I had a great time at shoeless joes gordan location. The food was wonderful, the service was quick, and there was trivia which was so much fun! I loved the tortellini.

We went to shoeless joes on a monday and it was absolutely amazing. From the minute we walked in the server was so friendly, cracking jokes the whole time which we loved. The food was amazing and everything was so freshh, not even 8 minutes into ordering we already got our appetizers and entrees shortly after. I think we can all agree sometimes we go out to eat and the food is not bad but definitely not worth the money, this spot is not one of those places the food was amazing and 100% WORTH EVERY PENNY

I hadn't been in over a decade. I will say the service was fabulous from the moment I called to the moment we left. Our server (I found near the end), was her first week. I was surprised. She did a great job. Food was great, everyone at the table was impressed. Thanks so much, keep up the great work!

Made reservations for party of 6 to watch OHL hockey game-very accommodating. Sever, Vanessa was excellent. Great experience and will do it again in the near future.

My husband and I came in for a date night on a Saturday. Probably a bad decision given that it’s a sports bar and there was a hockey game on, so it was really loud, but it was still a nice night! The food was great, though I’d have liked my bolognese to have a bit more oomph flavor wise but that’s a preference thing. The cheesecake was absolutely incredible and probably the best I’ve had in a long time that wasn’t home made. Overall it was a great experience and we can’t wait to come back!

Good food, but lack-lustre service.

Went here for dinner with my parents and my roommate, and it was one of the unintentionally-longest dining experiences of my life. We arrived toward the tail-end of the dinner rush on a Wednesday and stood at the front for over 20 minutes before we were seated (shame on us for waiting that long to begin with), all the while watching more and more tables free up and be cleaned.

By the time we sat down at our table, the restaurant was at roughly 50% capacity, yet it was about half an hour until we ordered and almost an hour after that until the food showed up. I give points for the food itself as it was quite good, but we all watched servers and other staff members meandering about the place not seeming to be doing a whole lot of anything while we waited for our food. Needless to say, the wait times and in-house conditions of a restaurant shouldn't cause your customers to be hangry by the time their food finally shows up.

There is perhaps some benefit of the doubt to be given based on the fact that most of the staff appears to be students, but at the same time there are standards to be upheld in food service that simply weren't there on the night that I visited.

This place has the best service of any restaurant I’ve visited in my life. There’s a plethora of TV’s where they can show the event that you request. Food is perfectly priced and is immaculate, greatest choice you could make to dine here if you’re around the area.

I sat at the bar because I was in the area for work and by myself. Bartender was very friendly and quick to get my drink and food order.
The beer was cold and even had a couple ipas on tap!
Had a grilled chicken club sandwich. Was great. Plenty of screens for your favorite team.

Great vibe, friendly bartenders and friendly staff. They always have the best games on the TV and the food was readily fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the Greek power bowl

She was yelling from behind the bar to my table at me and continued to yell at me as I was leaving the restaurant. When I asked for her name she LIED and gave me a different name. Will never return to this restaurant. Calamari was chewy, fish tacos inedible and staff that bully and harass you.

Shoeless Joes has some of the most incredible and top notch servers I have ever come across. Besides the fact that the food is always made to perfection, every cocktail comes out perfect and the beer is cold, the hospitality is impeccable. I would like to name Maddie, Vanessa, Steph, and Colin specifically for their hospitality. Every time I visit this establishment I am greeted with warm welcomes and large smiles. These four set a wonderful atmosphere for their guests and have every intention of ensuring everyone is beyond pleased with their time at Shoeless Joes. I cannot express how happy I am when I sit down at shoeless and see these three. Even after 4 months of lockdown/quarantine and not seeing them, they recognized me (even with my beard and hair grown out) and even remembered my usual order! The food and drink is reasonably priced but the service that Colin, Steph, Maddie, and Vanessa provide is absolutely priceless. If you are looking for a good time, I would highly recommend going to shoeless and seeing one of them!

Just came back from this location and had a great burger, some fries. Our waitress was one of the nicest people I've ever had serve us anywhere, so I had to come on here and show her love! Thank you for taking care of us and for your hospitality!

Poor first experience. Came in for a few drinks and a meal. It really wasn't that busy, looked like 3 tables inside and a few outside. Took a little while for the server to get to me at the start. Drinks were fine, food was good. Finished my meal and my drink, server came to collect the dishes and asked if I wanted anything else. I said yeah I'll get another beer and then I'll pay you out. Last I saw of him for probably 10 minutes. Came by and dropped off my bill, and then somebody else came by a few minutes later with the debit machine, and I left. Never got the drink I asked for, my server never came by again. Sad service when you're not really busy.

I just had the chicken cordon bleu, and it is one of the BEST things I’ve ever tasted. Absolutely delicious. The drink menu here is phenomenal as well. Would definitely recommend!

I just love their food. I always get good service there. The place is always clean and the cashiers are always super nice. Highly recommended.

We ordered the sliders and 2 seperate burger meals. All of the food was delicious! The service was fast (we were there at 6pm on a Saturday). The only thing stopping me from rating 5 stars is their starters cost a bit too much. Would definitely go back.

To start with the waitress has incredible memory and also brought soft drink refills without us asking. I had their Cobb salad which was fresh and crispy. It comes topped with chicken. Others in our group tried the French onion soup quite tasty along with a shrimp appetizer. To get back to our waitress she remembered what we had ordered about a month ago a real gift.

We booked our family Christmas get together at Shoeless Joe’s, so glad we did the food was hot and more fries than we could eat. Our friendly server fit right in.

Clean, fast, friendly waitress warned us on portion sizes as we had young kids with us and were thankful she did. They were huge.
Not overly pricey.

One of my favourite parts of breakfast are hash browns, and these guys don't skimp out. They give you a pretty big size of perfectly cooked hash browns, golden brown outsides and deliciously fluffy insides. What a nice cozy casual breakfast place. My friend suggested years ago we meet here for breakfast and we have been back many times when I come visit Windsor.

Good food, have always had only mediocre service. Servers are friendly, but almost not attentive enough (last time I was there sat with an empty glass for most of the visit, wasn't until we were asked if we were ready for the bills that I was asked if I wanted a refill). But I won't let it stop me from visiting again! Great gathering place after team sports for a drink.

Unfortunately the food was warm not hot! We had 3 appetizer and they were not worth the money! The waitress was friendly.

Always a good experience at this location glad we went tonight to have our favourite server Jess. It was her last shift we will miss her. Excellent service

If you haven't tried the chicken cordon bleu, you must! The staff here is very friendly knowledgeable and accommodating. I was very impressed. A very relaxed and casual atmosphere for hanging around with friends and maybe checking you out some sports.

Food isn't great. The service was good but the server and two other employees were the loudest people in the place as they were playing with a golf machine in the corner. Not to mention the fact I had to walk way around one of them who was smoking at the entrance way of the restaurant. Very unprofessional

Nice venue in the bar area but that’s it. Food is far overpriced for what you get.ordered nachos for $20 and the amount we received was pathetic. Also, they need work on accommodating the customer.went there with my kids on the promise of nachos and watching the raptor game.they wouldn’t change a TV to the game despite almost no one being there.get it is March Madness but really can’t change 1 TV? !? ! Finally did after pressing which is ridiculous.no one was there! Will take my bar dollars elsewhere after the treatment.bad food and service.too many other options close by for them to be so poor.

Had dinner this evening at Shoeless Joe's in Guelph. The food was good, the service was good, atmosphere was good. However, the entire experience went downhill when we saw our bill and they charged $3.49 for a coffee. That is what I would refer to as price gouging and taking advantage of the customer. Most people do not look at the price of coffee when ordering. I have read many times that cost of.a cup of coffee is less than $0.25.
Starbucks doesn't charge that much for coffee. And Starbucks is a very good cup of coffee and twice the size.
I will not be going back anytime soon.

Good food, but slow service. If you sit in the bar make sure to buy lots of alcohol or you'll never see your server

Good servers and nice atmosphere. We were slightly disappointed in some of the menu items as the price did NOt reflect the quality. Specifically the duck wings and the large nacho order. They could also benefit from better beer options. Perhaps some local craft brews.

We came to this restaurant on the long weekend in May. It was not busy at all it was us and one other couple the rest of the people were in the bar area. When we arrived the waitress and greater had there own table eating is was so empty. It was a really long wait so much so we were getting up to leave as the food came. The area that had no people in it was a complete mess we had been there for about an HR and a half noone went to clean the mess. I would not have a complaint even after all of this but at the end of the meal the waitress came over and seen as I dipped a dry into the gravy there was a hair on the end. The waitress did not know what to say her face said it all. In the end we had $5 off the bill BUT they left the gravy on the bill! I was told that they wanted to take care of me and give me $5 off because of this what a joke. How about take the gravy that had hair in it off the bill. I left here not wanting to ever come back!
