Today I receive professional advice on how to paint a walk-in freezer. Salesman and store manager were very helpful.

Nothing but The Best Service every time! Joe and Flavio always treat me like family and always go the extra mile to help me with all my needs. I'm not a painting contractor but always make sure I head to S. W.for all my painting needs, the service and paint quality is second to none!

The people in the store are knowledgeable and willing to help make sure you get the right product for your job. If they don't have the product on hand and it's available they will make sure you get it promptly.

Recently purchased paint products, gentleman that provided service was knowledgable and kind. Will continue to shop here for our paint products.

Whoever answered the phone today was incredibly RUDE and unhelpful! All I needed was one gallon of a certain colour paint and he replied that it wasn’t in stock and wasn’t interested in helping me order or find something similar. Go to the Rymal location instead- 2 minute phone call- super helpful, helped me find what I was looking for

I am so grateful for the staff (especially Matt) at the Grays Road location.

We've come several times over the past couple weekends for a big paint job, the staff have always provided excellent customer service and gone above and beyond.
Last weekend I called ahead to order paint as I have previously weekends and Matt called me back to let me know their closing hours as he wanted to make sure I didn't miss out on picking up my paint before they closed.

Very satisfied with service and quality of paints. If anyone is looking to match a colour swatch from a competitors swatch, go to Sherwin Williams, they did a great match. They also have project specific paints, what I mean by that is; I am painting drywall in my garage that has never been painted.the walls are over 40 yrs old and the stain blocking primer paint did the trick where regular primer was not good enough.

For the automotive hobbyist looking for that elusive interior colour to be made up in a spray bomb, this place is the best. The staff is super friendly and are willing to give you all the time you'd need to find the right product for a particular job. This is unlike some other suppliers that don't really have the time for walk in's and retail. A big shout out to Justin on this one as well. Cheers.
