I’m not one to write reviews usually but my experience was so exceptional that I had to share. The massage I got from Melody was the absolute best I’ve ever had. She’s so incredibly professional and listens to exactly what you want and knows the perfect spots to relieve tension. She communicates with you throughout the massage experience to make sure you’re getting what you want/need. Absolutely loved it and will 100% go back to see her again. It’s so hard to find such a fantastic massage therapist and I think I found a treasure. Thank you Melody!

I've been receiving my massage treatments from Melody for the past 5 months who is a very knowledgeable and professional RMT. I have regular monthly appointments set up for the rest of the year. She's the person to go to for your massage treatments.

Just got under eye filler at sherlase clinic and spa, I could not be happier! It feels good to look in the mirror and like what I see for once. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to get fillers and also there is almost no bruising or swelling.

My dear Sheri … I can’t thank you enough for organizing the last minute Saturday’s spa afternoon for Mom’s bday! 7 women and each and everyone of them were in heaven! From the time they were greeted at the door to the robes to the amazing treatments and the time in the gorgeous lounge … the hospitality was impeccable. All of them wrote to me and thanked me for this amazing feeling they left with and the memories they created. Ximena is sooo sweet! So is Chantal. They really made all the women feel so special.
One of them even had tears of sheer joy.

Feel this place caters to Caucasian skin only. Should have trusted my friends when they said not to waste my money. (Name has been changed to avoid conflict) pictures of my skin will be shared soon. Edit: have to agree with the negative comments.they are rather dismissive when you are concerned with your reaction. I tried to call and left email but they didn’t even bother to call back. I question the legit positive reviews on here.

Nancy Luther is a true professional. I highly recommend her Laser services for vein treatment. She is simply the best.

Update: always stay away from companies that say they don’t see your name in their system after you’ve given an unfavourable review. You have no idea if using a middle name or nickname, but they say that to make it seem as if you’ve never been there. And of course her manager or fellow employee is going to give a biased statement about Heather. Don’t trust this place; the owner doesn’t take accountability either.

Heather is a nightmare to deal with and she lacks all of the qualities that a manager, or anyone in customer service, should have. If you have any trouble with procedures and/or products, she dismisses all of your claims. Clearly this is an issue because it’s in several of the reviews. Go to a reputable clinic with great customer service if you want procedures that can potentially permanently affect your skin.

The new spa section has opened and is stunningly beautiful. It's like an oasis of peace and calm. I had a facial with Helen in one of their brand new rooms. The music was calming, the environment very inviting. Helen knew I have sensitive skin and carefully chose products to use on my skin that were not irritating. The scents of the products used were amazing and added to this wonderful experience. Take the time to enjoy something for yourself that will lighten your spirit and help you feel centered.

The staff are friendly. This review is based on customer service, and heavily weighted on results. If I am paying lots of $$$ than it's fair to expect results. I had my vericose injected by Nancy and the results were minimal. However, I know vericose veins are hard to rid of and is tricky, Nancy was very nice and did her best during the process.
I had a chemical peel done and it did nothing for my skin. I bought a package for 3 photofacial sessions (IPL) for my mother for her face and it was very disappointing. In fact, all it did was darken the spots on her face. Overall treatments for my mom and I cost $1000 and gone to waste. Unfortunately, I think the IPL machine they are using is top notch. I had IPL done on my face at another place downtown and within 3 sessions the results were phenomenal! I took my mom downtown, and as expected, the results were great.

I’ve been going to this clinic for my services for a while now. The girls are super friendly. Whats very important is that they know what they’re doing. I’m getting laser on my face which is working incredibly. I’m also getting chemical peels which make a lot of difference in my skin. I got my lips perked up a few months ago and It looks so natural. I am no longer afraid to get that laser done, I know I can trust them.

I have been a client at Sherlase Clinic having received laser hair removal treatments for several years. A couple of years ago, prior to a vacation, my mom was interested in getting botox done to relax the frown lines between her eyebrows and wrinkles in her forehead. I suggested Sherlase, and we booked an appointment with Dr. Rotstein.

It was my mom's first time doing botox, so she was a bit nervous, but Dr. Rotstein took the time to explain the procedure to her, and what to expect in terms of results. I sat with my mom through her entire appointment, and a few weeks later her deep frown lines between her eyebrows had disappeared and the wrinkles in her forehead had softened as Dr. Rotstein suggested they would. My mom was thrilled!

One month ago, my mom wanted to get botox done again prior to going on vacation. She hadn't had it done since the last time we visited the clinic. Again, we booked an appointment and my mom went in to get it done. Upon completing the injections Dr. Rotstein told my mom it would take a few weeks to see the full results.

3 weeks into our vacation, both my mom and I noticed that the deep frown lines between her eyebrows were still there. While her forehead wrinkles had softened up, the frown lines between her eyebrows were still very prominent. Moreover, her eyebrows which had a higher arch naturally, now drooped a bit and had a bubble around the upper perimeter.

I took a picture, and upon return to Toronto I sent it via email to Sherlase explaining the issue. I received an automated e-mail saying that I would receive a response in 24-48 hours. I didn't hear back after this period of time.

2 days later I decided to call the clinic, and asked if they had received my e-mail. I spoke to Heather at the front desk who told me that she found my email in the junk folder. With my e-mail address in their database (I receive weekly e-letters from them), and having corresponded with the same e-mail address numerous times in the past, I found this quite peculiar.

I explained the issue to Heather, and she told me that perhaps my mom had botox injected too often, and that's why it wasn't working this time around. I then explained that this was only the second time my mom had ever had it done in her life to which she responded, oh may be it isn't effective because she's doing it after so long (2.5 years between the appointments). I found these 2 suggestions to be quite dismissive, and almost pre-prepared for anyone who called to complain about the botox placement being ineffective.

I suggested that perhaps it was best for Dr. Rotstein to see my mom. Heather said she'd book an appointment for her to get a "top up" of botox.

My mom went to her appointment with Dr. Rotstein, and after taking a look at my mom's face, she said that she always tells her clients that there's no guarantee of the botox working. This was not true.

Dr. Rotstein injected around the same quantity of botox as she did the first time around 2.5 years ago. While her results were excellent the first time, the second time around they were not. I think this largely has to do with the placement of the botox, which was ill-placed and ineffective this time.

Had Dr. Rotstein indicated her lack of confidence in the botox working, we would have stepped away from the appointment, and reconsidered as the cost was just under $500. That's a lot of money, and something that we could never freely gamble with in terms of the results.

Dr. Rotstein then said she could attempt to do more (at a cost), and then wavered and said it wouldn't work out for my mom. So which was it? You can do more and see results? Or you can do more without a good result? Her response wavered between the two, and her lack of confidence on the matter as a doctor was quite honestly petrifying.

We walked away from the appointment. She did not offer to touch up her work, nor did she apologize.

Neither my mom nor I will be using the services of the clinic again. Botox is very delicate procedure that should be performed by someone with an experienced skillset.

I am a 34-year-old women who is suffering from what I hope is temporary hair loss. I came to the Sherlase Clinic today to meet with Dr. Rotstien regarding their PRP treatment. Dr. Rotstien not only took the time to explain the process and success rate of the treatment, but she also encouraged me to take my time and check with my family physician to ensure the hair loss is not the result of any unlying health conditions. I am extremely impressed with my experience at the clinic and with Dr. Rotstein as a professional. I was expecting to leave the consultation with a list of treatments I "needed" and their price tags, but rather, I left feeling informed and more confident in that I may be able to treat my condition without any treatment at all. Dr. Rotstein's honestly and kindness was truly appreciated, and I recommend her to anyone and everyone who is seeking truthful and honest advice on either hair loss or any other cosmetic enhancement procedures. Although I am hoping to never visit the clinic in regards to hair loss again, I am excited to and definitely will be visiting for other cosmetic treatments in the near future!

Sherlase Clinic is a true class act. Their services are professional, give simply amazing results and the staff is 100 percent top notch. I am extremely picky about where I go for any type of treatments (especially on my face) and after experiencing the results I have with Sherlase, I personally would never go anywhere else and this is the clinic that I have and will continue to refer all of my friends and family to. Below is the email that I sent to the owner, Sheri, one week post my first micro needling with PRP. Prior to this treatment I had a micro needling treatment without PRP and the second time I decided to take the plunge and add PRP to it (they draw a small blood sample and spin it to seperate the stem cells and then use the stem cells with the micro needling on your skin). If you are looking to transform your skin into a more youthful and glowing appearance, you have got to try this!

Wow! One week post PRP and I honestly can NOT BELIEVE how much better my skin looks and feels! Truly pleasantly SHOCKED! No breakouts whatsoever:). I am so excited to see what two more rounds of this does to my skin. The difference of just doing micro needling and micro needling with PRP is HUGE. I don’t think I will ever do just micro needling again, as this treatment (with PRP) has blown my mind and exceeded all of my expectations!
