Very satisfied with the meadowvale store. I went to your store at Ridgeway and collegeway Mississauga and the owner or sales representative refuse to serve so I had to go to your other store.

Friendly, quick curbside pickup service; much easier than ordering through home depot right now

I needed to get paint matched from a swatch I pulled off the ceiling of a clients home for some patch work.

Home Depot unfortunately was unable to match the paint after two attempts, and almost ruined the swatch I pulled.

Fortunately, the team at Sherwin Williams was able to still scan my swatch and match the paint expertly. I was so thrilled. They gave me everything I needed to complete the painting and the job turned out great!

First time painting my apartment, received fast and efficient service today at Sherwin-Williams. Great support. Very excited to transform my space with these beautiful colours and quality product!

Very helpful sales lady. Actually educated me on the different paint types as well as the colors. My tip is that unless your contractor has an account with them, to buy when they have their 40% off sale.

Bad customer service, I went today asked for swimming pool paint. There is a girl with short hair said u have to hire contractors in order to buy the paint, I went to Benjamin more, they give me the paint without any issues

The staff are never too busy to help with answers or to make sure the product is right for the project.

Recently I went to Sherwin Williams Measowvale with a lid for a paint I bought tinted from Home Depot. Since I couldn't order more for curbside from Home Depot I decided to try here. All I had was the lid, didn't phone before going and they colored matched right through the window, picked an equivalent paint based on price and mixed it right there for me. Kept me updated the whole time by phone. This is my new paint store!

It was my first time purchasing paint from Sherwin-Williams and heard about them from a friend. I was able to select my paint online, then called in to order it. Before placing my order they asked I come by the shop so they could hand me a paint chip in an envelope to review the colour. This was a nice touch and something I was afraid i wasn't going to be able to do. It all took about 5-10 minutes in total. I paid for my order over the phone, they placed it outside for me to pick up and that was it. During this covid-19 crisis they were able to make my shopping experience quick, safe, and easy.

I went by to pick up some paint today. The staff was super friendly. My daughter dropped a paint can and made a big mess and they were really good about it. I really appreciate their attitude!

I had a very bad experience, I give them a piece of hardwood cappuccino color, and a piece of unfinished oak steps, to make me the stain, they said 72 hours, I said ok np problem, when I went they give me mahogany stain and I have cappuccino flooring, they cant tell the difference between cappuccino and mahogany.
They dont give back my money no refund, I walk away.

That the store has a great selection of well priced products and a very knowledgable and helpful staff.especially the Manger Matt!

Your staff needs to be more engaged. They aren't really enthusiastic about helping and serving.
