Extremely happy to move to this clinic. Dr. Francis took the time to explain the procedure, provided detail options what route to take, understood my situation and guide me thru the process. It was great! I thank to all the staff as well whom assist me with planning the appointment and ensure comfort in the waiting area. Looking forward to more appointments!

I’ve always been scared of the dentist but since coming to Dr. Lam and his staff, I have felt nothing but comfortable and relaxed. They are passionate about their jobs and everything is done with care and cleanliness.

Outstanding service, they take the time to explain all medical procedures, their costs and also the administrative process with the insurance companies.

We had a great experience yesterday at Sheridan Dental. Great customer service from the time we walked in to when we walked out. My two kids (age 6&8) and I had our appts. We saw two different hygienists and dentists. As always, friendly experience with the dentists. Our hygienists were the best. Both Chris and the female (I’m so sorry, I forget her name) were amazing with the kids. Going above and beyond to make the kids (and myself) feel comfortable. My daughter was super nervous but the female hygienist asked for permission before doing anything and also explained what she was going to do. She made it relaxed and fun and we managed to get good X-rays (which have been a struggle in the past). My daughter left feeling great about her teeth and empowered to share her fears and was heard. Adjustments were done to make her feel comfortable without jeopardizing her oral health. I hope both hygienists are around for a long time as this has had a positive impact on all of us.

Great team that gets to know you, they even make sure you are comfortable if you’re a person that doesn't like the dentist.

Always a great experience at Sheridan Dental. Everyone is so nice and they make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Lam and Dr. Francis are great dentists, they are very thorough and we had no issues with any of the dental work they did for my family. The hygienists and assistants are also very gentle and thorough and try to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Definitely a 5 star experience!
