Amazing Experience! Everyone was very kind and friendly. I was seen almost immediately after being checked in and my mammogram technician was gentle and quick.

I recently did my sonohyterogram here and the doctors were very friendly and supportive throughout the procedure

Staff Is amazing the ladies at the front desk are so patient and kind, you can tell they really care about making sure people get attended to they made my day. I got my Sono procedure done here and it went smooth I didn’t feel any discomfort at all no pain at all Thank you so much for the great service you guys are awesome!

My first time on this location 1: 30pm appointment and I arrived at 1: 15pm waited for more than an hour and they said that they’re behind the schedule. All the patients who came in after me they’re all done and patients keep coming in I thought they forgot me to the que and doubled checked with the reception she said I’ll be the next to be called but new patients came in again those 5 patients they called and was done and yet my name wasn’t called yet. Is it normal to wait more than hour with appointment?

Clinic is very punctual. Staff and technicians are friendly and accommodating. It’s a pleasure coming to this clinic.

This location is a hit or miss for me at times. The staff at the front can be a bit stern and one can feel a bit unwelcome. Some of the ultrasound technicians during my pregnancy were fantastic and others were borderline unpleasant. The ultrasound sessions are long and a little suffocating, especially with technicians that are cold or a bit unfriendly. Only reason why I even consider going clinic is because my Midwives insist that this clinic provides consistently good results.

Staff is very welcoming. All staff members are very professional, polite, pleasant personality. Very clean environment. This is my 2nd visit there and both times it was a great, positive experience. Staff seems to always have a smile on their faces. Very patient when responding to questions one may have and work around to accommodate your appointment schedule time. Thanks guys. Stay as positive as you are, it eliminates stress

I had a great experience visiting the clinic for breast screening. The staff were so respectful and nice to people, specially the one who attended me. Before I’m scared and doesn’t want to examine my breast. But now no more fear. Thank you to all the staff of True North Imaging. More power to the team.

The service was amazing. The ultra sound technician put me at ease about concerns with my baby. She showed me and explained the different shots.

Busy day at True North, but all 3 appointments were pretty much on time. Staff were friendly and the reception woman was quite accommodating to a last minute addition to my schedule of appointments that day. Overall a very pleasant experience.
