The new waitress Nicole is an angle.always smiling, quick, polite, when she crosses in front of a pool table playing she holds in place till the play is done.

Shooterville is by far the best pool hall in the area. They have ping pong, darts, snooker tables and 9 foot black crown tables. There are lots of big screen tvs, a jukebox, large bar area in addition to their great food.

Hate to leave a review like this, because normally this is a really fun place to go. We had a Saturday night planned to go play some ping pong, and I called in advance on Thursday to ask if it was possible to reserve a table. I was advised I can’t because Saturday is walk in only on a first come first serve basis…. Fine, no problem we show up Saturday night and was then told there’s no tables available, pool or ping pong because there’s a tournament going on which will be lasting the entire night. I feel like something like this should have been advised to me on the phone so we didn’t have to waste our time to only find out they can’t have any people. I’m sure the tournament was planned and I feel could have been easily communicated prior.

Typical Billiard place, lots of 8 ball tables and several Snooker tables. Small bar, with reasonable selection, and prices are fair.

The people running this place always have a bad attitude bad customer service.difficult to get a drink.like shut it down if you cannot accommodate your customers. Definitely not a place to hang out with friends as they'll be down your throat as you're playing aswell. The worst pool hall you'll find around.

We got charged for 1.5 hours of pool time when we were only there for 1 hour.

Came in as a group of 4. No employee seemed to be at the bar, but there was a set of pool balls there. We grabbed them and started a timer on one of our phones. We were overcharged and were told, “I don’t know what you want me to do about it. ” The employee said she started the timer at the same time as when another group walked in, which they were well into playing when we actually walked in. We even asked the group when they showed up, and they confirmed we certainly weren’t there the same time as them.

When we told the employee, she then told us that the system doesn’t lie and proceeded to backtrack and confirm we walked in well after the other group.

She went back to the computer and told us that the timer was in fact still running and that she now “has to pay for it. ” The system doesn’t lie, but the employee using the system certainly does. She didn’t see us walk in and probably tried to guess when we did, overcharging us by 50%. Making a mistake is one thing, but lying about it and refusing to address anything is much worse.

First time here and we got to play when there was a $10/hr special! What a steal!

There was a lot of tables available, lots of room to play where you don’t have to be mindful of others when making your shots.

Location is really close to the highway as well! Only thing is it can be hard to find depending which way you’re coming from. It’s facing the brant st. Side of the plaza it’s in.

Definitely will visit again

Susks I went in sat at the bar 10 minutes and still wasn't served the bartender man and woman was very rude I will not be going back

Great place to hang out and have a good time. Staffs are very friendly and attentive. The food is super delicious and a huge portion. Very reasonable pool rate and good alcohol prices. The place is always busy for a good reason. Sonya and Annette are my favorites. Donny always has a good sense of humour and I always enjoy having a chat with him. Best poolhall within 200 km so look no further:)

Great place and great food. Tables need a little leveling as they are sloped but still a great place for pool.

Everytime We go here we have to literally beg for a snooker cue as all of the cues on shelf are broken. Staff is nice and helping except a couple servers who are self proclaimed bosses of the place. GET SOME SNOOKER CUES FOR YOUR REGULARS ATLEAST.

Great spot for pool but staff is constantly intoxicated and becomes very rude, also often shut hours before scheduled close. Also caught one of the staff members smoking cigarettes in the bathroom, left an awful odour in the place… If the staff could get sorted out this place would be 5 stars. Price point is great for alcohol.

If u like combo of pool and beer, this is the place to go. I visit this place when ever i am in Burlington and in a mood for drinks. Nice ambience and competitive games with friends make this place a nice hangout spot.

It's great for a family night out. It's licensed and has food readily available. Kids don't have to leave at a specific time. It has a large space with many tables to play on service might be a bit slow as they are often super busy.

It's always been a nice spot for me & my buddies whenever we wanna hang out in Burlington. They have nice tables for snooker & pool.

I've been there alot in the past and I went today, the overall vibe of the place was fun, but right as I went to play ping pong someone took the table, (that doesent matter but I thought I would put it anyway. Other than that service was good and I had a fun time beating my dad at pool

If your into pool and want a good time I recommend Shooterville. Huge area with great tables. Food is good. Servers are right there.

The place is clean and nice but the jungle for Latinos is not good, they are a little different with foreigners

Great placeto hangout and shoot some pool. Beer on tap is great. Exactly what you'd look for in a pool hall.
