Purchased a bow and the service was great. Prices are fair, great selection and the guys very helpful with all I needed. Helps to have a range right there too. Going back for sure.

Great outdoor gear store! I order equipment from Shooter’s Choice for delivery a few times every couple of years especially when they have specialty items no one else carries or when they have a great sale.
I just made another purchase and my order was packed up and arrived in the time frame quoted.

Had a wonderful experience here buying my first firearm. Will was extremely knowledgeable and really gave me all my options. Very happy with my decision with the Mossburg, looking forward to practicing with it!

Enter the place and it’s like Christmas in there. You get anything & everything for your shooting needs. Guns (don’t have much idea), Bows & Arrows (of all brands). They set bows as per your requirement.

Great staff and range friendly.
I hope they don't practice vaccine passport in future that is wrong and seggation! So don't alienate your follow Canadian citizens without any scientific fact backing the frist one!

Extremely helpful staff quick to answer all the questions you have. Good collection of items. Easy access to the place with lots of parking. Open on weekends too.

Stay away from this bush league outfit. They are pawning off returns as “new”. Stay away from these scam artists and spend your money elsewhere. “We open all scopes to show customers”. Apparently they open every single box in the store to show customers. Embarrassingly bad.

Shooters choice is one of the biggest sport shops and definitely well known from the people close to Kitchener Waterloo.

First time to The Bow Shop tonight. First time I've touched a bow in 30yrs. Sean hooked me up with the right gear for my experience and size and budget. He KNOWS his stuff!

Had an hour at the range, very kind and welcoming folks, had a great time.

Archery range hours are excellent for a night shift worker. Would recommend membership if you like to shoot at odd hours. Great way to relax on a weekend.

Went in today after work and im a complete newbie to archery the guy that helped me was really knowledgeable and helped me with every questions and issue I had and even stayed an extra 20 minutes past close really appreciate it definitely will be back

It may feel intimidating upon arrival but I encourage you to persevere. I found the staff (all seemingly named, 'Mike') incredibly helpful, patient, and expert. Mike #6 (not kidding) provided a lot of help and time to me for a problem I was having at no charge. Now I'll be keeping my business with Shooters Choice.

I made two trips to make a decision on a new bow. Each time I had the same great customer service from different staff. I was encouraged to shoot as many bows as I could. They were more than happy to set up any bow I chose. I spend several hours there each time and never once felt rushed. On the first visit I was even encouraged not to buy a bow that day as they were a low on stock and hadn't gotten several of the 2022 bows in stock yet, thanks to covid.

Store can get busy some times, but once you get a staff, they are very helpful and were not hesitant to show me several firearms. Will always find time to pop in when im in the region.

Went in looking for some slugs December 2 2021they didn't have what I was looking for so when I asked where he might know where I could find some he stated " We only worry about our inventory ". Total A.hole I will never spend my money there again.

I walked in as a complete newbie to compound bows and purchased my first one. The staff walked me through safe operation and tips on shooting and taking care of the bow. I walked out feeling more confident and more informed. It was a great experience and I will be doing my learning through them as well. Highly recommend.

Always a treat to visit whether it's for the range or to pick up accessories. The staff is super friendly and helpful beyond belief on and off the range.

Bad Customer service. I bought TP9 handgun but the sales person was extremely rude towards me. I told him why is raising his voice when I m calm. I cancelled my transaction told him doing it due to his bad attitude. Very bad experience

Staff and products are always great. Very knowledgeable and super at giving options and setting up equipment.

Love this store, the staff are nice especially the Asian guy, I forgot his name, he is the best, he can sell ice to an Eskimo, great salesman and very respectful and sweet, I will be returning to buy a quiver for the bow I bought from them and will purchase more arrows as well. I am also hoping to get a membership to practice there.

Excellent staff, extremely knowledgeable and they take the time to make sure you get what you want at a fair price. Respectful of all levels of hunting and archery.

Only complaint would be that the used prices seem higher then average. Other then that great store and service.

Just wanted to thank the boys at Shooter's Choice Bow Shop. Shawn, James, Hector, Roberto and the gang. These guys always go out of their way to help my wife and I with questions we might have regarding anything archery. Yes I know its their job, but they do it well. Customer service in my opinion is a lost art, but not lost on these guys. Last night Shawn and James stayed after hours to set me up with my new Elite Victory. I had been eyeing a new target bow for awhile. I traded in an older bow for the Victory. Although it was the last one and the colour was purple (it is growing on me) I had them install a Hamskea Trinity and they reinstalled all my other accoutrement from my old bow. All this was done so I can put in some practice hours during this dreadful lockdown. Thanks guys.

Great service online and over the phone. Very accommodating when I asked for shipping. I'm looking forward to getting up to their store as I've heard it's as good as their service from a few friends now.

The Bow Shop is a great overall pro shop for archery. In fact it's one of the grandest overall bow shops for hundreds of miles around. Smart and knowledgeable people, mostly. They will take used bows and give you a fair price on them and upgrade to something better. And their used bows are always tested and proven safe and tuned before sale. This makes buying used bows from them inherently safer than buying on eBay or Kijiji.

Guy I talked with on the phone was polite and very helpful. When I went to the store, the selection of guns they had was fantastic and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Purchased my first crossbow from them at the 2018 Sportsmen Show. The associate was great to deal with and cared about helping me select the best option. I was a new hunter at the time and he was patient with my excitement. Just ordered again through their website as well, this time they have a great sale on a scope I'm looking for.

Hector was amazing and knowledgeable about all the bows. The store has a great selection and though it had a limited capacity of how many people can shop in the store, they take the time to make sure the bow is right for you.

Everyone both downstairs in the gun room and upstairs in the bow room are extremely helpful. They’ve always answered every question I’ve had and made every transaction extremely easy. I always enjoy coming here

I am happy for what i got for archery and got to learn a few things for the future. Staff was Roberto and got me all set up straight to the point.

All I can say is wow! My first time going to the bow shop today the staff was super helpful no attitude very knowledgeable I've had many bad experiences at other places but this place has got their s*** together oh, I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I will definitely be coming back for all of my bow and hunting supplies, thanks guys

Incredibly helpful and don't overcharge for their time to work on your bow if you bring it in.

James is amazing at everything he does, the older gentleman there without a beard (I'm sure the younger one with a beard is also great) is also amazing.

Not sure why this has almost 5 stars. Iv been a gun owner an hunter for my whole life.everyone I know including my self has said this place is rude an unprofessional. Very lucky that they are the only local place that sells guns an hunting gear. With some nicer staff this place could be amazing

Busy shop at the bow room but they were informative and sold me what I needed. Good group of folks.

Brought my bow in to get new strings and it sat there for over a month and a half with no update. When I came in to check on it, they hadn’t even touched my bow. Ended up taking it somewhere else who had it done in 48 hours. This place is ridiculous, don’t waste your time.

Signed up for a hunting license course in Dec. Of 2019 it is now Sept. 2020. No word on when or where starting to think I wasted my money wish they were more professional

Great store. Should be the first stop for all shooters. Very knowledgeable staff and great pricing on a huge selection of firearms and archery gear. If you need it they have it or can order it in. Highly recommend checking them out.

I came in here a few times to use the range, got the orientation from a staff member, all standard gun safety practices. Used the range a few times no problem. I come back to use again and- oh wait, now you need to take a 2 hour course to use the range. Ok no problem, call on the day to come and take the course and oh wait- now it's been changed to a full day safety course. This is getting ridiculous, I've used this range with no issues before and now I have to take a whole day course? Great way to encourage more people to get into the sport.

Very nice people. Feel like friends even the first time visit. They have a large selection of firearms, ammo and other equipments. An indoor range, open to members only.

Really neat spot with great selection. The staff are attentive to making sure you get a great custom fit for what you are looking for. Also they make you feel comfortable/valued even if you arent a regular costumer.

This review is in regards to the archery division of the store: Would not recommend this store for service on a bow. I am not one to ever write reviews, so the fact that I am even doing so, will hopefully help prove a point. I had a peep sight installed on my bow roughly 4 weeks ago at Shooters Choice. Fired about 10 shots through it before the peep came out. I returned to the store the next week. This time I had the peep reinstalled, and a kisser button installed as well. (was charged for peep/kisser install). I return home, fired 10-15 shots before the peep sight comes out, again. A couple of days later, and probably 150-200 shots, the kisser button flies off too. I return to the store.again, to have the peep sight reinstalled for the third time. I was charged for the installation of the peep sight, again. At this point I have 15 dollars worth of install fees into this peep sight. I come home and fire probably 25-30 shots, and out comes the peep sight AGAIN. Unlikely for me to return there, I will have to find another archery shop.

As someone who is new to the sport walking into a gun shop can be a little bit intimidating. But the staff here are very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to help share their knowledge with you about everything related to firearms and hunting. Check them out!

ALL I wanted was a simple buffer tube. Support the local guy right. Anything AR they seem lost could not do it. Got home ordered out of Toronto job done no hassle in 5 minutes. Came to my house installed it and done

Great shop, Albert was there to answer all my questions and offer advice. I"ll make it a regular stop from now on.

Good location, super friendly staff, and big collections of hunting equipment.
The bow shop is fantastic and the guys over there really know what they are doing.
They got everything a hunter or person interested in similar stuff will need, ranging from gun shop and indoor shooting room to bow shop with indoor target shooting space. I’ve got my hunting eduction course here as well.

Great customer service throughout. Theres at least two Canadian Veterans that work there, which is a huge bonus. Very knowledgeable, patient and prices seem very reasonable compared to the shops I've been to recently.

Fiancée and I are doing the PAL and RPAL course. The instructor is absolutely top shelf. We've been on the sales floor as well and there is a massive selection of firearms, bows and other hunting gear available. The counter staff are happy to help and even treat us first time shooters like family. Awesome place, totally recommend.

What should I say. I think this people do not know what does it mean to waist the other people's time.also they do not know about the grade of their items.and the codes.look at the photos, they have sent me a Mauser with a wood screw! And a rear sight which was completely broken and bent.just look at the photos. I do not think if these people are bad but I think they do not know their job.

Just grabbed my fishing licence.easy peasy.a definite go to for outdoorsman/women.they dialed in my compound bow, the in house range agreed.

The staff are rude, treat you like a peasant and have god complexes. Avoid this store. Drive to bass pro, the drive is worth it considering you are treated with respect when you go in there.

A man by the name of Dan was absolutely useless. I was trying to have a conversation with him, trying to use their range which I've used many times. He wouldn't take his eyes off the computer screen during our conversation. Hardly gave me the time of day. Getting a response from him was like pulling teeth. Extremely rude. Clearly they do not need or want my money. I will not ever be going back. I suggest you dont either.

They now require you to do a safety course to use the range. Which is fine. The course is only held twice a week while most people are at work. 2-4 o'clock. Thanks a lot shooters choice. You're a gem.

I just purchased a beautiful remington. 270 by mail. Trevor was great to deal with. Sent me pictures of a used gun, many angles and explained where the scratches were. No secrets. I decided on a new one and it was shipped well packaged and fast. I would deal with them again.
