Just wanted to say many Thanks to Jayashankar for the advice and help he provided, excellent customer service.

Best paint shop ever! The manager Vivian really knows his stuff! Helped me get the best deal in town! Go in and ask for Vivian!

The staff were lovely. However they recommended the interior duration paint and that cost them serious points in my view.

2 tinted primer coats and 5 coats of yellow satin interior duration and still my wall has green streaks. I am having nightmares about this paint job.

Edit: months later, the paint is peeling off in streaks, having never cured properly. The store owner called to apologize, but this isn't going to make it any less expensive (and time consuming) to fix my basement.

Just finished buying our painting supplies at a Sherwin Williams and I must say this is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever received! We’ve been shopping around for paint for a while and when we walked in, Vivian just swept us off our feet! He wasn’t trying to sell us products, he was genuinely trying to help us find the right colours that we need. He took the time to explain how we should choose a colour. He wasn’t just trying get us out of the store. He showed us colours, told us to check it out in our house and then come back. Vivian was honestly such a great help, as novice painters he really equipped us with all the tools we need to do our paint job. Vivian is amazing! Definitely will come back here if we need anything else. Such a great experience! Would give him a 10 stars if I could lol.thanks for your help Vivian, you’re making Sherwin Williams shine!

Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. Especially the Store Manager Vivian Rowland was very helpful. I was buying paint to repaint my condo and Vivian provided amazing advice and innovative ideas on DIY techniques. Will definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family.

Knew exactly what I wanted so called in and ordered my paints which were ready in 15min. I took my time getting there but they came out and did the drop off in my car after providing my credit card number to pay for it over the phone due to COVID. Staff were friendly and quick.

Absolutely amazing and friendly service. Workers were prompt, efficient and precise. A few places I was looking for a specific paint and this location had it. Strongly recommend this store. The store manager Vivian Rowland was very helpful. Gave me all the information I needed for my DIY project. He was very knowledgeable about all the paint related stuff. He went out of his way to help me. That effort didn’t take much, but it went a long way as far as customer service goes. Why? Because so few people do it. The majority of employees in a store just ring up sales and spout impersonal lines like “How was everything? ” or “Have a nice day. ” But he was different, he made sure I was being helped and not just trying to make a sale.
Being a DIY customer I had 100 questions and no clue about what I really wanted. But he was extremely patient and answered all my questions. He did not rush, and also gave me an option to check and get things back I might need to return or meed extra. He was just like the paint encyclopedia for all my queries. And the he also showed be how the colours would look on my walls with the help of some crazy app he had. It completely blew my mind off!
And Even during this time of pandemic, the store was kept clean and sanitized.
Will definitely recommend and visit again. It was a great experience and I appreciate Vivian’s efforts. Thank you for making it so easy.
