Shell had a profit of $40 billion last year and yet has the outrageous audacity to charge $2 for air for your tires. Disgusting!

Friendly staff, I needed to use the washroom so I bought some snacks. Even though the sign on the washroom door said it was closed, it was in service. Thanks, Shell and the owner for keeping the washroom open.

The bathroom was suspiciously out of service during the long weekend. Hand written sign inside not outside?

Claims to be open 24 hours - is not. Was searching for a rest stop location along the path across northern Ontario. Showed up and couldn't even use a washroom. Not allowed into the store. That may be 24 hour availability of gas, but it's not actually open 24 hours. Can't comment on anything else for obvious reasons.

This is what I found today in the bathroom. This is a bathroom that you have to pay to use, which is very upsetting. This is not okay. I will reconsider going somewhere else to get gas after this.

My preferred fuel station in town. Would give 5 stars if station was full serve. Clerks are respectful and helpful.

Excellent service by aman. One of the best employee of this site. Dont let him go from here. We always stop by here just to see him.

They can not even keep their shelves stocked with chocolate milk why bother selling it if you never have any?

Why claim to be open 24 hours and then lock the door to the store. Stopped there with an empty tank and full bladder. Employee wouldn't even let me in the store to use the restroom and buy snacks to keep going. He basically just smiled and said no. Even when i brought up store being open 24 hours.

The old woman is extremely rude. Made me feel very sad. Also why do you get the straws and lids after paying? The slurpee machine was terrible. Literally filled up one slurpee before breaking. Terrible service. Fire the old witch.

The main woman who works in this location is one of the rudest people in customer service I have ever seen. After pouring a slushie for half a second and realizing it was completely liquid, I decided against purchasing. This woman then told us that she would be charging us for the slushie anyways. Apparently if their machines are down, it's the customers job to pay for repairs. Absolutely horrible service and rude people working there. Have been going to the smaller gas station in Kenora attached to Wholesale Club as they actually know how to speak to their customers with respect.

Always had been our go to stop on our way to Thunder Bay as the staff had always been friendly and the bathroom was always clean. We always got gas and bought snacks too but one time while we were waiting for our daughter to come out of the bathroom we were really treated really rudely by the manager/owner of the store. We were standing by the magazine rack and I was looking through a magazine for something that I had seen on the cover, contemplating whether or not to buy it. I had also just finished saying to my husband (within earshot of the staff) how much I enjoyed stopping at this location because the bathrooms were so well kept. The man in question was walking by bringing in deliveries and loudly told me to stop reading the magazine.that if I wanted to read it I needed to buy it. Understandable but keep in mind I had flipped through this magazine for all of about 10 seconds. I pointed this out to him and he snappily told me that he had watched my daughter (who was 13 at the time) look through a magazine while I was in the bathroom. Again for all of a few minutes! I pointed out to him that in order to buy a magazine most people will flip through it to see if there are enough interesting articles to make it worthwhile. We were not being rough with them and we put them back exactly where we got them from. Again I could understand if we had been standing there roughly paging through these magazines for upwards of 10 minutes but that was not the case. When my husband returned the key for the washroom and pointed this out to the man at the counter, he explained that the man that spoke to us was in charge, was correct in his approach and that we didn't need to come back if we didn't like it. We have not returned since and will not in the future.
