I've been a loyal customer at this location for years, but not any more.twice recently I have taken Precise measurement container to get exactly 20 litres.pump says 20 litres but it's short about 3 to 4! According to government inspection sticker it has not been checked since 2021.

Over numerous occasions, you will routinely find “premium” gas 0.45 cents or more over regular. This is extreme in comparison to further out of the way Shell stations or those in GTA centres, where you would find higher regular pricing and yet still less price for premium.
The bigger issue is the pumps. Stations all over Ontario can process credit card payment at the pump - but NEVER this location. Business Translation: Make the customers come in to pay, so we can upsell coffee, snacks etc.

Very convenient pull through for diesel but diesel price was high. Filled my RV. Store had many food items including donuts

I like Shell very much but this one I have a problem. This is not the first time when I had trouble paying at the pump. Always getting declined transactions. When I try to go inside to pay, there is only one cashier and a long line up.
I am quitting and going to the next fuel station where I do not have any issues.
There is something wrong with online payments there.

BEWARE!
The community (drivers) who goes to this gas station should WATCH CARD CHARGES, the family who runs and operate this gas station is "shady" and when you CATCH their extra $$$ amount on your credit card, all (4) four of the family members from the son (cashier), the daughter, the mother and father will BULLY you because you discovered the wrong charges!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and YET THE HEAD OFFICE will NEVER correct this behavior, so to be safe and STAY AWAY from this type of shady business.
THIS IS FROM EXPERIENCE and sharing for you to know!

The hours of operation are kinda random. Arrive there sometimes when it says its to be open and it is not. Arrive much before it should be closed- it's closed.

Rip off gas station. Highest price for gas and diesel in the region. On average 20-25 cents more for either compared to other gas stations in the Dufferin region. Stay away.
