Ship Center- Scarborough (FedEx/DHL)

Disappointing. DAMAGED our package that was supposed to be sent to our client- didn't even make it past the Scarborough facility and took 6 days to be returned back to us. I've never seen a package be handled so poorly in such a short distance. The customer service reps all told me the same reason for it was the label was damaged. However, when it was returned the label was completely fine. Someone at this facility needs to be let go or spoken to because this is unacceptable. We use FedEx all the time and this has lost our trust.

I went to this location for the first time today. The gentleman Kethes who helped me looked very clean, tidy and professional; and was extremely polite, helpful and friendly!

I went in to this fedex ship centre to send an international package this week. I was very impressed with Keith's customer service and helpfulness. It was my first time using Fedex, and he educated me about the service and offered good advise. I will definitely be back at this location to be served by Keith again!

Excellent customer service. Mr. Kethes Kandiah is a very polite, gentle humble and helpful person. I went there to send some items abroad today (March 26,2019).
