I recommend anyone, who has had a bad experience with a dentist to vist Sheridan Cyrus Dentistry. Because I had not seen a dentist in over 20yrs.
I did not know when the tooth came out. The item to bite on that was my discomfort.
I did not sleep the night before, because I was so nervous.
They were all pleasant, I thank them all for a great experience.
Definitely going back for all my dental care.

Front desk staff is fine and very professional. Dr. Cyrus and another dentist butchered my tooth. I wanted a simple chipped tooth filled and even after 4 attempts they didn’t get it right. I called for a final attempt to have them fix the extremely white front tooth that they Jammed in my mouth and until now they have not responded. I went elsewhere and thankfully they matched my tooth and allowed me to smile again. Do not go here!

DO NOT GO THERE! They made one of my tooth bigger and longer than the other. I had to go to a different dentist to fix it.

Although my visits have not been frequent every time I come back from the front desk to the Dentist make you feel so comfortable with their professionalism and warmth of service. The distance isn’t always convenient but the service makes it worthwhile.

I have been a patient of Sheridan Cyrus Dentistry for over 9 years. I recently had the pleasure of visiting the office for my dental needs, and I can confidently say that this dental office provides outstanding customer service and care!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the knowledgeable, friendly, and professional admin/reception staff (Jade, Nickesha, Shoba and Kim) who consistently followed up with me after each visit, ensuring my well-being and comfort, especially after major surgery or routine cleanings. It's refreshing to see a dental office that goes above and beyond by reaching out to patients rather than putting the burden on patients to initiate contact.

The office itself is spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities such as TVs in each room, new treatment chairs and equipment, and excellent lighting. The staff members communicate with each other respectfully, and it's delightful to hear them sharing laughter with patients and amongst themselves. The hygienists, particularly Paddy, stand out for their exceptional skills and attention to detail during cleanings. As someone who values thorough cleanings, Paddy is truly one of the best hygienists I've encountered. And you won’t be disappointed with Kelvin – he’s superb as well!

When it comes to more complex procedures, such as extractions, the expertise of Dr. Ghambari (aka Dr. G) shines through. He made the experience enjoyable for my mother, who still recalls it with laughter to this day. Dr. G knows how to create a relaxed and humorous atmosphere. He’s an exceptional dentist who possesses extensive knowledge and skill. He personally followed up with me after a recent unexpected root canal surgery and his gentle manner of speaking and caring approach put me at ease. Dr. G's dedication to ensuring a pain-free experience during the surgery was truly appreciated, and I am incredibly grateful for his excellent care. His assistants, Arany and Mery, were also top-notch, providing invaluable support throughout the process. On subsequent visits Katy, is another great dental assistant whom I was very happy to have on hand. She has a wonderful personality.

Dr. Cyrus, the founder of the practice, is an amazing individual who clearly cares deeply for both his staff and patients. He exhibits honesty, consideration, and philanthropy by giving back to the community and donating to many local Scarborough organizations—a testament to his commitment to improving the neighbourhood.

The office manager, Heather, has been a pleasure to interact with over the many years. She is warm, personable, and embodies the same level of care that permeates the entire office. The office hours are very convenient, and the team is incredibly accommodating. As a bonus, they regularly hold raffles and giveaways with fantastic prizes!

I highly recommend Sheridan Cyrus Dentistry to anyone in search of a dental office and team that genuinely cares about their patients. The exceptional service, friendly atmosphere, and skilled professionals make this practice stand out from the rest!

This dentistry, they are amazing. I wrnt there in 2015 at the end of the year for placement, a d they were so very nice to me. DR. Cyrus is amazing. I watch how he speaks to patients and his employers. His patients he treated them with caring and compassion. Not to mention his employers, he treated them like family.
DR. Cyrus dentist and his assistant they were so helpful and showed me things, how to work, and what to do. One of his female assistants even wrote down things for me to remember on a paper.

The dentist I was assistant he was amazing. I had just graduated but had to leave because my father passed away. I couldn't hand it. I was a mess of my father passing. They were so understanding, especially Dr. Cyrus. Shoot out to Dr. CYRUS

First, let me start out by saying that this Dental Clinic, in my opinion, is the leader in customer service, professionalism, affordability and service with a smile. I have been visiting Dr Cyrus office since I just came to Canada, which is over a decade ago, and I have never visited another Dental Clinic or EVER plan to. I relocated to another city which is about an hour away from this office, and that still did not deter me from keeping my appointments. They make the prices so affordable that even if you don't have dental insurance, the cost out of pocket will not be so exorbitant. The beautiful ladies at the Front Desk are so friendly and welcoming. They try their endeavor best to always ensure that your experience is one of the highest caliber. The Hygienist was very professional and detailed. Not to mention the Dentist who was very hilarious and just made you feel comfortable. My Overall Experience was A+. Thanks a million to the Dental Team at this Amazing clinic. You made my overall experience wonderful. I can't wait for my next visit.

I was a patient of Dr. Cyrus’ from 2014. Ive moved away and recently came back to him after having sensitivity - I thought it might of been from the dentist that I went to for fillings that weren’t maybe done properly (wish I went to Dr Cyrus sooner). Even though I still live quite far, I am willing to travel to see Dr Cyrus from now on. Ive been told after going to nearby where I live dentists telling me that i needed a root canal (s), and or but my wisdom teeth might be it (try remove and see after) but I felt that this wasn’t the case deep down, because some days my other teeth were sensitive… my mom mentioned to go see Dr Cyrus after years we moved away, she remembered him (I wish I remembered him sooner) so I went to Dr Cyrus. Immediately he saw that my fillings were high (my bite was off) he trim them down… he told me that I had my wisdom teeth for some time so it doesn’t make sense that it could be the problem. I was still having sensitive pain after the fillings were trimmed down so I came back to Dr Cyrus again 2 days later. He discovered that I may be grinding my teeth at night and that’s where the sensitivity is coming from! No other dentist that Ive been to ever has told me this ever. I have been grinding my teeth for some time that the enamels has been worn off and no dentist was been telling me or was aware to tell me! I honestly wish I did not change dentists after moving away. From now on, I am seeing Dr Cyrus for all my future teeth issues despite the distance. After two days, the sensitivity has gone down after trying out a night guard from Shoppers to see if it really would lower and help the sensitivity. (I will get Dr Cyrus’ custom night guard in the future when I can afford it). I also bought Colgate sensitivity toothpaste as well. It really was just that. I could of went and done a root canal from the other dentist’s opinion and have done it for nothing and still had the sensitivity pain, or removed my wisdom teeth when it wasn’t even necessary… I would of spent a lot of money for nothing and still be in pain. There is no such dentist like Dr Cyrus. I didnt even need to take an Xray. His eye vision and expertise is amazing. He is a true honest dentist that cares and shows it. Isn’t after your money like other dentists these days. He is trustworthy and cares for his patients. So rare to find a dentist like him these days. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Dr Cyrus because it has been two and a half months with this sensitivity pain. And you’re the only dentist to realize that its from grinding my teeth in the night. Thank you to the staff as well for being to kind and welcoming even after years!
