I've been using Tom Shoniker as my lawyer for 31 years. Everyone has always said I've been extremely lucky with the outcome of my cases, but that's not luck, its having Tom Shoniker in my corner. I just finished a trial today where the crown was asking 9 months in jail. I walked out of there once again a free man. Recently my Ex husband was charged with some serious offences (after an already lengthy criminal history) realistically guys odds were justifiably against him.
Long story short Mr shonikiar worked a miracle that day and his sentence was the bare minimum And what should have been a minimum 6 month sentence was negotiated down to conditional discharge probation and a bit of volunteer work which the accused (my ex-husband) was more than willing to comply with! I'm so happy with the outcome and couldn't have picked a better attorney!

Since 16Jan 2020 i was fighting for something. And i met Shoniker. He is a beast. Full of confidence which even boosts you with confidence too. His assistant christine helped me out too.

Thomas Shoniker is hands-down the best criminal lawyer! Mr. Shoniker puts his all in his work and dedicates his life to his profession. He is accessible and always assists me when ever I need, even past his work hours. I’ve had many cases with Mr.shoniker and he never fails to surprise me, him and his team work over time to make sure you get the justice you deserve and never lets me down. Not only do I refer him to everyone I know, but is now my whole families lawyer. If your ever looking for a criminal lawyer, stop looking and just give him a call. It will be the best decision you will ever make. I can write a whole chapter book on how he is very powerfully spoken and well coordinated, but I will leave that for all of you to experience yourself. Thomas has to be the best, most efficient lawyer I have ever met. When I first saw Thomas I was sitting in a courtroom filled with other defendants and lawyers. The days processions had just started. Thomas walked in 5 minutes prior, and even though all these other defendants and lawyers were there quite a while before Thomas arrived his case load was done first. It was then that I decided " this is the lawyer I need.
At recess my case still hadn't been heard, so I sought out Mr Shoniker in the hallway. I introduced myself and explained my situation. When court sessions began again, Thomas stood up and said he has 1 more matter before the court that he would like heard. Just like that Mr Shoniker took me on as a client and got my case rolling.
All of my charges had to do with the fact that I was an addict in active addiction. I was looking at quite a substantial time in prison. After months of back and forth, Thomas managed to work out a deal with the crown that if I went to treatment my charges would be dismissed.
Thus started my road to recovery and cleaning up my record. I did the required time in treatment. However I forgot to let Mr Shoniker or the courts know I had completed treatment. I didn't stay clean right away after treatment but I stuck with it mainly because Thomas was one of the only people to care enough to take a chance on me.
That all started over four years ago, and today I have just over 3 years and 6 months clean of all mind altering substances. A few months ago a situation came up with one of my sponsees and I had to make a police report. As a result of doing so the police informed me that I had warrants and gave me the opportunity to turn myself in rather than them coming back to arrest me. Which I did a few days latter. As it turned out because I forgot to inform the courts about completing treatment, I now had even more charges. Once again Thomas Shoniker came to the rescue of this recovering addict. I explained the situation to him, and told him as a result of his concern for me so long ago where I am in my recovery today. Thomas told me to get as many letters from people in my recovery family/journey and he would go to bat for me again.
As I write this review, to the best of my knowledge, I only have 2 charges left to take care of. Once Mr Shoniker takes care of these, I do believe I will no longer have a record.
So in closing, if you need the best lawyer you can get I highly recommend that you higher Thomas J Shoniker. As I have found out that no matter how long it take, Thomas will do everything in is power to fight for you and WIN.
Thomas I want to thank you and say I am so grateful I had you in my corner all these years and that you never forgot about me. YOU SAVED MY LIFE AND HELPED ME START TO RECOVER FROM MY ADDICTION.
