I ordered an ounce of grasslands Sativa using your online site. I get confirmation email and text.  I show up to pick up my order using interact. The person behind the counter says
"Sorry We sold your order" then proceeds to point towards bags on counter.
"It is in one of those bags, you should have prepaid with credit card and this wouldn't have happened"

They ran short on product and sold my reserved ounce.
What the point of reserving an order if you just sell it to the next available customer?

Wouldn't let me in because I had no ID but understandable. Friendly enough staff. The person I was with grabbed a few things. Good selection.

What can I say besides these people are great. Polite, customer friendly and quick on delivery. If you need a buzz give them a call/visit. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
