We fully completed our survey of this site last year. We also reviewed his subsequent development proposal and showed him how it was unworkable and did not comply with development requirements. Ultimately, it was determined that we were correct and that his proposal could not proceed. When he brought a new proposal this year containing many of the same shortcomings, we declined to get involved, since for the second time it did not meet our minimum standard. At no point did we abandon him - our previous work was fully completed, leaving him easily able to retain another surveyor.

I dealt with this company for the past six months to build a new home suddenly send me an email telling me the don't have the resource to help me anymore I have paid in full this was very unprofessional it's going to cost me time and money at this point. Do not deal with this company
