First time customer at this store. Quality of paint is very good. However, I brought in a paint chip from a competitor, most all other companies are able to match colours. I was very dissappointed in finished product. The colour is a shade of two lighter. When I did go back to the store to voice my concern the store associate was very understanding and explained why they could not make it darker. He said that he would have a manager call me. Apparently he did not provide feedback as when I called, the management team knew nothing about our conversation. After explaining my concerns and the dissatisfaction of the colour, I was offered a discount on another can of paint. I was never told that the process in colouring my paint would not be exactly matched and would be lighter. I would have expected better service from a well known chain and would expect that they would have replaced the can of paint. Best to stick to Deluxe Paints.

I was here yesterday and Ryan did a colour match for me, it matched 100%. Thank you Ryan and the team at this location for their absolutely fantastic customer service. Beyond expectations.

Spoke with someone on the phone to order my paint. She was really helpful and provided info on which paint was best for the project I was working on. Sherwin Williams was able to produce a colour matched stain for my baseboard and window trim so that it would exactly match my new wood flooring. The match is amazing. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend them for colour matching!

The young woman that served us was so helpful and knowledgeable. We were buying paint for furniture. She knew what we needed not just with paint and primer but with tool as well. We would definitely shop here again.

The manager Ryan was very friendly to start. He was very helpful with my paint selections and paint type. Also with materials required for my project. I would recommend this location for the knowledgeable staff, the service and the friendliness. I love the quality of their even though their request you do 2 coats. The paint is easy to work worth and cleans up great as well. If you catch a oops you can wipe it away.

The manager of this store is amazing. Really helpful, knowledgeable, and kind service. Used them a few times for paint matching too and the results were flawless.

I always bought paint from big box stores like home depot. Not anymore. The paint at Sherwin Williams is great. A lot less smelly, the quality is excellent. The customer service at this store is great. Everytime, I knew I could call them, ask for their advice and place an order over the phone for pickup. Would recommend.

I bought three 1-gallon cans of Resilience outdoor paint and one can had a very big dent in it.so much so that the volume of the can was reduced such that you cannot even shake the paint by hand. A couple years ago I went to this same store since my house had S-W paint I wanted to match. During that visit I was told there was only one person who was able to colour match paint so I had to return later. Also, during my recent visit the attendant was not every friendly and my wife felt the same way. The reason I went to S-W was to take advantage of the 30% off sale but there are too many other paint stores where I can receive better service and undamaged goods so I do not think there is anything that can done so that I will return.

First visit was simply because the location is convenient for me but I keep returning because I am always met by a smiling associate who is ready to help. I never feel pressured to buy a higher quality paint or roller sleeve yet the employees are all knowledgable about paint trends and paint advice. I regularly return to have my cans re-shaken before touching up walls.

The customer services was actually great, and that's why I'm giving you three-stars. But the paint I purchased was either a bad batch or a terrible product. I applied six coats (yes, 6, no exaggeration), plus a primer, and it still was not covering. However, I was given a full refund for the paint and the staff apologized. Not sure if I'll shop there again - spending an entire weekend painting a room that should have taken one evening has put me off Sherwin-Williams for awhile.

Not too bad, staff is friendly and somewhat knowledgeable but needs to improve on quicker service for contractor and commercial customers

They keep records of your paint colours Soo as long as their around you won’t be guessing if that’s the right colour. Sales staff was very nice, he carried the paint to my car without hesitation because of my recent car accident.
