Good food and service. Complained to their corporate office as they removed pretzel bite desserts from the menu. So sad

The food is definitely a disaster here … but if you want bar food, low quality at fine dining prices this is the place!

SMALLEST WINGS I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY WERE THE SIZE OF CHICADEE WINGS. NOT WORTH $17 FOR 10 WINGS

The food was good but under staffed. They need to have more servers. Only one server was serving 10 tables.

Very disappointed. They had a seperate set of the worst wings you've ever seen, and this was for a donation event for a local team. But it's ok, we went to wacky wings right after.

Great service, fast and friendly. They know our drink order and serve it up as soon as we arrive

My husband and I had a great dinner Friday night. Great ambiance and the server and service was excellent. She made sure that we had everything we needed and had a great smile. The food was excellent and well presented. This restaurant is my favourite for certain dishes that they do not have elsewhere.

Slow service, soggy food, horrible service. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took an hour to get the bill. Will not be going back

Ordered a steak dinner and chicken Parm noodle bowl. The steak was dry and a little over charged on one side. The chicken was burnt and the noodles didn't taste like anything even with extra salt added. The server was good though.

Buffalo Cauliflower Taco appetizer was fantastic (highly recommend!), however the goat cheese and beet salad was unfortunately inedible. The chicken was visibly burnt (black and crunchy) and the dressing was so tart (like it hadn't been mixed/straight lemon juice). Staff were pleasant, and I might try it again at a different location as I usually love that flavour combo.

Had a full night of drinks and was happy with my evening, from atmosphere -service.

However that was not the case from the second I got home with my takeout food.

I ordered the Chicken breast stuffed with Swiss cheese and house-made maple peppercorn bacon, rolled and wrapped in bacon, finished with cream sauce. Served over Yukon Gold mash with buttered vegetables

I’m not sure why I was expecting better from a chain restaurant but it sounded so good while reading the menu description (quoted above)

This meal was complete trash, I know most chain food is microwaved / oven timed, but this was worse, deep fried cordon blue.

Dry, small for the price and could tell they have not changed the freeze in sometime.

1. Outer colour, brown, suggests old over used grease
2. The taste reassured my above comment, and confirmed deep fried in over used grease.

Would never order this again and may seriously rethink ever returning to the establishment.

They are closed now at this time, and I will be sure to contact manager tomorrow once open.

The food was great but the service was not the best. Took a long time for waitress to come and take our order and when it was time to get bill and pay it also took a long time for waitress to come

Kyra was a wonderful server, I dined alone solo. She made me feel at home without bombarding me with too many questions & was attentive to a T. She had an excellent suggestion for the parmesan crusted chicken rigatoni. Amazing! I absolutely love my meal! It was steaming hot and Super Fresh! Just what i needed, before going into Bush camp for a week with a bunch of men. ︎ Thank you Kyra!

Worst service I have ever experienced. Can't comment on the food because we never got there. Waited 10 min for the hostess to clear a spill then a little blonde asks us " for 2? ". We say yes and start following her to a table we thought when she does a 180 and rums out the door leaving us standing there looking confused, then comes back and starts serving a table. We left, like really? Never again, that is beyond ignorant.

Went out with a large group (7 people) and the service was great. The person working our table was also stellar. We got our food and drinks quickly when considering the size of our party.

Food was very good staff made our little girls feel important would recommend this to my friends

Batting a thousand! Great lunch, spicy gumbo soup and a Caesar salad. A chicken sandwich almost too big to eat, fresh hot fries! Great service as always.

I highly recommend the steak. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. And staff was very friendly.

Ordered a Tennessee chicken sandwich for take out with poutin, barely any chicken on the sandwich. Poutin was absolutely trash, threw most of it in the garbage, worst gravy ever, fries undercooked. All in all not impressed to say the least. Do better

Had two great lunches at Shoeless Joe's last week. Burger on a gluten free bun was delicious and the Beet & Feta salad with chicken was great too. Our server was lovely and very knowledgeable about gluten free items on the menu. Will definitely visit again.

Very poor service. Stayed at Hampton Inn which shares parking lot. Ordered salads and 1 came with no dressing. Called to have them deliver, refused. Dry salad not good, first and last time ordering from shoeless Joe's

Went for a business lunch with colleges. We didn’t have a reservation but the owner and staff accommodated us. Food and service were amazing. Thank you Jesse and staff

Atmosphere good, food good, service a total failure but just the young lady bartender. Restaurant busy with takeout orders but not many eat in. Two people at the bar, myself included. Watched the bartender talking to a couple at a table on the other side of the bar with her back to me for at least 20 mins. I put my phone timer on after at least 5 minutes and timed 15. Had to get a waitress to get me a drink and the pepper grinder. I was done my pasta and wine before she finally came back. First time in my memory that I left 0 tip.

Excellent staff! Doing their best to serve with quality. Very efficient and friendly, given the high work load.

Does not honor mask exemptions. In other words, 3 feet away someone can sit at a table without a mask, but you can't walk there without one. Because you know, science.

Service was great, food was ok. I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. Fries were overly salted and peppered. Our waitress was great but, could've used an extra hand with our 25 person party

I couldnt use their "digital" menu as I dont bring my phone into restaurants. My son and I were handed 1 single dingy laminated printout of their menu that didnt look like it had ever been cleaned as if to shame us for not using their newfangled QR code menu system.

The waitress even kind of gave us a dirty look when I said we dont have our phones with us. Ill never bring a phone inside a restaurant, sorry not sorry.

The food was ok, the menu was boring and the service was so so. Can't see myself ever going back there.

The staff at Shoeless Joe's went above and beyond when I ordered my meal from them late one evening through DoorDash. My dasher randomly decided to cancel my delivery very late in the evening without warning, and Shoeless had already prepared order. Staff at Shoeless were so accommodating. We apologized for the circumstances and said we had to cancel our order because we weren't in a position to go and pick up our order.
Right away, staff were understanding and decided that they themselves would deliver the order, even though that wasn't in their job description.
They had it ready and at my door within 20 minutes.
They were fantastic and so professional. We were so impressed with their service.
Great experience with them 10/10.

Food take a very long time. Instead of salad they brought fries. We politely told them the mistake and they said yes we wl bring you a salad no problem. So we assumed we could eat the fries and would be paying for the salad which was fine too. When the salad came they took away the fries that were already half eaten. So bizarre. Why not let the kid eat the fries as half were already gone?

I went in for cocktails and dinner with friends, went out fo a smoke came back and found that one of the waitresses had cut me off for no resin at all because someone at the table made her feel uncomfortable
I had no knowledge or ideas of what happened, However other members of me team were allowed to stay and I was asking to leave. Never been discriminated like this in my whole life and Iam very disappointed at the way the management handling such matters. Never going back to this Horrible place

What a disappointing experience! We were told we could not sit on patio as it was full (there were open tables). They also have an extended patio that we were unable to sit. Could not sit at a regular table. Service was very slow and food was overcooked. Disappointing experience all around!

I do not even want to give 1 star. They deserve 0 stars. I can tell their poor service. This restaurant is a NO for me ever! The girls at the front were rude. There were people seated at the patio. And I said we wanted to seat outside. So she said no seating outside today. Seriously? Did not respect me at all.

My husband and I were excited to get out and enjoy a meal on the patio and we decided on Shoeless Joe's in Sudbury. Food was good but portions were small for the price, and service was not the greatest. We needed a refill on our beverages, and since one of our drinks still had a little in it, it was not refilled or even offered. Then I requested mild sauce, as my side instead of plum sauce, and when the bill arrived, I was billed $1.49. I still can't believe that! So we can officially say that due to price gouging, we will NEVER return to this restaurant. I believe I had already paid for my sauce in my $48.00 lunch bill. So silly to charge such ridiculous prices for things like a sauce (that was already included) and lose a lifetime customer. Definitely don't recommend.

I would give a zero for a review but that isn’t an option. A server by the name of “Lyndsey” was surprisingly aggressive and unprofessional. After waiting some time to return hoping I would get a different server I unfortunately was stuck with “Lyndsey” again. I was even ordering takeout and still was harassed by her. I asked to have another server to take care of me but I was told to leave. After returning for my final time for takeout the manager Adam aggressively approached me and said I have to leave. I asked for what reason and he replied because of the server “Lyndsey”. It’s very unfortunate for the other servers because patrons like myself are a big income for them.

Gave me no food practically. Fries were really good but maybe for a small handful. Waitress was awesome and very friendly. Burger was burnt in the outside and bun was burnt in the inside. Fish tacos were not the best but edible. I ordered two meals and am still hungry. I eat a lot normally though. Two meals is usaully good here though I'm still hungry

Took my mother here for lunch out of months nit bwing able to enjoy lunch outside our home. And it was horrible. Our food was cold. There was aunts on our table. The service was not the best either. And when we let them know of thus they didnt even bother to do anytbing bout our issues. We will never return

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our calamari was done perfectly, and the spinach artichoke dip's goat cheese brings a nice change to a classic app. Their take on fish tacos was delightfully different, and our salt & vinegar fish sandwiches gave an old world flavour to a new world concept. Well done Jesse and team!

We had such an awesome waitress tonight! We were there for the SuperBowl, expecting it to be very busy which it was, but our waitress didn’t bother us too much but was always there whenever we needed her, any time we had an empty drink she picked it up immediately, anytime we opened our menus she asked us if we wanted to order food, and any time we ordered drinks she brought our drinks back within minutes. Super kind and nice, but not “fake”. My group forgets her name, but she had short brown hair, she was very pretty, tinier, she needs more recognition! She was so good. I would 100% hire her. We were sitting at the back left from walking in. The entire staff was great but I’m only writing this review because of her. Great staff! Common food but I’d go back just for her service.:)

We were a party of 12 adults and 3 youngish children.
It took over 40 minutes for the food to come after ordering.
It could have been the size of our group or they are just slow

The service was great, the burgers were better. I was not a fan of Shoeless Joe's in other cities. The Sudbury location has changed my mind in a significant way.

My grand daughter was airlifted to hospital in sudbury and I was worried about her mother eating while she was there I knew she liked food from shoeless Joe's and wanted to order her so ething she would eat to keep her self ok for my grand daughter I called the owner st shoeless Joe's sudbury and explained my situation and the owner himself delivered the order to health sciences north a.s a family man himself he showed a great heartful appreciation and took the order that is a great compassion for your local community I urge everybody to support a local business like that

We went there in a group with my officemate's.the service is really great and the girl who was taking care of us was really friendly and checking on us to make sure we had everything.
Was accommodating to our group fluctuations and our waitress was happy to help!
Awesome food and even colder brew

The music was extremely loud and not busy. Since being from Toronto, I'm used to a loud bar atmosphere. This was over the top. We were a family group of 14. Kids enjoyed their meals. Plus, for us.
Waitress was good but got my mother's order wrong and she had to wait longer.
My sister, my brother and myself had the shrimp on a bed of noodles and my dish was the only dish swimming in the sauce. Which made the meal super salty. I had asked for a container to go so I could lift the noodles out of the soupiness and bring my daughter's mashed potatoes.did not get the container to go. I didn't bother asking.
If the music wasn't so loud, our waitress would have been able to get the order right and hear what we were saying.

Place was pretty empty when we arrived. Wait staff was attentive and pleasant. Place was clean and organized. The food was OK - nothing blew me out of the water, but it was about what I expected from a sports bar.

The food was excellent. The only thing that annoyed me was that waitress was too anxious to remove our plates when we were not even done eating!

Horrible experience. Management is terrible. DO NOT bring your sports teams or large group to this location. They make it clear they don't want your business. Many alternatives to better serve you and your group (s).

Pleasant staff but very ordinary fare and a bit overpriced. Menu choices could be condensed to allow for concentration on fewer items.

Well, the service was absolutely great, the food and drinks were perfectly fine however, the management was able to make our poor server shed tears due to his arrogant and ruthless behaviour toward her, when my friend and I as well as another customer stood up for her a couple off duty employees and the manager started what i would call a near brawl. He called the police on us and discriminated against my friends face tattoos for standing up for his employee (the only one on shift) This is bad management and shouldnt be accepted under any circumstances

They lost my reservation last night for 15 people. The service was terrible, the food awful. I've eaten better food from a chip stand. They messed up on our bills. Honestly, save your money folks this place is not worth trying. Very disappointing. It's really difficult to provide excellent service now a days and provide people with good food that keeps you coming back for more. Unfortunately, our party of 15 gives Shoeless Joe's a thumbs down for misplacing our reservation, providing terrible customer service and serving food that was honestly gross and flavorless. We should have saved our money and ate at home.

The beet salad was unexpectedly delicious; probably the first time I ordered a salad for lunch though, so you can take it with a grain of salt, and some of the balsamic vinegarette dressing.

I did not have a good experience at this restaurant. The got my order wrong and forgot my mother-in-laws food. The food was late (wasn't even busy), my girlfriends chicken was burnt and its a little to dark in this restaurant. The food was alright for the most part but I'm never going here again. They didn't even offer us a rebate for the wrong order, burnt food and forgetting my mother-in-laws food. Brutal customer care.
