I’ve never had such a seamless visit to any form of doctor. Dr. Hwang was extremely pleasant, confident in her practice and very knowledgeable. The receptionist was very nice as well.

When I booked, I requested some time after my appointment to try on frames. The staff was very friendly & helpful, directing me to frames that were flattering but they we’re not too “pushy”.
The store is extremely clean and they sanitized every frame that I touched once I was done. I will continue to recommend Dr. Hwang and Sheridan Optimetric Centre to everyone I know.

Never again Sheridan Optometric
We got two pair of glasses from this place.after couple of month my eye glasses screws was loosing spoked to reception asked them to bring back to fix it. I hand over to JOANN.after fix it I took home and I found it has been scratched
They asked me to bring back to check and same person JOANN blame me I scratched them she have done terrible job and easily blaming me.and they has to replace the glasses cause it could not fix it.finely when she return my glasses again she was blaming me not to scratch "Joann"! I did not scratched my glasses I am 100% sure.terrible person.

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to let everyone know about the horrible customer service I received.
About a week ago I got a call confirming my appt for today. I took the day off just to come to this appt. Anyways I showed up early and the front desk ladies said I never confirmed which was a lie, then they said I wasn’t in the system but my phone number was under the name “Jason” I told them that is me but a different name.they didn’t believe me and told me to wait 10 minutes until “Jason” arrived… I kept telling them that person doesn’t exist.
They should of just apologized for their mistake but they insisted I was wrong. They even said “this one is for the books” which was so rude and completely uncalled for.

I honestly haven’t experienced such rude behaviour from people like this in a long time. I felt just because I was of Asian background that they where treating me poorly.

I believe that these reviews before mine where bought and not even real.

I will never go back here! Learn how to treat people with empathy and kindness especially during this time.

We’ve been going to Sheridan Optometric for over 20 years and would never go anywhere else. The staff and Drs are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly in every way. They are all amazing but we particularly love the service of Joanna, who has a keen sense for selecting perfectly fashionable and suitable frames for my husband and myself. I highly recommend them for all your optometric needs.

Dr. Mus and the staff at Sheridan Optometric Centre went above and beyond my expectations. After suffering from a longstanding astigmatism issue that my previous Optometrist just couldn't quite resolve, I had almost given up and accepted it as an age related eye problem. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to ensure they exceed your expectations. We moved more than an hour away several years ago but would never consider going anywhere else. A special shoutout to Joanna who never fails to choose frames that compliment our own personal style and always provides excellent customer service!

Danny Mus is the best eye doctor EVER!
He is very diligent and professional. His staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. They are very good with putting through insurance claims.

I don't have enough words to describe how amazing Dr. Mus is! I have never seen a health care provider be so professional but caring at the same time! In every interaction with Dr. Mus, he has been incredibly kind to me and most importantly very knowledgeable. He answered ALL of my questions (even the ones I thought were very silly) and thoroughly explained the purpose of all the tests and their results. He gave me honest recommendations of my next steps (as I was paying out of pocket) so that I get the best care without spending a lot of money. It is rare to find someone who will go out of their way for someone they don't know. It attests to the fact that he will always put his patients first. Dr. Mus is truly an asset to Sheridan Optometric Centre. I could not have asked for someone better to help me take care of one of my most beloved blessings: my eyes!

I've had the best experience at this clinic quite a while. Very rarely you'd come across a health care professional as caring, kind as well as skilled as Dr. Young. She was excellent in comforting our two yo daughter who has a fear of doctors and medical equipment in general and usually resists being examined. Dr. Young managed to keep her engaged and entertained all the while performing the eye exam. This was the first time we left a doctor's office with her not crying. I think we've found an optometrist for life. The front desk staff were excellent as well. The clinic also gives back to the community by participating in charity programs like food drives which we were glad to contribute to.

Dr. Lum is great and knowledgeable. Michelle and ladies at the front deliver the best customer service experience year after year. Highly recommend!

She spotted an issue with one of my eyes early on and helped coordinate next steps with a specialist. My daughters always feel at ease as Dr. Jess explains every step to help them understand what is going on. Her level of care is top notch!

If you're looking for an optometrist, look no further! I've been wearing glasses since I was 5 yo (so that's >30 yrs of wearing glasses!) and I've never met a more efficient, knowledgeable and personable optometrist than Dr. Young. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and kindly answered a million of my questions. She's lovely and approachable and makes you feel comfortable right away. I'm never going anywhere else!

I had a great eye exam experience with Dr. Nisha Gupta. I found her to be very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and I felt comfortable with her care. I highly recommend her and will be returning to her and this clinic in the future.
