For two days in a row now, the windshield washer buckets are empty at all pumps. Going into the store to report the empty buckets brought blank stares and shrugged shoulders. Apparently no pride at all.

Hi. I frequent this shell regularly for gas, smokes or a Redbull in the morning. With out fail the clerk will either ring in two of an item and let me know that it's cheaper to buy two, ask repeatedly to the point of arguing, or will even ask if I'm already buying two of an item. I get it. You want to upsell. It comes off as really pushy and frankly sleezy. Your staff are doing what they are told to a fault. I now avoid the location after seeing the same people every day, remind them that Im buying one of an item and still have to be forced into a drawn out conversation to check off a long list of asks to purchase one item from the store. Its off putting and over the top. Please calm down with the high pressure sales, you're pushing away more business than getting mulit item purchases.

I did send in the details to shells website. This auto reply indescriminately on all comments is not helpful.

Very disappointed there are four parking spots directly in front of the "gas bar" one is for disabilities, the other two the staff uses, terrible torwards customers

Nice big parking lot. Plenty of room between the pumps. Ample parking for the convenience store. Generally supplies are plentiful outside. One star off as the price of diesel is always high.

The people who work in the convenience store are friendly & efficient. Washroom is generally above average for a gas station.

I have been using this station for years since it is only a few blocks from where I live. The employees are always friendly.

Shell always been a recommended pump but never knew they have rude employees who dnt wanna answer customers in an appropriate way when asked for price of the product specially at the current pump which i am talking about very bad behaviour by the cashier upon asking price for the product though i am buying the product.plzzz educate your staff to behave well we pay for the stuff do not ask stuff for free

After I filled up with fuel, I was refused free access to the tire pump. This is a generally unwritten rule at gas stations, that you can pump your tires for free if you get gas there. All gas stations sell essentially the same product so the customer service and support is literally the only thing distinguishing one gas station from the other. I will never be back.

Decent station in a good location. There aren't many gas stations around here.
The price here often tends to be a bit cheaper than many stations.

This one is for the manager who needs to pay the trainees during their one month training time.
