marked were on the end). No effort for good customer service or attempt to help. Really just a waste for time going here today. Prices also appear to be higher in the am and drop throughout the day.
