I have never genuinely been blown away by a pharmacy before and honestly didn’t think it was possible until I had been going here for over a year and have had CONSISTENTLY pleasant experiences. They are so efficient and helpful, and do whatever they can to get you what you need. I’ve never been dismissed by a pharmacist or a technician here. Couldn’t recommend more.

I called today and asked the lady on the phone when does the photo center close and they gave me wrong hours. I came to the store, ready to take my photo but noticed the photo center is closed.

I like Shoppers but my most recent experience was very disappointing. My son has mild fever and sore throat yesterday, and we ran out of Tylenol. So, I went to Shoppers. I know there has been a shortage of Children's pain/fever medication, so I wasn't surprised to see there was no Tylenol pills left. My only option was Advil Jr. (40 tablets), so I bought it for $19.99, although I thought it was too expensive. And today, while shopping at Food Basics, I saw the exact same product selling for $12.99. I understand some price difference between stores, but I don't think this is reasonable at all.

One of my favourite Shoppers locations, its clean, fully stocked, all of the staff are amazing, friendly people. I won’t shop at another location besides this one.

Duke the pharmacist from Pioneer shoppers is amamzing he is so helpful always supports the community and this is My favourite shoppers drug mart! All the staff are great!

Used to love coming to this shoppers, very friendly staff and helpful customer service in the beauty section. I have been a very regular customer for almost 4 years now because I live in the area. Recently though, as I've been coming in with friends instead of my parents overtime I noticed different behavior toward me and those my age by store staff. Although we do nothing different, don't engage in shoplifting, or are disrespectful in any way we are followed around and kept a close eye on. It is obvious others in the store are not treated the same and I have felt singled out, vulnerable, uncomfortable, and even as though it is racially targeted at times. It has come to the point that I used to hold my products out clearly so I wouldn't be questioned and more recently we choose to go to a further shoppers location instead which is very unfair and takes double the time to get to. This behavior is rude, singling out teenagers and making us feel uncomfortable shopping. It's very clear when the customer service in the beauty section is closely watching and it is obvious what they are doing when they circle around us. It frustrates me and I have started to avoid this location for this reason.

One of the BEST Beauty Boutique in ALL of KW - hands down. Not only are they amazing in store, but they also have an insane team on social media who are the kindest of people. Every time I've come into this location, I'm met with such positivity and excitement! INNA is so caring and gentle when helping find beauty products - so patient! I've never felt so welcome in a store before and because of INNA and every one of her team members! Will be in soon for more fragrances!:) always a great experience!

Terrible customer experience at Canada Post. Won’t help nor print shipping labels like any other location.

Nicest SDM I've been to in Kitchener (but I have not been to all). This one feels spacious, bright and staff here are friendly. Products are nicely displayed and the aisles feels just a tad more spacious than other SDMs. My favourite SDM in Kitchener-Waterloo.

Customer service is okay, managers need to work on their suppliers. Always out of stock of popular items. Especially baby consumables. If you're constantly out of stock wouldn't it make more sense to order more of these said items so that by the time the next restock day comes you will actually have happy customers happy until then. Supply and demand not demand and no supply. As a manager you should have a basic understanding of economics and be intelligent enough to know that you need to over order from what you normally do.

My Mother was there to get covid needle last week and she was very nervous about it. They was a nice lady Claudia who speaks spanish and she talked to her about it and was very good explaining everything. She calmed my mom and she was very appreciate it. She keep asking my mom if she was ok and stay with her. She is happy she had this nice lady there to help her and make her feel good. Gracias to Claudia.

The store is spacious and very organized. Superb customer service! My family and I got our Covid vaccines here. The pharmacist Duke was very professional, knowledgeable, caring and super friendly! Would definitely recommend this shoppers.

Large location with beauty boutique. Well maintained and very clean. Very Convenient location. The staff is always willing to help in anyway they can and very friendly.

Slowest Canada Post ever. Doesn't matter if there is one person in line or 5 you wait while they talk and have conversations behind the counter ignoring the line up. Go somewhere else!
Next visit to pick up some butter advertised on their app for $1.99. Suprise, sold out! 5 x in a row. I go Saturday at noon, sold out, Sunday sold out, Monday night sold out. You have promotions to get people in and then don't have the product. The manager says they order 150 and get 50. EVERY TIME

This shoppers was nothing short of Amazing. The pharmacist Devi took the time to explain the new medication my son was using in detail and made me feel very comfortable. She answered my ten thousand questions with ease. Will definitely return and make this my go-to pharmacy.

I transferred my prescriptions here and I’m so glad I did. The phone is never busy I’m always able to speak to someone. I never have to wait forever in line or for my prescriptions to be ready. Duke is so nice and helpful. Nothing but good things to say about this shoppers pharmacy.

Extremely extremely extremely worst service.my mother made some clothes n sweaters for her grand daughter.she sent her in Pakistan from this location 2020 AUG. 7 months past but they didn't not receive in Pakistan.my mother did very work hard at age of 80.she made 13 frocks n 2 sweaters in one year.and paid to Canada post from ODSP money. CANADA POST MY MOM CRIED DUE TO BAD SERVICE N LOST GIFT. WHICH MADE BY 80 YEARS OLD LADY. ON THIS LOCATION IDIOT LADIES didn't help at all

Deal with the pharmacy here on a weekly basis. Always impressed by their service, very friendly "get to know you" staff. Nothing but love for these pharmacists!

I had a wonderful experience yesterday with a young man at pharmacy. He went above and beyond to help me and I just wanted to say his act of kindness did not go unnoticed. Excellent service. You can tell he really cares and is passionate about his job and helping people. Thank you so much for all of your help. 100% recommend.
