I had an absolutely amazing night. Although my order came out wrong by accident the waitress named Bri and her manger did everything in their power to fix it & they even asked me multiple times to be sure of what I wanted so they could get it right. This is customer done correctly. I am so happy this is the location I chose to eat at. If Bri is your waitress you won’t be disappointed. I’m a school teacher and this was the perfect start to my summer! I also recommend the raspberry lemonade!

Came in last week with friends and had an awesome time. Elizabeth our server was AMAZING! Super happy and attentive made us laugh and have a great time! Recommend beers, cocktails and delicious apps! Definitely coming back:)

I had the best experience from the bartender Rachael. She was so attentive and recommended the best food. I got the crispy noodle bowl and I loved it! So delicious and the best portion. I can't wait to go back!

Staff was friendly, ordered the chicken club sandwich tasted great but the bun could have been warmed up or toasted a bit would have been nice probably thats the way they prepare it.

Selena was Fantastic! Made a night out with the boys great! We asked for a random shot and she came through. Would 100% reccomend asking for her when you go in. The drinks and food were good as well, we made it just in time for the app special so we took full advantage.

Place is decent with great vibe. Food was just okay but drinks were amazing (mojitos n cocktails). Bartender wasnt attentive as she gave us two wrong drinks. Even parmesan chicken pasta was without cheese, literally gross. So am giving 4 stars only for the great vibe of the place n for the mojitos

I've been to shoeless joe's a few times and it was always a positive experience, however last time I went I felt the service wasn't good. Me and my friend had to wait 45 minutes to get a table and then we had to wait another 35 minutes for our server to serve us. When me and my friend ordered our food, they were out of both of the meals we wanted. After we were done eating, we were in the mood for dessert, but our server just came with our bill and didn't even ask if we wanted dessert.

Everything was great! Was quite busy so we ended up sitting at the bar. The bartender was Incredible very attentive always making sure we were ok. The food was great!

I give this 1 Star being my first experience with this location, first we watched a table being seated after us and was served way before us. Even their orders were taking before us to. We waited until I got fed up and went to ask if a server was coming. The chairs were dirty with past customers food I had to ask a server to clean it
After that plates and Cutlery was given and I have to say very unsanitary. All the appetizer plates were dirty, and a couple of cutlery were sticky on the handle before me using it. After eating plates were left at our table no one came to offer more water or napkins. I was even more upset at the food ordered fish and chips and the fish was burnt. Food was cold too. At this point I was over this experience and wanted to go.ask for my bill and that came in less than a min. I will never recommend this location (Vaughan)

Food tasted great, and the jumbo blue freezie bowl was amazing! But the reason I don't give a 5 star was the bathroom. It wasn't clean, the urinal I used was somehow clogged, and only 1 of the sinks worked.

Not only is the service very slow, but this location has some of the most DISGUSTING bathrooms I've ever experienced. Barns are cleaner than this place. Filth.

The food was okay a little bit on the cold side. Our server was new but really great! Believe her name was Naomi - she did a great job with taking orders and splitting up our very complicated bill

Last night I went to Shoeless Joe's and I feel the need to share my experience. To start, the food. I ordered the Lumberjack burger and it was absolutely delicious! The burger has a little bit of everything and the meat was cooked perfectly. Compared to the other restaurants in the area, the portion to price ratio was the best, but nothing was better than the service. My server, Kelly, made my time at Shoeless Joe's that much more enjoyable! She was readily available, offered great advice, and made sure that my experience was 5 star quality. If you're debating which restaurant in the area will serve you best, there is no doubt in my mind that Kelly and Shoeless Joe's is the place for you!

Upstairs patio is really nice. Great to get back out there. Need to work on identifying which items are gluten free on the menu.

9 mths ago I posted the below with 5 stars. Today we had lunch. Fish and chips shrunk, Quesadillas lacked chicken and overbaked. Oh well i guess Covid has had an impact on value.
Had lunch for 2 today. Korean beef bowl was delicious and my partner had Fish n chips. Good portions and good value. Service was fast and friendly. Luv this place

We had a party of 7 on a table beside the bar, came in around 11pm from Dave and busters. Great service and great food. Usually I always get the ribs but it was my first time at a shoeless joes so I tried something different. I went with the fish and chips and it was the best fish and chips I’ve had, so stoked about it, that this was the main reason along with our waitress for this review

Last time I’ve been to this location was when it was a chili’s restaurant and now they’ve found a new customer here at shoeless joes. This restaurant will be on the list when the wife asks where do you wanna eat?

Waitress was kind and very easygoing and helpful everything with how service level is suppose to be, as well as the UFC was on with others watching and cheering made such a great environment.

5 stars from my family and I to your restaurant and keep up the good work, hope to see you guys soon

I had the Crispy Sweet Potato Buddha Bowl which was amazing and amazingly healthy. Lots of patio space including a great roof-top patio. Friendly and fast staff and covid-safety measures in place everywhere.

The manager had his mask around his chin the entire time I was there while his staff had it above their noses. Nice example.

He also was so condescending to the employees.
Everything was great except for the manager.

I want to start off by saying Shoeless Joe's is not the place I think of, for a family meal. My son had his heart set on watching the Blue Jays first home game back at the Roger's centre on a patio. So here we are at Shoeless Joe's Vaughan. We sat on the patio, my son complained it was too cold. So they moved us inside. Inside the table was not what we had in mind. Kids weren't comfy. So they moved us again. At this point I'm totally embarrassed we are being "those type " of customers. Needless to say they were super accommodating and they made room for us despite being super busy. The food was great, the game is good so far. Our server Valentina was a gem, as well as the other staff. I'm just really glad we came here. So much so, I'm writing this while I'm still here. Great spot to watch a game. Great spot for a bite. Great spot all around. Fully recommend with the family and small kids or just with the boys/ girls. Great Job SJ Vaughan!

This time around, we requested mustard and ketchup which never came until we got done eating. The manager with Tattoo is nice, he made it up by offering drinks on the house.

Long wait for server, long wait for food and disappointing meal. Small portions and not cooked well.

Restaurant atmosphere was nice, busy but not overly crowded. Server was not attentive at all, slow on all regards. Late on bringing us our take out dishes and other dishes. Manager HD to refund part of our bill, which, unfortunately was probably the best part of our experience this time around.

Atmosphere is excellent. Service is excellent. Food is excellent. My new go-to place. See you there

The service was initially not the best this time but the manager made it up to my family and I by offering drinks on the house to make up for the disappointment which I think is thoughtful and nice, so I’ll be back

LOVE this place. 3 gals in controlled (10 ppl in restaurant) trying so hard to find a place w/ decent food that doesn't have a line up. Ta da we JUST got into SJoes. COMPLIMENTS TO CHEF, TRISTANO - SO GOOD! The goat cheese spinach salad was FRESH (not warm from sitting in a kitchen too long like another steakhouse close by.). Chicken w/ cream sauce (freshly made again and wow was SO good). Salmon perfectly cooked. We had such a great time gabbing, eating, laughing. Our server, ANTHONY, was attentive, so pleasant & funny and the Mgr really helpful w/ suggestions for food. UPDATE: we had another goat cheese spinach salad SOMEWHERE ELSE it was awful, bland, a waster of $. We regretted not driving to you (we're not close to you) and having your salad (2 of us are on Keto). Have a great wknd. One friend constantly talks about you so trust me we'll be back again and again.:)

I enjoy the atmosphere and food at this location. Very accomodating and friendly staff. I tried to support them during Covid lockdown with a curbside pick-up order. Well the Cobb Salad without any dressing isn't that good. Order accuracy for curb side pick-up is a must. I get it, starting up and busy night. Not sure I could offer more than a 1 star for some romaine lettuce and a hard boiled egg. The rest of the order was great and would have been 4 stars (they did mess up another order with clearly written instructions)! The fact that there is no way to have this issue corrected reaffirms my decision for the above rating.

I placed an order through skip the dishes and the chicken fingers came tossed in the wrong sauce. I called to ask for another order and the guy who answered apologized, personally drove a new order to my house and gave me a complimentary piece of cake. I have always enjoyed the food here but today I can say they have Excellent customer service too.

A few weeks ago I visited this awesome place, very nice inside. The waitress who was looking after us was really good, checked up on us at the right times. The food we had was also good, a chicken club sandwich and the chicken rigatoni. Will come back in the future!
