Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I drove 12 km to here. When I arrived and after choosing stuffs. Then they said they don’t accept tap payment becouse thier devices not working, make sure to bring cash. I’m an contractor but never ever go to wherwin Williams again. Better to go to colour x. Moore Benjamin or even Home Depot. Bad service

Amazing service during this second lockdown and pandemic. I have to give it to Josh and team. They are very responsive, help provide solutions and amazing service. They offered to help with colour selection and over a 3 day period of me deciding colours, finishes etc this location and team were very helpful and consulted me via phone.

I was very to new to painting and didn't know anything about painting. One of their associate, "Josh" helped me. He was very patient in listening to me and explaining the painting basics to me. I would highly recommend this location for any of your paint or stain requirements.

We received very good customer service with Josh today. Got some paint and couple of supplies. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Went beyond to serve us. Thanks Josh.

There was one guy there and he gave me right stuff but they did not have book for Benjamin Moore at this location.

They were a great help in choosing the right type of paint and worked hard to ensure a colour as close as possible to what I wanted. Very happy with their customer service. Gave me great suggestions that saved me money on my project.

This store has always delivered. They know paint and make the whole process of buying paint and supplies a breeze. They are fast and very good at what they do. Also we have always had, such a good experience with the staffs service. Been shopping there for 5 years now. They also have some wicked Sales.

Doug. He lied about not being able to see our previous reciept on their system using our account number. He was determined not to help us. We had to call the another location and put them on speaker phone to confirm our exchange could be done. He did it as soon as we dialed. He was dismissive and condescending during the process. Do better.

Brittany is the best. Super deal and customer service. The place to go for knowledge direction selection and price. Also ask her about paint matching. Spot on!

Nice staff however, Sherwin Williams line of products doesn't measure up to Benjamin Moores. I've invested over $3000 dollars in painting my house with their Emerald line at $84 a can with the promise of durability and was sorely let down. When I approached Sherwin Williams they just shrugged their shoulders. The paint was a fair value when sold at $35 a can but now its marketed to compete against Benjamin Moore and just doesn't measure up for the price. My advice.buy a good primer and a cost effective can a paint from anywhere.they all perform the same.

The girl working there was helpful, gave us some opinion on colours. Made some other suggestions that saved us some money for our purchase. Will go back again for more paint later.

Visited this store 2 weeks ago to get some paint. Since they did not have 5 gallon buckets I was advised to come back on a Wednesday and GUARANTEED they'll have it (they even took my name, number and order and said they'll give me a call). Wednesday passes by and I did not get a phone call.

I visited on the Friday to pick up my order and apparently my order hasn't been placed. I should be angry at this point but since I did not need the paint at the moment I said fine. AGAIN, they take my name, number and order and said AGAIN, WE WILL CALL YOU ON A WEDNESDAY.

Today's Thursday and I just called the store and yet my order isn't in yet. I don't know how many Wednesdays I need to wait for some White paint but I'm truly disappointed by this location. It also doesn't help that the person who was working on June 22nd 2017,6pm has an attitude.

Terrible. Stay away from this store. WASTE OF TIME.
