The ARC program.

While I was there last year (2022, in Nov) the staff and nurses were not understanding of tourette's syndrome at all and actually they treated me like a 1950s Mentally Ill Sanatorium patient. The showers are cold, there is no heat, the food is inadequate, and the male nurses are touchy. I truly believe that the male nurse groped me to make me wanna leave. Ashley and Frankie of ARC condone and endorse SA.

Soy is the worst organization I've ever been a part of. After being a member for so many years-I was dropped without notice. I had a management issue with Soy. They could have helped me by changing one tiny piece which was under their management. I was told that I would be helped by a Soy employee. After many years on trying to change my situation I saw many Soy employees come and go. I had to keep on bringing up my horrible situation that I was placed in and was told they were going to fix it because it was in their control. Finally I was promised they were going to transfer me to another agency because I had passed the 29 age limit, they left me with-we will follow up with you. They never did. They started to ghost me and ignored my calls and emails. I had to involve my new social worker from another agency just so I could get an answer! Why? Because this agency was supposed to represent me in the building I lived in. It failed me and I was caught in a situation I did not want to be in. They caused me a lot of psychological damage as a result. All they had to do was switch me apartments but instead decided to drop me as a client without any notice!

Not only was I not given a reason or a closing letter, but I was ignored without a reason as to why? Soy did not help my needs and kept on ignoring my complaints about a certain bothersome situation that could have easily been solvable. Soy always made promises that they would take care of the situation, but instead found it easy to ghost me, so they didn't have to do the work.

Please note I am referring to Soy housing staff only. Not Soy doctors.

This is the best empathetic, committed, and kind health clinic in the city. Incredibly happy to have my awesome family doctor part of a wonderful community. Top level care, across all health.

If we have the option for negative star definitely I will give it. The worst receptionist in the phone, they are rude, never have opening of doctors, no patient to explain the process, they give one instructions and they said that was wrong, what a mess. The doctors could be good but the reception is terrible, they don’t have wait list for patients, never consistent with date for opening. It’s been this call next wave since April, really disappointed.

Been going here for about 3 or 4 years now. It's nice to have a one stop shop for family doctor and STD testing. The staff is lovely from the reception to the nurses to the doctors! It was also really easy to get my monkeypox vaccination. I love the way they do therapy/counselling here. I was put in the "brief therapy program" which means you get three sessions until you use them all and then are put back on a waitlist while you wait to get a permanent therapist. I've been with my therapist now since January 2022 and I absolutely love her. Thanks for everything Sherbourne Health!

Appointments are almost always on time as scheduled. Staff and doctors are professional and friendly. You can take care of most of your health care needs here

I was speaking with Linda, about missed details on test form and she was very swift with her response and helped me out immediately, kudos to the staff at this center

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Dr Shah who is always so knowledgeable, caring and also to Irina who I saw today in the blood clinic.
It’s The level of care and concern, compassion, patience and follow up is really something pretty unique and remarkable and it is very much appreciated.
Also thanks to Kat and Nurse Cherry as well who have been wonderfully supportive before as well.
You all have been really wonderful to me and I feel extremely lucky to have health care at a clinic that truly cares and has gone above and beyond on every interaction.
This is a clinic full of really good people. Thank you and bless you for not just what you do, but for the kind compassionate and caring way you do it. I know it’s not easy.

Excellent Doctor (Nikhil Shah) and Nurse (Cherry). The knowledge and politeness you have makes me feel good without any medicine. My worse days turned to be the best because of you guys. Much respect.

I went to the clinic for a chiropractor appointment and got treated by Jacob, He was great and so wise at what he does. I would definitely recommend Jacob if you are looking to get a treatment.

I have had only great interactions and everyone has treated me with respect. You can see people get upset due to each individual's perspective of their immediate need. Individual problems sometimes give people an urgency, that leads to wanting answers or solutions now.

I admire each and every individual that works at Sherbourne. They are patient, understanding, helpful and like all other health care providers they have been there for all patients of this facility no matter the circumstances. They too are only human.

Inaccurate clinical resources send patients to surgeons who aren't capable of performing specific operations, requiring a new government funding pre-approval each time, seriously detracting from enjoyment of life and, ultimately, hurting patients instead of helping.

The receptionist was extremely rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. I understand that we’re all in the middle of a global pandemic and trying our best to navigate through, however it is especially during this time that we need access to good doctors because guess what people are still going through other medical issues and need to at least speak to good medical professionals if not physically get checked out.
Ignoring the huge gap and incompetence in which medical services are rendered here the least office staff can do is be polite and try to be helpful.

The staff especially the doctors and nurses are extremely good especially Nurse Cherry and Dr. Iqbal and they are thorough professionals who are very good at what they do. They are patient and kind. I have always had a pleasant experience while visiting this centre.

I went to the clinic for a chiropractor appointment and got treated by Sneha. She was great and so wise at what she does. She was a student but it did not feel like it because of how well she knew her stuff and her excellent customer service. Very sweet and polite girl, she was very thorough in the way she explained everything and made me feel extremely comfortable. She also made very knowledgeable comments on what treatments I would need and informed me she would make a portfolio specifically for me to treat me to her best abilities. This is very rare and so helpful because lots of other places I have been to gives me very basic and general treatments. Sneha is the best chiropractor I have worked with. I would definitely recommend Sneha if you are looking to get a treatment and in the market for a Chiropractor.

Wait times are inconsistent. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Have been a for years and do not have a great deal of negative experiences.

Doctor told me to walk in, but they don’t take me cuz I’m an international student. The lady at the second floor front desk is obnoxious, and she has bad attitudes.

Been coming here for 3 years, the doctors and nurses are all amazing and kind.now there are of course bad staff and that's mainly one of the secretaries. 3/4 that work there are good at their job and make sure you are taken care of but the odd one is the reason why so many people leave a one star review.she's uncaring, mean and obviously hates her job but I haven't seen her in the last 3 months. I'm sure she was either fired or she quit since I saw 2 new secretary staff last I visited.

My recent experience with the Sherbourne Health Center left me feeling both violated and betrayed, most especially by the people that I trusted the most, my health care providers. The one’s professing to “strive to create a safe, respectful and accessible space that affirms the identities, experiences and needs of all service users, staff, providers, students and visitors”. Truthfully speaking, I was not treated with dignity or respect; but, quite the opposite, intolerance and discrimination. I was blamed for being late, for raising my voice because I was anxiously upset, and, for my care provider having canceled my appointment because I was 12 minutes late; through no fault of my own. Instead, they broke the appointment up into 2 visits, now and then. Having just spent $30 on a Lyft to get here, I wasn’t about to be forced to come back, from 20 km away, in my physical condition, and as sick as I am. After all, many, too many times I’ve wait an hour or more, patiently I might add, to see my doctor.

During this ordeal, I got attitude from the receptionist on the phone and then when I presented myself. These people forget that I AM the patient, and that it is my anxiety that I feel. I am the sick person, the one that needs their help and support, their respect and dignity; and not, their discriminatory remarks and condescension.

Been coming here for over 15 years. My doctor is fabulous, the service is friendly and courteous. It's usually very busy and the receptionists are overworked. Yet, if you smile and are friendly, and patient, you will always be treated respectfully.

After dialing ext. 1, the receptionist is so rude.she even doesnt have time to listen customers problems and issues.

The Caucasian receptionist is the most rude individual I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with in our 30 second encounter. I was looking for a doctor that works the on Wednesdays but was unsure whether he was there Thursdays. She was incredibly dismissive and barely looked up from the computer. She waved her hand at me as though I was a bother and said us, your doctor doesn't work here so whatever, I don't know.
