This restaurant is sports themed grill and bar.we can get casual dinning with a focus on sports entertainment. There are a variety of pub style food like burgers, wings, sandwiches, salads and various appetizers. There are multiple screens broadcasting live sports events. We enjoyed watching live ice hockey with meals. The time we visited was not that much busy even at lunch time. All the regular drinks are quite expensive. Food is okay. Service is so late. It takes 40 minutes to get food after our order. Little bit disappointing. Otherwise good to go one time.

They were SO kind! Came in out of the rain to watch the Arsenal game, and the bartender and manager went out of their way to find the channel and put it on. To top it off, the food was delish! Thanks y'all

I came over with my family and had the honey bee stinger and David recommended I add chicken and it was everything i ever wanted! What a great restaurant to come and spend time with family. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! Would come back just to see him again

Recently had the crispy shrimp noodle bowl and my server David recomended that i add chicken.couldnt agree more, will definitely be back David made our experience amazing. 5out of 5 and 10 out of 10 would recommend

I've been here 4 times. Got served by a nice daytime bartender few months back and more recently had a decent experience.

Walked in Friday night and was sat at the bar for 11 minutes wasn't even greeted by the bartender who saw me coming in. That person was Busy chatting to a table. The host and what looked like the manager saw me sitting without service and did nothing. I got up and walked out. It was a quite night in there as it being the long weekend and honestly there was a putrid smell there.

I'm in the hospitality industry myself for 12 years. I see when there is a complete disinterest in customer service.

I am more upset that the manager saw me and was standing up like a statue at the host stand with the host. Very poor. Won't be back.

Excellent restaurant/bar if you are going to a downtown event. Easy to get to and leave from without hitting downtown traffic. It’s really nice to take a walk on the water after your meal. Great place for a night with friends or family. Also they have UFC night. Friendly staff. Amazing food. One of the few places in Toronto that I actually return to again and again!

My fiancé and I attended the Jason Aldean concert Thursday night. Upon returning to the Radisson Blu Hotel (which is connected to Shoeless Joes), we realized there were no late night spots open to eat. We decided to call down to Shoeless Joes to order something for take out. The lady on the other end of the phone was the manager, Amanda. She informed us that the restaurant would be closing in 5 minutes. As we were about to hang up, she offered to have the cook make us what we wanted to order. Amanda reassured us it was no problem at all and to come down and our food will be ready. As we arrived downstairs, Amanda the manager, as well as Amanda the bartender greeted us with warm smiles. They offered us a seat, as well as a glass of water while we waited. These ladies made us feel welcome and comfortable, all while caring for the other customers as well. This was an amazing experience for us, the staff at Shoeless Joes went out of their way to ensure we were happy and fed. Thank you.

The service quality was truly exceptional, I can’t wait to come back, Reka was an excellent incredible server.

If you’re paying cash, double check you’re getting the right change… Server shorted us and didn’t give the bill back until we asked for it and then when told she shorted us gave us attitude about it and then when asked for manager all he did was say well i’ll talk to her later about it.
Very disappointed this is how they allow the employees to be.

Server was so kind since the poutine was too much salty then sever served new poutine in 10min and it was good. The overall taste of poutine was so disappointing point cause the sauce was too artificial and it was not traditional original poutine. The gravy sauce should be fixed. It’s too salty and dark brown colour.
The royal long island tea was so good.

This is the worst restaurant! Food comes out slow and cold and you wait soooo long for someone to come to you after you sat.they have one server working all the time in the night. I was there for an hour and got up and got my own drinks. Just terrible!

Not really impressed considering location and the Ceasar was terrible I think they ran out of Clamato and used fruit punch it was really bad.the flatbread pizza was OK

We enjoyed the food with family. Food was ahhhhmazjng. Johnny abd his arm attitude made us enjoy it even more.

The waiting time was under all criticism. We had to ask four times before we got the chance to order our food and drinks. After that it took forever to get the drinks. However, the food was perfectly fine when it arrived.
