Today I visited this on 12 Feb 3AM I’m totally disappointed & due to bad service given by DHARAMVEER SINGH employee working here. He was ignoring me and Talking on phone with Someone on Airpods. Guys like this don’t know their job and value of customer service.

Worst customer service ever, Visited today at 2: 50 Am and waited for over 10 minutes outside knocked the door and and then employee come from back room was busy on phone his Name was: DHARAMVEER. He talked very rudely with us i wanted to talk to him about returning something he said you have used the item even i didnot touched the product. (Don’t know how these guys get hired & hire some good staff)

I went there today to fill my car gas tank and one lady came there in her car and start yelling on me without any reason. When i went in side the store and ask the casher regarding the lady she said, ”she is our manager”. I was shocked. I think managers try to provide good services and respectful behaviour to their customers. But this was the first manager who treat their customer rudely and yelling on them. After that, she parked her in front of gas filling pump and was doing there other work instead of filling gas in tank.

So annoyed with the employees that work at this station first I can't buy gas for 20 bucks and give her a 50 she has a attitude second went to pay for gas she was no cash she's counting money like are you kidding me then morning time the guy has no clue what to do he won't let you in to buy something please talk to your staff it's getting on my nerves

Had a positive experience at shell gas station. Ban was very professional and courteous and not to forget friendly. I would recommend all my friends to visit this particular shell.

First time filling at a Shell gas station since I’ve heard good things about Shell’s 91. Used the app to pay, it worked flawlessly. Just had to input pump number in the app and it was ready to fill.
Don’t know if this has been around for a while at Shell, but love gas stations where the pump can be hands free - especially in winter when you forget your gloves!
Saw some mixed reviews for this location, so thought I would share my experience.

Good service from the cashier.
I inserted my air miles card to avail the current offer of 10 miles for each 25 litres purchase.
When I got the receipt, found out my card was added.
I contacted the cashier May, she was helpful enough to add my air miles point.

My Young daughter Wanted to use the washroom but the cashier she refused to let her use it because she just mopped the floor very dirty store too
