Served by Diane on Sunday Sept. 16 this review echo's the rest of the reviews about bad customer service at this location. It's not hard to give good customer service but never order customers around and just say thank you and smile!

The store is overall good but may lack a good customer experience from staff. This could be due to rush in holiday season. The required product was available with them.

I had to stand in line for 15 mins cause the other lady needs help with exchange and manager was dealing with other customer. Its just a kid shoe that i am sure you guys deal a lot of returns or exchanges with but only a manager knows how to do it...

Bad experience, bad service! The manager and store clerk don't want to solve the problem for customers who are returning or exchanging goods! Very bad attitude! Don't come to this store! ! !

It is a good place for shoes. I like to go there. The selection of shoes are wide
But getting the right size can be challenging.

Ordered shoes online and picked them up from this location but shoes have no laces on one of them.

We got some cloths and shoes for the family, they have some really good sale monthly going on.

I was helped by a young lady her name was Salina. Very knowledgeable and helped me and my daughter choose a new pair of running shoes they are very well made! A great selection of shoes and salina was very sweet.

A+ service. I rented a tux and they had it ready and tailored in about 15 minutes. Looked great and drop off a few days later was really easy.
