We had a great experience with Aaliyah, in Cosmetics. She was super knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us when we were trying to decide on perfumes. We appreciated the excellent customer service, and time she took to make sure we got exactly what we needed. She definitely went above and beyond.

I am blown away by all the 1/2 star reviews. This is by far the BEST location in KW, in my opinion. The pharmacy staff are super efficient and quick. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Thanks guys for always providing excellent care for my family:)

Horrible customer service. We were in there for maybe 5-10 minutes, and we were being followed around by multiple employees. The blonde woman in the beauty section had a nasty attitude, which made me want to leave the store. I’ve also had a bad experience with her in the past, she’s very rude and made me feel embarrassed for asking simple questions. Very uncomfortable experience.

This shoppers drug mart had absolutely some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Store is dirty and staff are rude, including the manager.

Followed around the whole store. And where right on top of me while I was looking at shampoo — terrible experience won’t be coming back — my partner and I where basically cornered in the aisles — absolutely ridiculous

The pharmacy customer service can be bad, it can take a long time for someone to answer and then when someone does answer the person can be not very friendly, almost like you're 'bothering' them. *eyeroll*

The lids that the pharmacy uses for prescriptions, at least for Naproxen, are terrible! It's a push down and turn type lid, most of those type lids I can do no problem but this one is really bad, anyone with arthritis or not a lot of strength in their hands is probably really going to struggle. My hands don't have issues and I even have difficulty with the lid so now I just leave it to sit on top of the container but not fully close it. Aleve which is over the counter Naproxen has a much better type container there's little things on the sides that you push and then you turn the lid. Much more thought was put into that lid because they're a lot easier to do versus these lids that the pharmacy is using. This type design is just kind of dumb because you have to push down and turn at the same time so when you're pushing down it's hard to grip the sides really good to turn it, at least with the Aleve lid you can push the sides with one hand and turn the lid with the other hand. The other issue with this location is that I have called in to do an automated prescription refill in the past and went to pick it up and it wasn't even put through it wasn't even ready so it seems to be a bit glitchy the automated over the phone refill service.

Terrible customer service and we were going to switch to the pharmacy there but not a chance now. Unless you like unfriendly, snarky, unprofessional pharmacy staff, don't go here.
And management - maybe look at all the terrible reviews and do something other than offering a phone number to call.

I am very frustrated because I booked a minor illness assessment appointment yesterday and when I showed up today they said the pharmacist that could help wasn't in. I don't have a car so it's not like I can just drive somewhere else and I was in a lot of pain so this was frustrating and embarrassing. I wish they had just canceled my appointment. The only reason I rated 3 stars was because the staff in store tried extremely hard to accommodate me, the system really needs work.

I felt that I was racially profiled by the lady staff. She took the item from my hand (which I was about to take to the counter to checkout) and proceeded to keep it in the checkout desk and didn’t let me handle it until I paid for it (apparently she only did that with me and no other customer). This happened a couple of months ago.

Horrible customer service, I was treated very poorly by the staff in the beautyBoutique section. I could see the frustration on the staffs face when I asked for couple sample testing paper for perfumes. At the same time other customer were treated nicely.

It was not busy. I personally would not recommend this location to anyone.

Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with and from a health care professional (or supposed one) it is completely unacceptable, withholding medication from a patient who has a prescription for no reason and not listening to any reasoning from his Pharm assistance and yelling at them. I will never return to this highly unprofessional Pharmacist ever again. You do not treat your staff or your customers in such a terrible way. I felt bad for the Pharmacy assistant who wanted to give me the medication for my sick child but was being yelled at from her boss. FYI this location has Polysporin Pink Eye drops on hold for a customer who has not picked it up for 2 months but will not allow it to be given to any one else!

It's an okay shoppers location, but they often don't have the things I want in stock. Luxury beauty section is nice, but it bothers me that you can't go look at the perfumes without a worker going along with you. The new self checkout area is nice and organized

What a horrible display of patient care from the pharmacy. In August we ordered hypoallergenic formula for our newborn who has a milk protein allergy and we were told we would get a call within 24 hours for our order as that’s the longest it would take. After the 24 hours was up and no call, I decided to reach out to them. They told me THEY ACTUALLY GAVE AWAY OUR ORDER by selling my sons only method of feeding available! I did everything they asked, I got a prescription, I had my contact info given to them and they gave it away! Only to find out, there’s ANOTHER back order and we can’t order. Fast forward to today, I call to see if they have any in stock because at this point I need to shop around at pharmacies just to get formula he can stomach and I’m told it’s still on back order. Not even 30 seconds later I call another shoppers and it’s available for ordering.

This location is VERY Neglectful and even that description is too kind for them!

Very Rude staff, with no professionalism at all at Digital photo center. Didn’t explain to me anything just click picture and ask me to go for payment. I went and ask for the digital copy as well and she charge me 63$.
Because I didn’t mention but I don’t go for official photographs every day!
Aren’t they supposed to ask?
How do you want? What’s customer service represent?
And lastly when I was thinking about it in just one minute m… she goes “ hello hello …. Payment please”

I thought old people have more experience and kindness.

Convenient location and usually well-stocked. Giving 3 stars because the past two times I've called to refill my prescription, their phone systems haven't been working and there is no way to get ahold of the pharmacy or even the store.

The two staff members at Canada Post counter were very unhelpful and unprofessional. I went there on Thursday, June 20th at 1: 20 pm to send a package. They just stood there busy talking, I went up and told them that I wanted to mail a package. I'm never going to this location. They need to train their employees if they want to run their business. I was asked to move from the counter, as another customer came, the other counter had another customer, so I had to sit on the floor to fill out the information.

Extremely disappointed with the gentleman at the pharmacy. I booked an appointment for a $40 Asymptomatic Rapid Test yesterday and when I arrived I was asked why I needed one. I advised that I booked an appointment and was willing to pay and was not because I was exposed as I know you need a PCR test for this.

I was refused and turned away with no explanation from the appointment I booked even though I met all the criteria to get a rapid test.

I needed to mail a box back to Amazon, I left it open because I thought I needed to put the slip inside. This was the first return I was not sure what to do. The mail lady was kinda rude to me saying she can’t help me and I need to go buy packing tape. I asked her if she could let me have a small piece she said no go buy some. I tried to ask someone else who also brushed me off and said that the post office has tape. I had to buy packing tape to mail it out. I feel like she could have been more human. I came back and a nicer mail man was there instead and was super nice. Being kind goes a long way, I think she lost her way.

Not really pleased by how an interaction with the pharmaceutical workers went over. Thought about switching here because of how close it is to my home. However I am glad I didn't make the switch yet. A bit of a customer service tip. Ask if that's everything before hanging up the phone in the middle of a customers sentence. I've never done that at my customer service job and would never think to even if I was angry about the person on the other end.

Terrible customer service. Called in for an item (inventory showed 2, confirmed via phone call - where my 30 minute hold request was denied) ; one sold as I got there (25 minutes after the call) - but they apparently only had 1 the whole time. After confirming they had 2 over the phone (Shoppers online feed supposedly updates regularly).

No attempt to help locate item at another store, or assistance OF ANY TYPE was offered. If anything, I recieved attitude for questioning.

Wasted an hour of my time, where it was easily preventable.

I told my doctor I'm traveling out of the country for 1 1/2 months, and she prescribed enough. Mentioned it several times at the pharmacy to make sure they knew. I was told there is enough to last until a month after I get back with the pills I already have. There isn't even enough to last my stay. I've been skipping days in between to spread it out.

I went to the Boutique yesterday not knowing if I needed anything from that part of the store. An employee by the name of Samara offered to help me as soon as I began browsing. Not only did she share knowledge on the products I was looking for, but she was incredibly kind and personable. I ended up leaving the store happy with all of my purchases. I will definitely be returning to this location again.

Employees apparently don’t have any idea nor they care if a customer asks about if something is available in this store or not. I asked two employees, separately, if they have some particular guide book in the store, first of all they did neglected and didn’t pay any attention what i am asking them, secondly, they just said go to the concerned section and figure it out, if we have it will be there or it’s not. Been here first time and had worst experience. No one cares about customer satisfaction. If you don’t wanna do the job then quit and go home, let someone deserving take the opportunity here. Thank you.

Their post office lost a package I was trying to deliver to the states. I couldn’t get tracking because it had a prepaid postage sticker on it so now I have to replace the item for $130. I’ll never come here again regardless of what I need.

I came in on April 7,2021. I was looking for perfume. Not just perfume, I had specifications for high quality, long lasting, fruity perfume. I first met Ryan who gave me phenomenal choices based solely on what I requested, but he called in Jocelyn who he felt knew could provide me with a more relatable product. I had so much FUN with these two. They went above and beyond trying to help my crazy request for the perfect perfume. They were honest, precise and a blast. I felt like I was shopping with friends. I ended up buying MUSC NOIR, Narciso Rodriguez and let them know I would be revealing my review after testing the product. They stated they wanted the feedback amd welcomed me back.

Here goes: guuurrrrlll I was looking for long lasting, which after using 1/4 bottle.um that it is not BUT. FUN, FAB, Complimentary YES! No regrets. Thanks to you both, I look forward to coming back and getting Ryan's recommendation. Thanks for your advice and ensuring I am a returning customer.

If you want to be without medication, then and only then use this location. Lately they are missing on prescription and refills and no ownership on the issue. Time to go to other pharmacy for my prescription needs

Ok people. Beware about one product they are selling at this location. It looks like a vacuum for cars but it's actually a scam. Yah seriously it is a scam. Doesn't work that all. Very bad quality, the only thing that thing gonna vaccun it's your wallet. They don't allow you to return it cause the covid. Yah right.

Probably it was my bad day, hitting a terrible pharmacist there. Poor services, Her tones of voice was made me really upset. Asking for refills by faxing the Dr. Office. It took them 4 days and I didn’t even get the pills while my father was in pain. I had to get help from the another pharmacy. Which they can solve the problem in just less than an hour. Hello! You see the difference. When people work with their heart or someone just work for money. I hope one day her family members will suffer from the pain and she can’t get the pills from no where. So She will experience the same as me

When you walk in, this is like any SDM stores in layout and design. However, when you interact with the staff, you soon realise this is less than other SDMs. Staff are missing and when they appear, don't seem to please to be helping.it's not really anything they said: just the whole demeanor like they'd rather be somewhere else than helping a customer. This must be the most shabby SDM I know over the years. Not sure what's going on with the folks here. Maybe they need a staff makeover in attitude or maybe even personnel. I usually like shopping at SDM but not this one.will try another that's a little further away from home in the future.

Usually friendly staff but always waiting they are always busy there no matter when you come to pick up or drop prescriptions even when they notify you that they ready.

I was not impressed with a cashier at the front. Not very friendly. She did not ask if I wanted a bag. I had to pack my items that I bought in a bag that I had. Meanwhile she served another person while I wasn't finished.

This store is basically useless when it comes to stock and pricing. All of their groceries you can find cheaper at other stores, and the stock levels of most of the other departments are non-existent. The cosmetics section is incredibly over-priced for products you can find at Walmart for average $4-$5 less, if this location even has them in stock, the rest is abysmal. I went in for a pack of AA batteries, the smallest pack they had was 15 batteries for $15.99. That’s outrageous seeing as they were PC brand batteries. Severely do not recommend.

I walked in the store today with a family who did not have a mask. No one questioned their actions or informed them it was mandatory now. They were greeted by the esthetician, the same as I was. Regrettably I will not go back.

My doctor called at 11.30 for the medication I called them after they told me it will be ready in an hour I go at 2.15 she say it's not ready gave us few more minutes there are four people in the pharmacy section I don't know what they are doing this is not the first time there is always an issue with them very slow and not professional

This has happened twice now total ripoff artists. I went in to pre pay for a family members hep shot asked to make sure there was no other fees for when they come in and I was told "no your son can just come in and get the shot" but when they arrive they are told they have to pay $20 extra to get the shot there.

Very poor customer service. Went in to get the photographs for citizenship and she refused to stamp the one of the 2 photos suggesting that they stamp only one photograph. I showed her the requirements that it doesn’t say it anywhere. And she was so adamant, that they stamp only 1 and that she has done 1000s of them. Who cares about how many you have taken. It doesn’t say on the requirements and how does stamping another photo makes it so hard for them. She was so stuck onto the fact that they stamp only one and was so rude and mean and suggested that she is willing to refund the amount.
Ended up getting the refund.
Never going back there.

Natasha from beauty boutique was amazing! Very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I enjoyed that she didn’t rush me or the customers ahead with many inquiries, will come back!

Been going here for many years. I'm very concerned about one pharmacy tech though. She used to be really really good a couple years ago but lately she has really disappointed. Each visit it gets worse. I dont want to say too much, but its concerning and am strongly considering a new pharmacy.

If there was a zero star i would give it for the pharmacy department. I was here tonight with my mom and the women refused to give my mom her prescription for nonsense reseaons which were not true when she finally did we sat there for 40 minutes and no one called her name while everyone else was called I don’t know why this lady wants to give a hard time but it’s disgusting and discrimative.
