Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Highly recommended. The staff here is just awesome! Helped me pick out perfect colors for my space. Also helped me recycle some of the old paint and even helped unloading like 20 pails of paint.

The store is great and very helping staff there.the paint itself is little expensive than other big store paints but they are worth their value.

Never had any issue with any of their paints.

I visited your store on last Sunday (4 September) I reached there at 3: 54 and there was no one in the store while your lights are on and next day was labour day so I was in the need of paint but you guys were closed before your closing time.

We were on the hunt specifically for a quart of tinted deep base exterior flat or satin paint. Already made SEVERAL trips to Dulux and another SW contractor store. The young lady (Alesa?) who served us found exactly what we needed, tinted it EXACTLY to the block of concrete we provided utilizing a digital densitometer and also provided the minimal amount of paint we required. Didn't have to spend $100 for a gallon of paint. She did her job seamlessly (being happy, courteous and 200% helpful) and was obviously very well versed in her job. This couldn't go without a review considering everyone else talked supply chains and unavailability of quart sized cans.
This employee should be well respected and always put at the top of your list!

I love coming to this location. I didn’t realize it was only curbside pickup so when I called the store, the lady I spoke with was so friendly. She took my order, got my paint and processed my payment all within 10 minutes. Seriously that’s amazing! Worth the drive from Orangeville! Thanks again for the easy transaction!

The sales associates at the Brampton North store were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They made shopping experience easy and even offered discounts that I didn't know were available.

This was my first time having to shop for paint and my first visit to the store. My sister and I were greeted on our way in and the great customer service never stopped. The associate (name started with an S.sorry have forgotten the full name), was outstanding. He assured and offered suggestions, was courteous and very helpful. I appreciated his input and felt comfortable throughout the whole experience. It felt like genuine help and made the experience a success. Thank you for your hard work S and for your teammates as well, who also appeared to have a lot of knowledge. Your store will be my first stop the next paint project i have. Good service, knowledgeable staff. You pay a premium price compared to big box stores but the quality far exceeds what the big box stores have. It was my first time buying non-Behr paint and I can say that I won't buy any other kind now.

This place has completely went down hill after Chris Power and his team left. No more customer service is presented and the staff always seems bothered.

5 star rating only for the manager - Scott, he was understanding and willing to do a refund based on my situation of trying to prime a pop corn ceiling that did not go as planned and I had bought the paint 2 days ago.

BUT 1 star for The other employee as she needs training around customer service. I had gone to the store the previous evening and advised the girl working regarding the stucco coming out. She did not offer store credit, said i was using the wrong roller (which i was not) and basically stated well we cant take the paint back or do anything.

The next day when I showed up having spoken to the store manager she basically stated to him -"this is the same one from yesterday", and caught a bit of an attitude while doing the return.

Mistakes happen and its not like i came back with an empty can, however one shouldn't be condescending when speaking to a customer and then be rude when the manager has given his OK. Additionally the lack of understanding and making the customer feel stupid is not the way to be when you are in the customer service field.
