Konstantine was very easy to reach with timely responses to emails. There was slight delay in pickup due to remote region but tracking number provided allowed for easy monitoring. Will definitely recomend.

The cost to ship a motorcycle on a pallet to Winnipeg was a little higher than I had hoped, but the communication and tracking were excellent and took a lot of stress out of the project. Ship Canada used a reputable trucking company, Day & Ross. It took exactly one week from when the motorcycle was picked up at my house in Toronto to when it was delivered to my friend's house in Winnipeg. This is not something I do every day, so the communication every step of the way really helped.

Used ship Canada to move across the country last year & they lost a huge box of some personal belongings. Some were quite sentimental. Was difficult to get anywhere with staff & i feel like my stuff just got thrown out. A small amount came broken. It's been a year & I still think about this & get quite sad.

I hate writing negative reviews but…. This experience was abjectly terrible. The initial ship estimate was 5 days- it took 11 (not including w/ends). Poor information, poor to no communication. The shipping journey was salvaged only by my own pluck, texts from the pick up end and contact with handlers along the way. Ship Canada was only good at taking my money! Bah!

Emma answered all emails and followed the shipment till it arrived.
I was not happy with many lags creating the arrival 8 day after est date. But this was not Emm's fault

I am so impressed by this company and most of all the customer support team. I was shipping a very fragile package across Canada and it was handled beautifully. There was a slight delay along the way but the delivery still made it within the 2 week time frame promised. Really impressed and pleased.

I went to the website to get a "fast & free" quote online. It gave me a quote for shipping three boxes to Thailand. When I went to book the service it would not allow me to do it stating the tel # I was trying to input was incorrect. When I spoke to customer service they told me it must be a bug on site site and to send an email to Sales. Sales emailed me back to say they don't actually ship to Thailand. This is how technology implemented badly kiils trust and business. Its possible the shipping service isn't as useless as their website / customer service? Personally, I won't be taking the risk.

My sales representative Emma was very professional and a delight to deal with. She was very fair with the price quoted and the delivery time was almost exactly as she had estimated and at this time, when availability of staff and equipment is sometimes a hardship for many companies ShipCanada did what we asked of them. I would recommend their services for any shipments that we have in the future and to anyone that needs to ship materials across Canada (we were shipping from Alberta to Nova Scotia).

Needed to send some things back from Ottawa to Calgary but not quite enough for a moving truck, besides, I was driving back and of course I wouldn't have been able to fit it all in my car.
My belongings arrived as promised and intact, an easy transaction! I placed the order online (a pallet and several smaller individual boxes that I miscalculated and did not include in my pallet) I packed it on a pallet, and for my boxes, I packed them - and for both orders, Ship Canada emailed me a packing slips, somebody picked them up at my door (Ottawa) and dropped it off also at my door (Calgary). At every step, the entire process was swift!
As for the boxes: approx med sized (one person carry) it sure beats lining up and filling out all that paper work at UPS or Canada Post!
I highly recommend using their services, so check them out!

If I had known they would ship my packages through UPS, I would have dealt with UPS directly. Actually, I would have gone with FedEx instead. UPS lost 1/3 of my packages. Also, it wasn't clear at all that I was going to be charged in USD. It was apparently written in notes on a webpage I couldn't access again after paying. You would think that information would have been clear like " Total: xxxx USD". The only positive is that the person I was in contact with was very quick to respond to my emails.

I was shipping a large painting from Vancouver Island to Ontario. This was my first time using Ship Canada and Christine was excellent in responding with a decent quote and subsequent email instructions. She also promptly fixed an issue when driver did not show up. Thanks Christine! The painting arrived safely and the buyer is thrilled with it!

I had an excellent experience using ShipCanada for my move from Toronto to Edmonton. I shipped a pallet load and it arrived in perfect condition. The Customer Service rep answered all of my questions and made my experience quick and easy.

Pallet arrived in NS from Manitoba complete and intact. Left a day later than arranged but still got there within the estimated travel time

Polite but ineffective, told me the pickup driver could have my label ready at pickup no problem. Driver says they haven’t offered that in 5 years.

My daughter's shipment didn't get picked up on the date required so they lost their intended purchase as the item was sold to another. Upset my daughter and her family so much as they were relying on this purchase for their home. Forgetting to pickup a shipment is unprofessional!

The carrier missed two pickups, and there was repeatedly no answer at their "Customer Service" or site chat to arrange delivery with our forklift availability. Utterly useless. My shipment from Toronto to Saskatoon arrived at the carrier's terminal in Saskatoon in good time, but then sat there for over a week before it got delivered. ShipCanada was of no help in finding out what the problem was or getting it moving, and ultimately I had to take matters into my own hands to get anything done.

Parcel was picked up a day late. May not have been Ship Canada's fault but was still late. Communication was slow before pick up. Tracking information was good once shipped. Parcel did get there in good shape. Grimshaw Trucking in Fort McMurray was awesome helping get the large box on a dolly and also taking the skid away after.

My experience with ShipCanada was quite bad, specifically the complete lack of professionalism by their agents and managers in working with us to resolve what I thought would be straightforward shipping issues. First, their estimates of delivery of our items arrived early 4 days outside their window (5-7 business day). ShipCanada even admitted this was highly unusual (in the words of the agent they had never seen a delivery that fast). We were not in our new place which was in another province so we asked if they could hold the items until we arrived a couple days later (we had shipped the items based on them falling in the window ShipCanada gave us plus/minus 2 days of either side of this). This did not happen and the items were delivered to our new building where upon the building company complained to us we were using them as a dumping ground and charged us $200 in storage fees. The ShipCanada agent we were working with showed no concern and offered no solutions even though we were working with them for multiple days. When I asked if they could at least write a letter to the building company (as we didn't want to start off on the wrong foot with them as new tenants) explaining the boxes came way earlier than scheduled and it was not our fault they never responded. When I asked to speak to a manager, he never responded to me despite numerous phone calls and voice mails. On top of the storage fees we had to pay for ShipCanada's inability to put a hold on our items, they overcharged us afterwards. Honestly, deplorable service and unprofessional conduct.

Needed to have personal goods placed a on a pallet and shipped from Toronto to Edmonton. They did a wonderful job and delivered on time.

BE CAREFUL! I was quoted 5 days transit. Once my item was in the carrier's hands, it was suddenly 13 days. Repeated emails were only answered with 'we'll look into it'. One final email made excuses, ignored a specific request for compensation, and brushed me off. Not impressed.

Once you get assigned an account manager, they are not super approachable or that helpful or quick to respond either. I realized that they partner with UPS to ship from US to Canada and that could be why they had to always "get back" to me with answers to simple questions. I decided to go through UPS directly which was an extremely smooth process and way cheaper!

Provided all the info required, tracking number provided. Skid arrived with no damage what so ever. Would definitely use again.

Our LTL shipping of personal belongings on a pallet from the Vancouver area to Montréal was well done, and we had a good experience working with ShipCanada.

Tanya was our main point of contact throughout the whole process and was patient and pleasant to consult with. Tanya was prompt with her emails and supportive over phone conversations. Also, the persons that picked up and dropped off our pallet (both residential) were kind and patient, and our boxes of belongings were in great condition upon un-boxing them.

The only issue we had was we didn't receive a phone call when our pallet left the shipping terminal in the Montréal area to our residence there. We were told we would receive this phone call to ensure someone was home to be there on the estimated day of delivery.

Overall, it was a good experience working with ShipCanada and would recommend them for shipping personal belongings!

What a disaster! You may save a bit of money but get ready for the headaches. A five day parcel shipped across the country turned into two weeks of we are not sure where the parcel is. Pay the extra $ and select one of the large couriers. Lesson learned!

Christine was very responsive and I was given quotes promptly. They did not pick up our boxes when expected, it was actually 2 days later. However, Christine did communicate with me and did her best to find out what was going on with the trucking company. Our boxes arrived a couple days later than expected, but they arrived just as they were sent. Everything was there and in good shape. I would use and recommend the company again I would just account for extra time on either end just in case.

I was moving from BC to NB and needed a reliable company to ship my personal items in over 40 boxes I accidentally stumbled over ShipCanada and spoke with Christine. She was absolutely fantastic. Although I was a little apprehensive at first, she put all my fears aside and guided me step by step with regards to pallet shipping. Once the pallets were made, she had everything processed and arranged and the pallets were picked up within 24hrs. Everything arrived in NB intact and within 10 days as discussed. I would highly recommend ShipCanada to anyone who is looking for a cost effective and reliable way of moving their personal belongings.

At first it was just a trial call for me and Tanya promptly replied to my email. It took quite a number of emails from me because this is my first time to send out a shipment of 12 boxes inter province asking a lot of “how to’s”. Tanya replied to all of my questions. The pick up of my shipment was well coordinated and the driver was very courteous. I think he did everything in half an hour. I received the shipment in Kelowna, BC myself as I flew here from Brampton, Ontario before the approximate delivery date. The delivery man was also very helpful and courteous. I will recommend ShipCanada to anyone who may need to ship within Canada or the U. S. I may have to ship more household items from storage and I will definitely call ShipCanada again.

Sent in request for quote twice. Both times I received back what looks like a std response stating I did not include the dimensions (which I did). I followed up by email and left a voice mail for the person that sent me the email, and never heard back.

Overall the service was good. We had a little hiccup that was out of Ship Canada's control however Almas was on it right away and had an answer for me in less than 24 hours. Respobsw time is great and great communication.
