Dirie did a great job cleaning our gutters. Ours was a complicated job because the downspouts were completely clogged with leaves. He had to dismantle them and clean them all out which was a hard job. He was very pleasant and thorough. We would definitely use them again and recommend their services.

I am so impressed with this company. I dealt with the owner, who was absolutely amazing, professional, courteous, and I can say the same for his staff. All of his staff (Oliver, John, Jason and Corey). Firstly, they spray washed our deck which was filthy, sanded and stained it. It looks beautiful, and they also stained our fence. For the first time in decades, our backyard looks lovely and I will be using them for touchups and restaining our fence down the road again. We had no issues, and they were a pleasure to deal with. They also put in long hours to get all of the work done.

Great service! A little bit more expensive than other companies, but they are very professional, reliable and courteous. Emphasis is on service.

I’m not in the habit of writing reviews but you have to recognize exceptional service when you get it. Dustin and his team went out of their way, in December, to come out and clear my gutters. Same day, done quickly, efficiently and with a smile. These folks are the real deal.

Shine worked hard to get me a last minute date for window cleaning and a team of at least three spent the day at the house and it looks so clean you question whether the glass is still there. I would use the Shine team again

Mike, the foreman, was incredibly friendly, professional and service-oriented. His team, including Cameron and Nico, were equally friendly and conscientious. The windows were "shining" upon inspection prior to their departure, but I was left with the assurance that they'd come back if I found any flaws. I was delighted with this team and highly recommend them.

Jeremy and Nash arrived in time. They were extremely professional, worked steadily through the day and checked in with me as they did different parts of the work. I requested that they did the work in a specific order to minimize the impact to my day, and they happily obliged. They diligently managed to clean some hard to access windows. Other window cleaning firms have not been able to do this for me.

Dan and Josh were very prompt and professional. They did a great job on cleaning the eaves. I mentioned that I thought we had a leak and they checked and said the downspout was just blocked and they cleared it; I appreciate the honesty! They were a bit more expensive than I have paid in the past, but you get what you pay for.

Dustin & Dan showed up on time and did a great job. The windows are so clean I may need to get better blinds to keep the light out.

Very impressed with service. Very polite. Arrived on time. First time window cleaners washed window frames! They’re like new. I asked if they could tell me about the condition of the shingles. They took pictures of problem areas which I intend to show the roofer. They took the time to answer questions. Definitely would recommend Shine based on my first experience. Marv and Alex finished some outstanding work today for us despite some challenges caused by some rain showers. They put the job first and stayed until the work was done. Ben and Noah did a fabulous job. They also did little extras like cleaning a hard to reach garage fixture and helping to move a patio set that had nothing to do with the windows. They realized I would be doing it alone and offered to do it without my asking.

Shine Windows did a complete sealing process on our newly installed fence. They arrived promptly and made sure to protect all stonework on ground. Four gentlemen worked very hard to ensure that the job was completed in a careful and professional manner. These young men were very polite and considerate. We are pleased with the job that they did for us and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. You could not ask for a nicer group of young men.

I had my windows washed by Zack and Seb. They did a good job and seemed nice.

This company also accommodated my request to place dots, by Feather Friendly, which are designed to prevent bird strikes. I recommend Shine to anyone looking to have these dots installed on their windows

Josh and Nolan were great. Cleaned windows, gutters and eaves. Even hand scraped plastic privacy covering from the exterior of our windows.

My husband was very impressed with the three-person crew. It took approximately three hours to clean the interior and exterior windows; very thorough! They ensured we were happy with the work performed. Kendra was very accommodating when I kept messaging her to reschedule. Excellent customer service all around.

Ben and Noah did an amazing job today. Access to the Eaves on the north side of the house was tricky because some sections weren't easily accessible by ladder. They went the extra distance to make sure that those gutters were clear (and of course those were the gutters that most backed up). They also made some excellent recommendations on how to prevent debris from building up in the future. I definitely recommend shine window and Eaves cleaning.

Noah and Ben were great! We have very old, finicky storm windows. They were on time, very progressional and friendly, and took the time to explain what they would be doing. We had a 2 year old napping in the house, and they were even accommodating to help ensure they didn’t wake him, which was greatly appreciated and so kind! Would definitely recommend shine services to anyone and will use them again.

Sebastian and Zach, from Shine, were rained out on a Friday but they offered to come in two days later on a Sunday to clean our windows and pressure wash our retaining walls and fence. They were here for the whole day. It was a large job. I hope to get them to come in again!
