Friendly staff! They are very knowledgable and really looks after you. If you are a first timer or beginner DIY, staff will explain their products and how to paint from the beginning to the end. Better than Benjamin Moore on Yonge and Steeles

This was our first time choosing and buying paints for our 800 sq ft condo. Rayan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He took extra care and time to explain the process and present options to us. He was super patient with us as we took our time to decide. We came in only 40 minutes before closing time, but he didn't rush us at all. I will definitely be back at this location for any and all of my future paint needs!

This location’s customer service is amazing! As a first time painter who knew absolutely nothing about paints and how to paint, the associate Rayan was so helpful and patiently explained everything I needed to know, and didn’t try to upsell me on paints and tools. I told him what I was trying to do and he recommended me the paint types and tools I needed for the project. Currently in the middle of painting and so far it looks pretty good, other than my painting skills. Thanks Rayan!

I called multiple times before I went and the rep was very helpful and patient, as usual for this location. Curbside pickup was quicker than many other places. Definitely coming back here for my painting needs.

Rayan was very patient and helpful at the store. He helped to find the right colour to match my existing wall. Jasanth was also helpful in shaking a pail of old paint I had and checking if it was still good.

The staff are friendly here and its open on sunday, there was a 30% discount on the paint we bought that made it a sweet deal.

As usual store has pretty much all range and person I met was really helpful. Got 40% discount top of it.

Shop is aimed at contractor than amateur. Don't expect to get any painting know-how from the staffs there.

Ive had mixed experiences at this location. Both great and poor customer service. Today was a great one. A shout out to Sina, who took my order today. He went over each item i required even though it took over and hour. He handled the call and order professionally and patiently. Double and triple checked the order even. Great job Sina.
