Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill

Very nice dining experience! The food was fresh and served hot and delicious! The atmosphere was very relaxing and enjoyable. The server was very attentive and helpful with recommendations for appetizers and main course dinner options! It's definitely a great dining out experience!

Unfortunately, this location left a lot to be desired. Not only did we have to grab our own menus, we had to ask for cutlery, we had to ask for drinks, and our table was sticky. The bathroom was gross. The service was unbelievably slow. We had three children with us, and we were not given or asked if we needed a baby seat. We were not given the kids menus either. It was just a disaster.

Chris at Kemptville, gave us amazing service. We enjoyed his friendly and efficient manner!

Just had an amazing dinner with some amazing friends with an amazing waiter…his name was Chris. Very polite, jovial, and attentive. Kudos to him and the restaurant for great evening. Cheers

Had a fantastic chicken souvlaki wrap that I will forever be craving. Would definitely recommend this place. Definitely a great place to watch a Leafs or Sens game.

Love this place. Chris was amazing best service ever. Food was fabulous. I don’t live in Kemptville but Chris makes the trip worthwhile!

If you have a food allergy stay FAR, FAR away. My daughter is allergic to eggs. We asked about the meal she was interested in and the waiter claimed he checked twice before the food was ordered. It was confirmed no eggs. Then when the food came out there was a suspicious sauce in the rice. My daughter called the waiter over and asked about the sauce specifically, stating that it suspiciously looked like a mayonnaise sauce and perhaps the sauce contained eggs. The waiter went back to the kitchen and again she was assured there was no egg. So she started eating it. Then a different man came out and said don’t eat it…. We think it may contain “traces”of eggs. My daughter then said “ Well I’m usually ok with traces of eggs but not egg” but by now she is getting freaked out and is not really enjoying her meal and is feeling uneasy about eating it. So she is just sitting at the table not eating and starting to freak out. Then the same man comes back stating there is for sure 2 oz of egg whites in the sauce, that my daughter had previously thought looks suspiciously like egg. So she jumps up and runs to the bathroom to go and throw up her meal as quickly as possible. We left the restaurant with her eyes swollen and her throat swelling after throwing up. We drove to the hospital which was another nightmare (there we NO employees anywhere in emergency, just a housekeeper trying to help the people in emergency my husband had to run into the back to go and get someone…. But that is another whole story) in any case…. Just a nightmare. All of us had drove a long way and met at this halfway point in Kemptville to finally see each other after two years and THIS was our two year reunion celebration. Not a lot of catching up …. She spent the night drugged up and sleeping off her allergic reaction and us checking on her, now she is gone again for likely another two years. Perhaps next time we plan a meet up we will actually get to talk to her about something other than if she can breathe or not.

Had Chris as a server. Service and food were both fantastic. Kids have a mild food allergy and they were quick to comment and substitute to make what they wanted work for them.

It was my dads birthday. They came with a scoop of icecream and sang happy birthday to him. It was a very nice gesture and was appreciated. The restaurant tried very hsrd to accomodate my uncle who follows a gluten free diet.

They don't like bikers, they refused to serve us so, too bad, went to an other place. Don't go if you ride, choose a place that support bikers.

Loved Shoeless Joes but the last two times below par but the waiter was great portions changed for not as good sad it was one of our favourite places

First time here. Food was better than I expected! A lot of choice! Staff was amazing and a lot of different choices of sports to watch. Everyone had a great meal who was with me and I feel this will be my new "go to restaurant"
