The owner was warm, welcoming, pleasant and professional. My repairs were done on time, and he explained what he was going to do. I would recommend this service to the Tops. This guy is good, rare to find this middle age person doing this skill job.

Brought in a several pairs of shoes to get soled. Great craftsmanship, clean lines. Would recommend.

I brought in 3 pairs of pretty expensive boots, including and absolutely trashed pair of Alexander Wang boots and they were restored beautifully! They were serviced promptly and for half the price I would’ve paid in NYC. Wonderful work here

Great place to get work done on your boots or shoes. I've brought all my footwear here since coming to Toronto and the service is amazing. The quality of work done for the cost, can't be beat. I even have friends who are planning on coming from 3 hours away just to have their boots done here because the quality and service is so good! If there was a sixth-star id give them an extra one!

Very confused about the good reviews of this place. Came here with several watches that needed various fixes (new batteries, broken glass face) and I would best describe the customer service as shady. Firstly the cost was more expensive than where I used to go, but I just wanted the errand done and did not want to drive to the other place I'd go at 404/Steeles which has different business hours. The gentleman I dealt with couldn't fix a couple of watches because it would cost a lot because they were more intricate watches, fine. He didn't offer to refund me the cost I had paid up front to fix the watches until I brought it up that I want my money back given he couldn't do anything on the watches. He took a very long time to fix a couple of the watches (several weeks) because there is another watch person that comes in that works with him, fine. But he didn't call me to update me and suggested that he had called me and my voicemail wasn't working. I have never heard from someone else that there is a problem with my voicemail. There wasn't any missed calls. Finally there was one watch he fixed that the back of the watch fell off when I put it on. It wasn't secured back properly. He needed to bring in another person to properly affix the backing. It took 4 weeks for this backing to just be put back on and he kept mentioning that he was doing this for me free of charge like it was a favour to me that he was fixing the work he didn't sufficiently complete. As a busy mom I was hoping for a one-stop place to help me complete a task and it turned into a giant drawn out headache. Would not return.

I’ve now had 2 pairs of Chloé shoes soled here. The owner is friendly and honest. Pleased with the work so far, it’s hard for me to trust anyone with my shoes! The soles are very thin and match with the shoe.
EDIT: took a brand new pair of saint Laurent booties our for dinner and drinks. After too many cocktails and far too much walking downtown, I woke up to find these beautiful shoes in horrible condition. I took them to the shoe clinic and he did such an amazing job restoring them. They look WAY BETTER. I’m so thankful I found this place!

I use to go to a shoe repair place in Fairview mall, who was incredible. After they shut down, I needed to find someone just as good.

The reviews of this place were great, so I took 4 boots to be cleaned, each in fairly decent shape already, just needing a clean up.

I agree with the other customers, service was great and the owner is a really nice person, however the quality of work is just not there.

I could tell that he cut some corners, such as not removing shoe laces before he polished the boots.

He charged a good amount as well, so I was a bit disappointed with the results in relation.

Anyways, I won’t be going back there. On that that note, if anyone knows where the Fairview shoe repair guy went, please let me know.

Excellent services from Amir! He cleaned my favourite Reebok training shoes that had a pink stain on it. You almost can’t see the stain anymore. I’m extremely pleased with the results and I’m super happy that I found the right place to get shoes cleaned. Highly recommend him for anyone in need.

Amir is a true master craftsman of his trade and is very knowledgeable. I took a pair of shoes and a duffel bag with a broken strap (yes he fixes bags too) that were more of sentimental value to me and didn't expect him to be able to restore them but he did so with a lot of care and attention made to the process of restoration.

I took 3 pairs to be repaired here. All high end shoes, Tory Burch Booties, Ted Baker Booties and Timberland Riding Boots (over 12 years old). The Booties were refreshed and like new. The Riding boots were brought back to life. The care and attention that was given to repair and fix my shoes was phenomenal. I highly recommend Shoe Clinic.

He took shoes that we were about to throw out and made them look brand new again. Reasonable prices, excellent customer service and turnaround time. Would highly recommend.

I cannot BELIEVE what the shoe doctor was able to do with my 7 year old Michael Kors leather boots! I was stopped by him I didn’t even go to the store for his service and he told me he would fix my shoes. I believed they were in irreparable condition and did not expect much. He gave them back to me in BRAND NEW CONDITION. I am truly amazed by his work and I am not one to write reviews! HE IS A MAGICIAN!

Award for best shoe repair this place is awesome. Did an amazing job on my motorcycle boots. I was not sure anyone could get them repaired to the quality needed to ride.no problem here. Customer service was excellent and great finished product.
