Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Store was quite busy with only one associate on. It was Dec 31 but that is also a Saturday morning. Good selection, helpful displays, and once we got our turn with the Sales Associate he was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Long wait time that day though.

A great place to buy paint and painting supplies. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable.

I ordered paint at 4: 30 pm and was told that they could get it ready for me by 5: 00 pm closing. I really appreciated the effort to get me the product I wanted so quickly. Will definitely be back.

I went in needing to match some paint, the manager was helpful, helped me figure out what I needed to match the color and did so well. I had to repaint 2 garage doors and it worked very well, the homeowner was happy with the final color chosen. Service was friendly and they were knowledgeable.

This is the best Sherwin Williams store in Ottawa, always great costumer service, and educate the client to what products best suite their needs.
