Smart location. Always friendly staff. As someone always looking to sample new strains Shiny Bud has a very nice selection and rarely ever out of stock.

I found the count, that was my 420 treat of 2gs of hash, to be short by about 3/4 of a gram. Means a lot more when all you can grab are those 2gs then you end up shorted by just under half. Wish they would make it right. Too bad.

It's a nice store but quite expensive. If you can wait two days to get your stuff, buy from ocs.ca or any other online retailer. Stoni delivers in an hour with a $50 minimum order.

The Pink kush in 1 oz bags for $150 plus tax is great value and top shelf. I am even paying taxes, nice. Finally decrim starting to make sense.

You might think paying this much would be a guarantee of good smoke but you would be wrong! I've gone through a dozen of their strains and yet to find anything worth the asking price.same quality on the black market for half the money.

More than one time I order for delivery and they cancelled. Not having products on the website, then your stuck waiting 2-3 days for refund. Crazy no weed because they got the money in libo.foolishness.they should call so people can change the order. To be left with nothing waiting. Terrible. When I call the response is its out of their hand. NO HELP! This is unacceptable they need a meeting to resolve company issues. BEWARE

Very impressed with the customer service here. I’ve been helped by one of the managers on multiple occasions, I think his name is Drew, and he’s always recommended the latest fire strains! Highly recommend!

Placed an order. It was cancelled cause they were sold out of an item. Was told in a message that I could call the store to find out more details. Called for 13 minutes no answer. Even through the order was cancelled they still took the money. What a waste of time

Staff were not very helpful or knowledgeable. Only were able to rhyme off indica vs sativa facts but we’re rude when asked about brands. Asked for more info on specific vape brands they carried, was told there was none. Turns out the touchscreens at the back of the store had all the info I needed.

Asked for ID but didn’t look at it at all.

It wasn’t very busy but the staff seemed to rush customers through.

I probably won’t return, it was an odd experience.

I’ve stopped visiting this location because of multiple issues with the staffs inability to do their job. Purchased a gram of hash and was charged for a different more expensive product and when I came back about the issue they didn’t try to resolve the problem. Second time they refused allowing me to order off their tablet because of covid restrictions. Very bizarre customer service.

These guys always have your order ready quick even if you order 5 mins before! Good bud fast service!

Their pre rolls are not even. 3 gram. Total rip off. Try highestfarmacy their pre rolls are huge for 5 dollars. They only charge 10 for delivery anywhere in GTA

Friendly, spacious with lots of accessories. Selection is good. I'd like to see some lower prices though. Going to other shops I see several strains in the 7-8$ range, and shiny needs more of that.

I'm in the parking lot of shiny bud at 9: 01 p.m. On Tuesday August 11th after being ignored standing outside the front of the building pressing the doorbell for the last couple of minutes. The young lady who finally (conveniently?) greeted me with a very friendly "oh no you can't be here! " At exactly 9 p.m. On the nose told me there was absolutely no way it was possible to serve me because it's gone past 9. Seems a little petty to complain but I did come from Mississauga to do business here and was very frustrated by being ignored left standing at their front door. As a general rule I found in my life that people don't like to be ignored. I'll give the place two stars as I've been here before and as long as you catch the staff in the middle of the day with reasonably high blood sugar and the managers within listening distance you can expect somewhat friendly service. That and I will admit they've put a lot of effort into making the place look very hip and trendy, so you know good for their interior designer.
I'll be will be cheerfully taking my business to their competitors in the future.

I have to say that every experience I have had at this dispensary has been nothing but great! The staff are all great and ready and willing to help you find the right strain and you never feel rushed. If I could rate higher than a 5 star I most definitely would. This shop is a great addition to our neighborhood!

The staff are nice and helpful and the store is really well put together but their stuff is waayyyy overpriced. I've been charged tax both times I went there, and even their standard prices are higher than OCS.ca. Bought a cart a couple weeks back for $43.95.same one on OCS for 34.95. Nice experience but would shop elsewhere for better prices.

Edit: Decided to try some of their bud when I was in the area. Got 3.5g of LBS, and took it home only to find that it was packaged OVER a year ago and that the bud was so dry that it cracked between my fingers. The producer even shorted me 0.27g! Overall a bad experience, and when I contacted them via email with my complaint, they didn't respond.

Big store with lots of product, I love the Aurora chocolate's and San Rafael flower Great White Shark & Pink Kush. EDIT was here recently, there was a store rep doing ID at the door letting people in and going back to the service desk to assist. I seen as I left the store people walking away thinking it was closed I clarified that appeared to be 2 people working (there was also a sign on the door to ring the bell and wait patiently). Still a great store.:)

Dry, old bud. Limited selection of accessories, and high prices. Curious that all the five star reviews have responses from the owner, but that they ignore the one star reviews. Someone noted that the five star reviews may be fake, and honestly I can kind of see that being the case. This should be considered when shopping at this joint. Criticism can be your friend management, how can you grow as a business when you ignore critiques from paying customers!?

The selection, including edibles, is amazing. All staff here go above and beyond in their customer service and are so knowledgeable and friendly. COVID protocols have been spectacular. Feel so lucky to have them part of our neighbourhood.

They know what their products, they're friendly and prices are great! Some places can't tell you much about their products and cost a fortune, that's not the case with Shiny Bud. I will definitely be back and tell all my friends.

Wasted about half an hour driving to and from this store, because when I arrived they were already closed earlier than the time they had posted online.

The inside of the store is so nice and classy looking! Super friendly knowledgeable staff, amazing displays, and tons of great products! Cant wait to try out more products!
