Sherri's Living Large

Our son was looking for a non big box store experience and wow, what a great one it was. Large upscale products, great staff and fantastic layout.

Older gentleman was excellent and provided great customer service.

The woman and young man rudely ignored customers.

We recently purchased a beautiful Cabana Coast outdoor dining table here. The process was simple and easy, despite covid. Thank you. It was a pleasure to support local.

I would have chosen NO STARS. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Worst customer service experience ever! Paid $3,900 plus (on sale) for "Aruba" 7 piece patio dining set. 4 of 6 chairs showed signs of the fabric sagging shortly after purchase and Peter advised they were sewn incorrectly, but warranty company will replace. My reply - odds are we'll have the same problem with the other slings so lets replace them all at the same time. Warranty company would not agree. Waited 3.5 months for the replacement slings to arrive. Replacements installed at Sherri's and end product for all chairs showed obvious signs of fabric being sewn incorrectly or poor installation. Instead of fixing the problem, a younger gentleman simply turned over the chairs for us to pick up as if all was okay. In addition, there was no acknowledgement or apology for an email that was directed to me in error which was both inappropriate and unprofessional.

Peter and the team treated us extremely well! Great selection and customer service is well above what one would expect. We’ve outfitted our entire backyard with their furniture plus a new couch in our living room.
