**First of all, the staff I faced when checking in was unprofessional and not honest enough. **Check in There is a lack of entry at the counter (there are only 1 or 2 people) and you need to wait in a long queue. **Paying a high price for the room, but the view outside the window is to the back alley. ***The parking lot issue is the most troublesome. This hotel does not have its own parking lot. Instead, it shares a multi-story parking lot with the nearby Casino. After parking, you have to drag, carry, and carry your luggage for 10-15 minutes to get there. Check in the hotel lobby. Will not visit this hotel again.
They purposefully put us at a room that wasn’t facing the waterfall even tho that was purchased. Phone support made us jump through hoops, but lobby resolved the issue.
I moved here after a few days at the Marriott Fallsview & Spa. The atmosphere here is very different from Marriott Fallsview, and it feels like a real tourist destination. If you go out a little bit, it feels a bit like Wolmido. But the hotel itself is nice and the location is very good. In particular, there are many restaurants around, so you don't have to worry about food. And for fireworks viewing, this is better than the Marriott Fallsview.
Not at all what I expected to get from a Sheraton location. First room had a nice view but looked like a motel. Washroom was falling apart and felt like it was a claustrophobic basement apartment. We just got moved to a higher floor in the same “class” which was really no better. Dated furniture which has a mouldy, wet smell. I’ve stayed at many hotels at Niagara Falls and there is a certain level of comfort I expect which is why I chose Sheraton. I am not impressed at all.
Nice, large, clean and updated room, great conference facilities, tasty food, great service. The check-in lineup was a bit long but overall a great experience. Thank you!
Will NEVER stay here again. Spent fri n sat night there. 1 elevator was working for 100s of ppl just getting there.got to our room on the 21st floor.a crusty face cloths, a pill beside the bed, watery powdered eggs for a $20 breakfast. I paid almost $600 for this room.very disappointed! Definitely staying at embassy suites from now on. This is Sharon Hargreaves.not Grace.
Great location, amazing views, clean room, nice shower! Not too busy either with the whole lingering Covid thing. Only visit the in-house Niagara Fallsview restaurant for the view of the falls. View is spectacular, but I literally think they nuke their food. Could even be Hungry Man TV dinners. It made the overpriced, hotel premium lobby Starbucks and Freshii that much harder to swallow. Would be 5 star otherwise.
2nd time staying here in the same week having the same issues room not ready, the hotel changed the room which was booked. No remorse or explanation just deal with it.
Wow. Don't waste your money. The rooms are ok, the view can be great. Walls are paper thin, everything is over priced, the bed is hard as a rock. Elevators don't always work, don't stop at your floor (it just skipped our floor even though we were in the right elevators). No security with elevator (supposed to badge in to use, they disabled it). Lobby was nice though.
Great hotel. I give 4 star because on the day of my departure only one elevator was in service Elevator stops on every floor and I was coming from the 21st
Great stay, beautiful view, staff is super friendly and the hotel is very conveniently situated near the falls and Clifton Hill attractions. Will stay again!
Second time staying there. First time was great, room was very nice clean and spacious. The Juliet balcony was great. Second time was even better, stayed in the presidential suite and it was absolutely amazing, very big room with 3 separate private balconies, shower was outstanding, view from the bath tub was breath taking. All around such an amazing night and will definitely get it again. It was pricy but compared to other hotels for same price, the room was way more worth it. If looking for a great time with a partner, I recommend that room.
Excellent view of the falls. However, we had some issues. Our first room smelled like smoke and bathroom blinds weren’t opening. They moved us but we had the new room had the same issues.
Beautiful setting with a backdrop of majestic Nigara waterfalls. A great venue for outdoor events and concerts. They followed strict Covid protocol as well.
My husband & I stayed here during the Labor Day weekend. We had one of the higher rooms with a balcony overlooking the American and Canadian falls! Absolutely breathtaking views. Well worth the stay:)
I was planning for my boyfriend’s Birthday and wanted to decorate the room with ballooons to surprise him! I’m so grateful for the friendly staff who helped me make this happen! Specifically Rishan, who took care of my requests and given me so much information about my check-in. As well as Madison for her excitement and friendly personality! The staff at Sheraton go above and beyond our expectations! Not to mention the rooms were beautiful and spacious (we upgraded to the corner room) and was definitely worth it! My boyfriend could not stop talking about how this was perfectly planned out. Thank you Rishan, Madison, and Sheraton Staff!
You can buy whatever you want in Walmart. As long as you enter the product you want. The advantages of Walmart are satisfaction with on-site purchases and no reason return customer service. This store has enough parking lot. The store is clean. It is the best shopping store I have ever been to
The views were amazing! The room was nice with new updates. The bathroom still needs to be updated. The only reason for 4 stars is because there was no hot water at 7: 30pm when I went to have a shower and when I went to bed I saw cobwebs on the ceiling.
Room was clean and beautifully renovated. We had an American fallsview which was lovely. But the best part was how friendly and accommodating the staff were. Only thing I can complain about is there are not enough elevators and you can be waiting for an empty elevator for over half an hour at times.
I've never been in a hotel where I've had as many disgruntled conversations with other hotel guests as this one. Check-in lines taking longer than 30 minutes, waiting up to 20 minutes to get an elevator (long waits EVERY time, I literally had to walk up 19 flights once so I would not be late for personal events), extra charges on room and for parking that are still problems trying to get sorted out, AND rooms are not very clean. A very disappointing stay overall and I will not ever be back.
Our room was beautiful although the A/C was not working properly. The lobby is also very beautiful. Hotel staff very friendly. The best part of our room was the view of the Falls, worst part of this hotel is how far you have to walk with all your luggage to/from the parking garage
I had a great stay here, the room was clean, the beds soft, the TV works and the view was great from the room. There are several businesses within the hotel so you don't need to go far if you are looking to grab a quick meal or cup of Starbucks. I would stay here again for sure. It is only steps away from the falls and right on the strip.
Rude on day one. Had to return a covid test the front desk stated they would handle it they did not so on day two had to wait in the hotel to return my test Final day the front desk caused my credit card company to issue a fraud alert They kept saying my card was no good
There fee were outrageous about 50.00 per day in fee
You would be better off stay at a cheaper hotel you except bad service and rude people
Below expectations. I was charged parking fee even i didnt park on their property. Room was missing coffee machine, mini bar and had only one soap and small shampoo for two people. Bed was made as it was done by kids. Bath tub had cigarette burn markings and some of towels where dirty. They fail to notify on their web page that all facility's including restaurant and spa where closed due to covid-19. On check out no one asked how it was. I would only recommend it because view on both falls otherwise i was in low budget hotels with better comfort and more friendly staff.
Great view, great room, no problems with booking or at the reception desk, a nice touch is that the window opens in the rooms unlike most hotels for some fresh air and a nice spot for pictures of the falls. The room was fairly priced but parking was a bit expensive. Overall great experience just be prepared to walk a bit if you don’t pay the hotel parking fee
Stay here for 2 nights service is good and people are nice, great view when you book the falls view room, also has access to the indoor water park great for the kids and family
Smells stinky on all 3 rooms we had, asked to change but still smell bad. Hidden fees as Resort Fee and Overprice parking. Cleaning staff waiting at the door at 11am and stay there when the check out time is 12. Not worth the price and really doubt its 4 star hotel.
Had an amazing experience at sheraton on the falls! I got an email from one of the managers, Heather Patterson, that I had won a contest and as part of the prize I had won 2 night stay at the sheraton. Naturally thinking its scam I called up sheraton's front desk and asked for heather. They forwarded the call to her and she reassured me that I had won a 2 night stay! I had multiple questions all of which she calmly answered. She booked my reservation and when I asked to send me the confirmation code even though she had told me it wouldnt be required, she promptly sent it over. I told my boyfriend excitedly and we reached sheraton on our check in day with an easy check in process. We had got the fallsview room which was beyond spectacular! Great views of the falls, jacuzzi bathtub and a cute balcony facing the falls. My boyfriend proposed to me that night! He told me later that he had called up heather and told her that he wanted to surprise me and therefore suggested the prize of the 2 night stay. He had let heather know ahead of time that I would have a lot of questions. She went along with it beautifully and due to their fantastic service, I had no clue about the proposal and was beyond surprised. I also want to thank Emily who took over planning the stay with my fiance while heather was away. One of the best hotel experiences I have had! Thank you so much for making my proposal so special!
Went here for my girlfriend's Xmas party and they really put on an amazing evening. Great location in the grand room with amazing food and the wait staff were very courteous and kind!
Rooms were clean, parking was an issue as it was a 5 - 10 min and only knocked off 5 CAD FROM 40. ICE machines was a floor below us and vending machines were on level 17
Really great location and access to water park is good with kids. The elevators to parking are slow and be patient with them.it is same for all neighboring hotels as they share it. Rooms are clean and fresh and breakfast was amazing with fall view.
Location - very close to everywhere I want to go, such as the falls. Service - fast and responsible Room - not as expected before. (TV controller was not working properly and also toilet problem with water flush.)
Went with kids to celebrate the beginning of the holidays. We got a great deal on a huge room with fallsview. Walking distance to all the fun things Niagara Falls has to offer. Overall a really great experience.
It was so terrible, because the air conditioner did not work and elevator noise is too loud. We could not sleep. They suggested me to change room but we could not that because too late the time and so tired, It was too hard to carry the bag again. So we left early in the morning. I do not want to recommend it.
Water park was a bit of a disappoint. Low maintenance and high chlorine levels makes your eyes burn. Hotel itself was ok not as expected. Buffett was low quality food for this hotel.
The employees working at the check in/out desk are very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The elevator situation is a mess. You can wait up to 10 minutes for an elevator. Depending on which one is available, it may be packed before you have a chance to get on board. Self parking lot is jammed too. Took a while to find a spot. Leaving the parking garage, there was also a line for the parking garage elevators. Yikes. Luckily, if you're not carrying much, you can use the stairs. The room itself is okay. In our room specifically, one of the chairs still had footprints on them (they don't clean chairs it seems) and of the switches for the lamps was broken so turning it off required more chance and good fortune than if you visited a casino. The beds, while advertised as queen sized, appeared to be suspiciously smaller. Like a double or full sized. Luckily for them, I didn't have my tape measure with me because who brings a tape measure when they go on vacation, right? The beds are also not very comfortable, no matter which position I tried to sleep in, I lost circulation somewhere on my body. Arms, back, legs. That could be because I'm used to sleeping on a firm bed. So if you like firm beds, this is something to consider. Overall, this hotel is fine. The busy elevator situation may be because it was New Year's Eve. So I won't factor that in my overall rating. The dirty chair and roll-the-dice lamp are other matters.
Great hotel, with an amazing location, walking distance to the falls and right on Clifton hill, so everything is within minutes from you, alot of the rooms have some great views of the falls and surrounding areas. Staff is great all around, rooms are clean.
Awesome hotel! Signed up as a Sheraron preferred guest and got valet parking for the price of park it yourself! Very clean rooms. Would highly recommend!
The building is kept very clean, the staff is all great and it's located close to everything you need, with an indoor connection to the Hardrock cafe, the casino and a handful of other stores
My only complaint would be the waits for the elevator - the 1-12 and 1-22 split would work a lot better if the "express" elevators were *only* for floors 13-22, since you know, there's only a handful of them and you have guests going to all floors crowding them
Includes a small indoor pool (winter, so we didn't get to see the outdoor) and a small fitness center
Rooms are decent, slightly dated. Like everything in Niagara, prices are over inflated for things like parking and the restaurants that are attached to the hotel. Good for kids as the hotel is attached to the water park and also arcade
This hotel is a good option if you get the room with the view. Without it, it’s like any other hotel.
The rooms were clean and cozy. If air conditioning is on, cold air blowing right in your face when you’re asleep can be a bit of nuisance.
Elevators can be annoying as well if you are on floor 4 or above. First they are crowded and 2ndly be prepared to wait for quite sometime during busy hours.
You get discount on breakfast if you’re staying there. It ends up costing you $22 per person. I would recommend taking the option and going for breakfast on the 13th floor because of the views. Go early and get a seat next to the windows. Enjoy views of both falls and the bridge.
Breakfast has healthy collection of variety of items. You can have your own omelette prepared as well.
Excellent service and location. We had a room on the 21st floor and were able to enjoy the fireworks with a full unobstructed view of both the US and the horseshoe falls. Loved its location and proximity to the tourist district too.
There wasn't a single aspect of our stay that wasn't frustrating, misleading and it felt like everything was cheap little scam designed to give less than advertised. From the booking, to the supposed meal discounts, to the casino vouchers and the spa. The only upside is the great and helpful staff.they did give a refund for the misleading website. Previous stays were much better, but I won't be back as it really was just too frustrating for what we were spending. First the booking system both via phone and Web are horrible. After getting quoted American prices at different rates than the Web, I gave up and booked via the Web. Which had bumped the price by the time I got around to giving up on the phone booking. I booked a "casino" package with a deluxe fallsview room. Was told on phone during initial attempt to book that early check in was no problem. When I called to confirm they said no guarantee of early check-in, even though we had booked spa treatments based on the promise of early check in. Website says each room has fireplace, our room didn't and we had to move. Staff said the website provides a description of what that category of room "may" have.very misleading and if hotel was busier we would've been out of luck. Website will tell you total includes all fees and taxes. There's another $15 fee eachnight they don't mention tacked on for WiFi and a bus pass and other not needed things. Web site say you get a $50 voucher, and $20 cards for dinners at each of the 3 restaurants and $20 coupon for the spa. Reality is its not $20 off dinners at each of the restaurants - its $20 off at one, despite what the website says. The restaurants (Massimo and Prime) were quite good but very overpriced. The view makes up for that. $50 vouchers are really 2 $25 vouchers that depending on Casino attendant may or may not be combined. Meaning we couldn't use them all. At casino Niagara the vouchers get turned into $25 cards for slots, half the slots won't allow you enter your PIN for the card so trying to use them was frustrating and we basically gave up and just used whatever machine would take them.
It was good experience so far, we went to the water park and enjoyed our time there, even though it is small not quite big as I thought. The view from our room was spectacular to both falls.
Loved this hotel, with its unbeatable "Falls View" rooms! A few hundred metres walk to the falls viewing areas. Very convenient, with a Starbucks and Freshii downstairs, if you don't feel like leaving the hotel. Room service is a reasonable price too. They charge a resort fee of $15.95 (just check that it's not already paid with your booking, because they almost made a mistake with mine), which entitles you to WiFi, 2 WEGO bus passes (for the local bus), a beer tasting voucher, access to the fitness centre etc. I would 100% come back and stay here again!
