Imported custom windows into Canada. They smashed the crate and broke the window and now 4 months later I’m still waiting for response to my insurance claim through them despite my regular emails asking for updates. Their response times are a complete DISGRACE.

We are importer constantly importing goods from Asia to Canada for the past 18 years. There were few occassions Shipco handled our shipments after landed Canada. For the time that they handled our shipment, either the shipment was delayed or damaged, not to mention they always came up with additional charges and unnecessary surcharges.
Importers beware, avoid this company to handle your shipment.

Don't use these guys if you can avoid it. Prices high and a nightmare to deal with.

Good luck getting a timely quote unless your moving hundreds of tons. They are cherry picking and letting the Little Guys slide.
This makes one wonder about their integrity and work ethic.
Definate miss as this company strives for mediocrity.

Why you ask origin and nationality of people coming to interview?

Terrible company. My advice is to avoid doing business with them.
