I had called them and after waiting 5 minutes for a employee to answer the phone I simply asked a question they rudely said no and hung up before I could speak very unprofessional.

I was looking for a few very specific plants and ended up in New Dundee so decided to come in and check Sheridan before going back to Cambridge. I will definitely be back! The staff were so helpful, had a few ask if I needed help finding anything. The woman working the cash was so friendly and lovely.

I found a stunning orange and yellow Gerbera and the hibiscus I had been looking for! The way the plants are arranged made basket planning so easy.

I will definitely be back!

Very nice staff. You can trust this business to back their products. They will not do you wrong. Beautiful choice of decorative items, gifts and clothing in a section on top of all of their beautiful greenery, flowers and plants.

We love getting our trees, shrubs and plants here; however, this review is specifically for the Christmas tree we just purchased. They have a great selection, variety and sizes of xmas trees. Price point is a little higher then places like Home Depot or Canadian Tire, but the trees here are healthier and last longer. It's worth it. We won't shop anywhere else.

Excellent store. I brought in an old philodendron which was expertly re-potted before my eyes. Service was prompt and friendly.
