Excellent service, wonderful staff. They go out of their way to assist and meet your needs. There's a shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle drivers go out of their way to assist with luggage and are eager to assist with any inquiry. Overall, excellent service

3 stars because I only went for an event at one of their ballrooms. Typical ballroom and hotel. Never stayed so no idea of their rooms or service. Good location for people looking for something close to Pearson airport

My wife and I had to book a last minute hotel room for a night. This Sheraton was reasonably priced for a last minute booking. The staff were super friendly. The room service and on site restaurant, were great food quality for a reasonable price.

This is the dirtiest hotel that I have ever stayed in! The carpet in the room looked dated and dirty, but was horrified when the bottom of my white socks looked visibly dirty after a few hours in the room (see photo)! I reported this to the front desk staff and requested new towels (we couldn't stand using the towels for more than a day) and for the carpet to be cleaned, but it wasn't. I complained again and someone showed up the next day to clean the room while we were out, but they only made the bed and refreshed the towels-the carpet wasn't cleaned. To make matters worse, I noticed bubbles (see picture) in one of the coffee cups when I tried to get some water to make coffee! Upon further examination, the cup looked used (see pictures) and slimy-perhaps laced with soap! I am not sure if any of our things or not anything else in the room was tempered with, but we left the hotel knowing that we will NEVER stay at this or any other Sheraton hotel ever again!

Great stay. My wife and I remained for 3 days as part of the GAA integrating Canadian's quarantine measures. We were treated respectfully by hotel staff since the beginning; they were kind enough to save us food even though our check-in occurred at 3 AM (as previously planned and set up by email with Charmaine), and also complimentary coffee; they also gave us an extra hour for check-out, allowing me to attend an online meeting. Room service was easily accessible by phone, with quick answers. Food was excellent (as previously mentioned by other guests), both in quality and quantity; they also provided us with gluten-free options when they were informed of my condition, which was great. As relative cons, we had previously selected a high-floor and king-bed bedroom as priorities for our stay, but were given 3rd floor and double-queen bed on arrival (both not bad at all - especially considering the hotel isn't a high building -, hence the absence of complaint from our part; it just was not what we expected from the preferences previously selected in online reservation). Overall a good experience - expensive (as all GAA rates currently are), but comfortable.

Smooth check in and check out. Tasty and more than sufficient portions of food. Great stay, dialled 0 to have all request promptly delivered/resolved, infact received courtesy call to check in if all is good (surely above n beyond).

Would have been better if i had asked for an upper level room to enjoy the views during quarantine, just forgot to mention after a long flight.

They were kind enough to negotiate a refund of my last night. Was very much appreciated.

The room was clean and the food during quarintine was good.

Unclean and filthy experience. I was here for the 3 day quarantine and it was one of my worst hotel experiences ever. This 4 star hotel should regrade to a 2 star.

1. There was a bed bug (dead) sitting on the window frame
2. They coffee maker looked old and had rust in it.
3. Standing water in tub during showering, basically standing in dirty water when showering.

The food was good that's why I have the 2 stars otherwise it was a -1 star.

Incredibly unhappy with my experience here. Spent only 17 hours out of three days mandatory quarantine stay. Asked about getting a refund for two nights, desk staff said they would give only one. Now that I get the bill, I see I have been charged for all three nights. Called to get manager's email to write a complaint, desk staff gives me an email that doesn't work. I honestly feel like I've just been mugged.

I’ve stayed in this hotel for 3 days quarantine. The night market is running and being managed better than here. It was dirty, Plus, food is the nose horrible part of this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here with our 1 year old and dog for our 3 day hotel quarantine and our experience exceeded our expectations. I was under the impression covid hotels would be very bad but here at the Sheraton the service was incredible and food was GREAT! Super clean and well organized. Our favourite was the food, I had vegan meals while my husband had the regular meals and both were delicious. Service was always friendly and very accomodating to any requests and concerns.

We stayed here for our three day quarantine, but had our results within 14 hours. We checked out after the first night but the hotel refused to refund the extra nights. They gave us back the cost of the food for two days, which was 360$, but nothing for the room, so the one night in quarantine ended up costing us 1000 dollars. All of our colleagues who stayed at the Alt hotel said they had an excellent quarantine experience AND they were refunded the full price for the extra two nights. Our friends who stayed at the Fairmont in Vancouver were also refunded for their unused nights. The Marriott owns Sheraton. They are one of the biggest hotel groups in the world. This is a shameful way to treat customers. What a scam and a rip off. The manager told us he would speak to head office and see what he could do, but of course, we never heard from him. We have warned other travellers who will be coming back to Canada soon and will never stay in one of their hotels again.

I was nervous about all the quarantine rules coming into Canada from abroad, but it was so nice to arrive here, but they really made me feel calm. The room was clean, spacious and bright and the food was much better than expected. The service was excellent! I want to give a shout out to Aneesa at the front desk for being super awesome and helpful. Thank you!

Stayed here for the mandatory hotel quarantine. Overall the experience wasn't too bad a few areas really need to improve. The staff is not very helping or polite. Whenever I called for something the usual answer was 'NO' followed by the dial tone. The few times when the answer was not a no, they took ages to send it to the room (unfortunately we were not allowed to go out of the room due to quarantine).
The food was quite good and the portions were large but then again the room rents were highly inflated on the hotel quarantine package.
I d look for a better place if I was to do it again (I hope not!)

Had my 3 night mandatory hotel stopover here. The staff are the best and they're very quick to respond if you needed anything. Smooth and quick check-in and check-out.
The food was super delicious. And yes they offer halal. The portions are large.
The price was a bit expensive I have to admit but the service was worth it. Very quite and cozy rooms. Not the cleanest but not filthy. It was just a bit dusty.
I don't recommend you depend on watching TV here but if it's only the news then quality is the best.
Loved the sweets in particular. And i have eated salmon in like a million places as well as made it myself but the one here was the best. I wonder who's the chef or if they make it at the hotel? !

Overall good experience.

If you're coming to Canada DO NOT book or quarantine at this hotel, food is bad and cold, everything is broken, hotel is dirty and the stuff is very rude.

Had to stay here for the mandatory 3-day hotel and I honestly can say that it was great. The room was clean, the staff was responsive and the food was tasty. The only issue is the coffee machine that had some calcium deposits inside which is normal but can definitely be removed with some cleaning.

Day 1
Arrived at hotel after waiting about ten mins for the shuttle. People at the airport telling you where to go the entire way so that was nice.
The lady at the reception was very friendly and I was in my room in about 5 minutes. I arrived at 1: 30 and my lunch bag arrived within five mins of me getting to my room.

Lunch: Falafel and veggie wrap with green soup and a brownie, ginger ale and bag of lays chips. I am actually very pleasantly surprised!

The room itself is clean and comfortable and spacious with a nice amount of light coming through the window overlooking the airport and golf course and pool. There is space enough to put down my yoga mat and do yoga and YouTube workouts in the room which was really nice.

Dinner- some Indian food dish, delicious! Kofta jalfrezi naan and rice. With coleslaw type salad and water.

Day 2
Brekkie veggie and cheese wrap not bad. Croissant. Fruit cup not great, the fruit was a bit old, like the chopped it a few days before and it had just been sitting in the juice. Apple juice bottle.

Lunch-
Came at 11: 30, two hours earlier than was told which was only two hours after I ate breakfast. Pasta with tomato sauce and veggies a bit over cooked but good. With Caesar salad.

Dinner
Indian dinner again. Sooo much food I am having a hard time keeping up with it trying to eat it all so it doesn’t go to waste.

On day 3 I got my results back from my airport test at 7: 30am. My flight arrived at noon on my first day. So I was allowed to leave, but because they don’t provide refunds at the hotel for the unused third night and my train was already booked I decided to just stay the entire three days. The breakfast lunch and dinner we’re similar options to the days before, tasty for sure, but by the third night I was a bit tired of eating Indian food for dinner, but that’s just my preference. Overall it was a nice stay. I was allowed out to walk around the parking lot area for 15 minutes two times a day, it was really nice to get outside. By where the pool house is there is some grass and I would bring my yoga mat down and do some yoga and lay out in the sun. You can ask for a kettle to be brought up to your room and tea or coffee. I drank quite a bit of herbal tea during my stay and would just grab more tea bags from the front desk on my way up to my room after my outdoor time. You must hold your key to the elevator fob for a few seconds until the light turns green and then press your floor number, I saw a lot of people having issues with this their first time. The tap water is potable so I saved the bottled water for later and some of the brownies and chips as well because it was just so much food, I am a small woman but I thought I eat a lot. Anyway I would recommend this hotel to someone doing the quarantine. It wasn’t five star for sure and I think the price is just ridiculous but compared to the other options out there, this is a great one. Some of the reviews of other hotels are brutal. Good luck!

Spent 3 nights here for the quarantine hotel program. The food was plentiful and delicious, we were impressed by the quality of the dinner meals in particular. The room is standard for what you'd expect of a 4-star hotel. Outdoor time in the parking lot was permitted which made for nice breaks from the room. The staff were delightful, one in particular, Mohamed, took the time to greet us personally. My only complaint is that not enough coffee/milk is provided, but guest services were swift in providing us with more upon request.

Very good stay under the Gov quarantine requirements. Food was good and plentiful -fresh fruit and salad every day. Service was great - They bought extra tea, coffee and milk upon request. Best things about the room was the mini fridge and the 2 window vents which allowed fresh air into the room - really nice when you’re in there almost all day and night for 3 days.

This it an update to my previous review regarding 3 day mandatory stay:

-Last night i found a hair in my food.
- Today i found another hair on the towel
- The meals quality are really poor.
- the fruits comes with breakfast was unfresh.
- both of the phones in the room do not work properly.
