I would highly recommend the Nissan Sherway location. My parents purchased a Nissan Rogue this September and had a smooth and reliable experience with Tony Lew. Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to choosing the right car. Tony went above and beyond by driving them to a restaurant while they waited for their car. We would also like to thank Gary for his kind service as well.
If they were able to give a 10/5 they would!

Don’t ever go to this dealer for anything. They are the worst in the world. They have a very bad service. They don’t have any shame to lie to your face. Such brutal people made us wait for almost 6 months only to say that they car is getting delayed. Later they will come with some lame reasons and make you back out from the deal. I think they still have some hidden benefit when you book the car and later back out. They were so so keen about us cancelling the booking.

Luckily We are going to get a car from Honda next week.

We used to have great faith in the service department here and have taken our car to be serviced here for 10+ years, but that has all been flushed down the drain now. We recently took the car in for servicing because the brakes squeaked. They replaced the rear brakes and rotors but it did not resolve the squeaking. We brought it in again and they said they made an "adjustment. " It still did not resolve the squeaking. We brought it in a third time and now they want to charge us $100 just for assessing. I spoke with Tisha (who in the past has been excellent) as well as Usher (Service Manager) but they were not empathetic at all. I explained that from my perspective they did not resolve the problem and that if they still wanted to charge me $100 for assessing the car again that it would be enough to lose us as customers for life. Usher seemed indifferent and decided he would rather lose us as a customer than lose a potential $100. Short sighted! We will now take our business elsewhere and likely won't buy another Nissan or Infiniti vehicle again.

I want to give a big shout-out to Pre-Owned Manager Gary Quan and the GM Curtis Mortimer. I had recently purchased a vehicle from their dealership. After taking possession, however, there was a problem and I wasn't happy with it. They offered me different options/solutions but in the end, gave me a full refund.no delays.no games.in and out in under an hour. True professionals. This is how you treat your customers. If I ever do decide to buy Nissan again, I will definitely use them.

Extremely bad experience! ***NEVER GOING TO THAT LOCATION FOR ANY SERVICES AGAIN*** Got a letter for some minor recall for 2013 nissan pathfinder and took it that location and was told my the lady at front desk that your car also has a recall for transmission and i told her mine is working fine. She told me to get it changed otherwise its a big expense. I got that changed and have to go to that location 7 times after because of continues leaking from the transmission. Now my car is out of warranty and is shaking too much upto 40KM and they will not take responsibility and not fix it. NEVER BUYING NISSAN AGAIN.

Although the service advisor was professional the way billing is handled is horrible. Car was in service for less than two hours but 400 in labor charges for doing diagnistics and fixing two things electroncally. They hide behind the set time allowed by Nissan and not how long it takes to fix. You are better off to go to a garage after tourr warranty is done Then to pay 790 for a battery a diagnostic and reboot of electrical.what a joke

I had a really bad experience with Sherway Nissan Dealership especially the sales rep Charles and sales manager Cameron. I booked Nissan Qashqai 2022 model in April 2022 at this dealership and I was told that I will be getting my Car July 1st week. I called them couple of times to confirm on the delivery in June month and they said it’s coming in the 1st week of July. I called them in 1st week of July and they said it’s coming in 2nd week of July. I called them on Monday, Jul 4 th and they said the delivery is scheduled for Jul 6th or Jul 7th. Today I called them to ask about my car and they told me the ETA is delayed to Mid August but they cannot confirm if they will get delivery by that time as well. When I asked for my options they said that they don’t have any car to give me in the meantime. I can either wait until my car arrives or take away my deposit for the car. On top of that they were really unprofessional and very bad customer service. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as the sales reps are just after your deposit and lie to their customers to make sales. Unprofessional, non responsive and rude people.

Very poor communication coming from Charles Ames, the leasing manager. He was caught in a lie and remained dishonest- and no regard from the general manager. The location was amazing in 2019 but we would no longer recommend this location to anyone.

We called inquiring about a Nissan Rogue, spoke to Harvier, he said they had 2 coming in 1-2 weeks. I asked for a VIN, he became evasive and even said to me ‘I’m not lying to you’ and I said I understand but would like to know the VIN for my peace of mind. He finally sends one over. We called Nissan to verify the VIN and they couldn’t find it in their system. Harvier assures us it’s real and even sends us a screenshot of it from his computer. He also informs us that there is a another Nissan Rogue at the dealership if we’re interested. We asked if it’s a demo or has any Km on it and he says it’s new. So we meet next day and he informs my husband that the cars he told us about that were coming 1-2 weeks are sold and the other car at the dealership turns out not to be new it’s a 2021 model and has 34,000 Km on it. All in all a colossal waste of our time. Just because there is a shortage of car, dealers are saying every lie in the book to get you to the dealership to waste their time in the hope that customer may buy some of the left over stock. Will never be visiting this dealership in the future and has put me off buying a Nissan. Mazda was our other choice and will be considering that instead.

I came to sherway nissan to buy the 2017 subaru outback as a pre-own car for my girlfriend on July 21. We signed the paperwork and paid the deposit. The financial manager Charles Ames said that we could get credit approved in one or two days. However, we haven't got credit approved until July 25 which is today. When we try to contact Charles, nobody pickup the phone or replied email. It's funny that the sales manager also disappeared when we called in. I will continue to update this situation and my rating can change depends on how this goes.

Purchased our 2017 Nissan Rouge, we've had it now maybe 1 month. We love, you couldn't ask for a better vehicle. The salesman (Shiv) we had, had amazing customer service skills. It's something you don't see today. He treated you like you were apart of there own. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle, for sure.

Professional, friendly, well trained staff. Hassle free buying experience. Place is warm and offers well spaced seating.
Test drives available (driver must be G2 or full G qualified). Delvin Rondon (salesperson) is the person to contact for car features/specifications. He listens patiently and is very helpful. Andrew Andreis (sales manager) and Cameron are quick and efficient in their work and get the job done in a jiffy. I am pleased with my experience here.

I had a wonderful experience today with Cameron in finance and Radu in sales. They helped me to purchase a 2020 Pathfinder. There was no pressure. They were both polite and professional. Both of them helped me reach my target price and did not add any unexpected costs. I was really pleased with the way they communicated with us. What a great expericence. My new Pathfinder is named Elsie, after my adorable nanny. I highly recommend this dealership.
