Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill

I waited with my mom to be sat at a table for a good 5-10 minutes as the male greeter argued with a large group of people and refused to give them service. The greeter kept saying they couldn't provide the service to satisfy such a large group and they couldn't sit together. I blame both parties, but having a little party of two waiting as your staff stared at us and making us uncomfortable.if you didn't want our money, just say so.

The food is generally very good. On one occasion, I had reservations for 5 people made several days in advance. We arrived on time and no seats were saved for us. We were told to sit at the bar.

Eaten here a few times, but likely won't again after this evening. Could never quite nail down until tonight why this restaurant has never been busy whenever we stopped in. Servers were friendly but not attentive (that's been consistent) Ordered buffalo cauliflower - $17 for 6 pieces. We ordered and paid for it but want to share the portion size so others aren't as surprised as we were. Over $2.80 per piece, and they weren't large pieces, so that was disappointing. Mains were delivered after approximately 40 minutes: all sandwiches and fries so nothing complex. Food was lukewarm by the time we got it. Server didn't come by except at food drop off, and drink glasses sat empty throughout main course. With prices increasing everywhere, this won't be on our list for the few times we dine out. Only wish I had taken photos in the event management wanted to follow up.

Delicious food and great atmosphere. I had the maple bacon cheddar burger and it’s one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. I recommend going here!

Friendly and welcoming staff! Busy but very well organized and did not wait long to be served or attended to at table. Food was great! Would recommend if you are looking for an evening out, watch sports or get together!

Food was pretty good for what i ordered, i was impressed with the amount of fries i received as a side, main course was pretty decent as well. Service was attentive but not exactly friendly/welcoming. Still not a bad place to watch a hockey game though

Good experience. Food excellent. Well atleast mine was good. Although time between order and receiving food was a little excessive. Price a little high but it's those times.

Quality of food was pretty bad. Ordered nachos for the table with chicken, and cobb salad with grilled chicken on it. The chicken was so overcooked and dry, it was barely edible. I left over half of the chicken for the salad (which I paid extra to add to that salad) and when I told the server about the quality, she barely acknowledged the complaint and did absolutely nothing to resolve it. I was still charged full price. Table checks were slow. We waited 20 mins after our dishes were removed to have our checks delivered to the table.

My wife and I went to Shoeles Joe's to have our lunch and we had an amazing experience. Best food and best costumer service!

Overpriced Food was over cooked, dry and burnt, waitress was on drugs, rigatoni was undercooked and flavourless. Waiting for our table we were forgotten about twice. Wont be here again lmao

Did I just spend 40 minutes with my wife waiting to be served. I had to usher the waitress after waiting so long.

How can you be in this business and forget about your guests.

Shame on you and your staff.

Skipped and went to East Side Mario’s for a much different experience.

Amazing service, food, and hospitality. My family and I loved everything and was a very enjoyable experience. Our sever was amazing as well as the manager who came and created us as well as did quality checks on our table.

Great restaurant and bar. Food is always quick and tasty. Love coming for a pint after work and always enjoy the friendly hospitality from Jackie and Veronica. Highly recommended

I had lunch yesterday and I got food poisoning here. I have been sick ever since that meal. I go to the bathroom everyday 5 to 10 mins. Please teach your kitchen staff and food safety and workplace sanitation. This is the worse experience I had from eating some place.

Great local pub to enjoy a cold drink and a salad. We are always met with a big smile and friendly greeting by our server Jaqueline. She’s great!

We were a group of 40 and were managed well. Service was quick and food was great. Overall 10 out of 10. I and my family highly recommend this place

After office party at Shoeless. It is a great place. Amazing service and food. The ambiance is welcoming and charming. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Management is polite.
