Too busy downstairs so they sent us upstairs and they were too busy there, very disappointing.

We have been here a couple times in the past and we have been underwhelmed both times. Our waitress was very nice and pleasant but the overall experience wasn't great.

Everything about this experience was terrible. Would give this less than 1 star if I could. The server didn’t come to our table after we got our food to check on us. Didn’t ask if we needed anything.which we did. We were both given the wrong order and no silverware. We asked 2 other coworkers for our missing items, 1 of them twice because she ignored us the first time. Finally got silverware by a man sitting next to us that witnessed the whole thing and wasn’t using his. Absolutely terrible. Will not be back.

This is by far the worst place I've ever been to for food. We were a group of 8, and we arrived by 9: 15. Took 50 minutes to get everybody's food except mine, which was just a crispy shrimp noodle bowl. I had to cancel my order as the group were just about to finish theirs.
My partner's food looked like it was made a week before. He couldn't eat it, therefore exchanged for a salad.
My friend ordered a burger, which was super hard and dry. As she was super hungry, she forced herself to eat half of it lol. Beer was warm.
The waitress never came back to our table to check if we needed or wanted to order anything else.
Straight up. DO NOT go to this place. They don't care about the patrons.

We got an order for take out that was just chicken tenders and it was 30+ minute wait when they said it should take 10-15 minutes

Came here to watch the UFC, Tiana was absolutely amazing, she sorted out to get the prelims on paperview and got us a booth to nestle down for the next few hours. Service was amazing

Our server Chloe was amazing! Even tho her fake tan was uneven she still pushed through and finished the shift!

Atmosphere was great. Service was slow. First drinks were great, second set of drinks were terrible. Ordered nachos, hardly any toppings and could tell it sat under a heat lamp for a good while. Would not recommend, lots of better places to eat in the area. Pricey for the quality of food. Was not impressed in the least bit. Manager seemed totally checked out while we were there, staff was running around and manager was not engaged at all.

Came here for lunch and had Chloe as our server. She was so awesome and very helpful. Was amazing food!

I began doing reviews because most people do a horrible job writing them. Paragraphs and epic tales if woe or one sentence praise. So on with it.

We went because we rested at our hotel from a long day and could walk across the street. Clean? Very. Warm, inviting, pleasantly atmosphere and style? Absolutely. Comfortable? Yes.

Staff? Although it wasn't packed when we went, it was pretty busy. It appeared they were short staffed and two servers were covering a lot of tables. Nevertheless, our server was all smiles and gave zero impression she was frazzled.

All of us loved our food. Color, presentation, temperature, all spot on. One of us doesn't eat vegetables so I happily ate their beans, asparagus and tomatoes Tasty and fresh. Utterly nailed the food. The sole letdown was our huge drinks ("globes") were light on the alcohol - but they tasted fantastic and didn't overdo the ice.

Expensive? Some people say it was, but realistically, if you know you're in Niagara Falls and are familiar with what dining costs, their prices are consistent with everywhere we've been. I can confidently and happily recommend this establishment. 100%

I ordered food through SkipTheDishes from here and asked for no guacamole. The cooks put it on anyway. You can’t blame the delivery service for making the food, because that’s the restaurant just not following directions on an order. My husband ordered fish and chips and the fish was not crunchy even though it was delivered very quickly. No forks, napkins, or other items included when it was packed to go. I did call the restaurant because it was after 9 pm when I placed the order and talked to the manager who did offer to remake it but would not deliver it. Thankfully my wonderful husband was nice enough to walk up and get my food so I didn’t have to pay delivery fees and tax again.

Food was pretty good. Karan was a good server. The jumbo blue freezie was a really good drink.

Just ate lunch here, it's our go to spot in Niagara. Always kind, fast, tasty and very friendly atmosphere. Our server Amelia was fantastic! Happy NYE Shoeless staff!

Karam is our server and she takes care of us very well. She made sure that our dine-in experience is excellent! The food is very good and just the right serving for our family of four. We will definitely come back.

I loved my service here at shoeless Joe’s Niagara Falls.the best burger ever, and my server Karam was so sweet and helped me with everything I needed! I love her

Middle of a snow storm, called to ask if they can accommodate our food allergies, the girl on the phone said that they don't want to take responsibility for our allergies and everything is may contain for our allergens EVENTHOUGH our allergen sesame is not on-site. These people need to wake up and get educated on food allergies. They just lost our business along with our food allergy community's business as I have posted in ALL of my food allergy groups.

Probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a while.
Service was extremely slow. Over 1.5 hours, wrong bill, under cooked food.
Server even mentioned that many of her customers have sent food back.
Do not go here.

Horrible experience. Food was okay but service was incredibly slow. Drinks were less than spectacular and definitely not worth the price. On top of everything, the staff was non existent. Too the point where I had to physically search the restaurant for a staff member just to pay my bill. Our server initially didn’t even bring napkins or silverware for several minutes. Would not recommend to anyone unless you have the patience of a saint and love to waste your money.

Service was terrible. We ordered food and didn't see our original waitress until we were done our meal. Plus No cutlery was on the table. Asked another waiter for ketchup it never came.
