Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel

There to see MLB game and tour Toronto. Staff friendly and helpful used the PATH attached to the hotel to get around the city. Also used it to get to Union Station to get to and from the airport.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Not a fan of varying rates for similar rooms. Very polite staff.

Right in the center of Downtown Core for an easy and convenient access by the und Pathway. Staffs are very prompt and friendly and chic bar/restaurant on the lobby level. Fantastic water fountain in suite and epic VIP lounge with CN tower view

Hotel was tight. Even better was the Red Rock Cannabis shop a stone throw away at 6 Church St. Staff was helpful and the trees were absolute fire.

A perfect hotel. The reception was very friendly and the room was equipped with everything. Mini fridge, safe, amenities, etc. Everything except slippers.perfect. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The view is perfect too. I arrived early, but they helped me well, and it was a shame to leave. It was the best place in my Toronto trip.never worth the money

This hotel meets all the standards for a lux hotel. Professional staff, big and clean rooms, beautiful lobby, at the heart of downtown, and a great customer service, who are willing to help. I travel there 4 days ago with my sister and our rooms were not in the same floor, they changed us to connected rooms, with great view to the downtown, earlier than official check-in time.
Dual-citizen resturant there serves an acceptable food.
The rooms, are CLEAN, and the bathroom cleaners are great, and the beds are super comfortable.
The only downside is the time for using the pool. They close at 10pm and there is no jacuzzi. I recommend this hotel for family and business trips

The rooms are clean, but the wifi is pricey.
Unless you sign up for their club, which was hacked and millions had their information stolen. So that's a thing.

From the decorations to the amenities and the cordial staff in the welcoming and festive environment; from the courteous and prompt valet service to the panoramic 43rd floor view of the city and lake = awesomeness and complete family and friends experience!

Bed bugs. Need I say more?

From beginning to end, this matter was handled poorly.
No one at the hotel would even return my calls.
Only when asked at the checkout desk would anyone come speak to me on this matter.
Every step of the way I was asked questions that would allude to me bringing in this specimen from somewhere else.
It has been four months since I've tried to conclude anything from them, and they've now directed our case to a third party company that is making matters even worst.

2 months of going back and forth with the adjuster that's asking questions back and forth with no end in sight.

I've been numerous times to this hotel with no hiccups, and this has left me really bitter about their entire customer experience.

It's been years since we stayed at the Sheridan, but it hasn't lost anything. Location, staff, amenities remain outstanding. Highly recommend if you are looking to be right downtown.

Have stayed for business and personal visits to Toronto. Location is great, parking chaos happens with the limited parking. Rooms have always been fine.

Large clean rooms, comfortable beds, polite and helpful staff. No complaints really. Very nice lobby and conference rooms, this is I think the best all around experience when being sent to a conference or what have you.
