Zero stars is even too much. The Rudest pharmacy team work here. It’s truly a Pharmacy from Hell. Even if im dying and need medicine wont go to this place again.

I visited the pharmacy at 7: 30 pm yesterday to obtain Paxlovid for COVID-19. The pharmacist informed me that I needed an appointment and should not be inside the store, she requested me to leave immediately and call for an appointment by saying "I don't want you to be here. " She also stated that I can only ask someone to help pick up my medications. I feel sorry for the oversight of not knowing about the need for an appointment, but her rude attitude made me feel very unwelcome.

Later on I left and made a call outside the store at 7: 37 pm, same lady pick up the phone and I followed the procedures to provide personal information. After that the lady said she would call back in about half an hour for medication collection, I will only be allowed to access by that time, so I decided to wait outside. However, after waiting for nearly two hours, I did not receive any callback and I decided to leave. Until the end of the store’s working hour, I still did not recieve any call back.

I understand the concerns about the COVID-19 situation, but I didn’t come for phermacy for no reason. I am sick and only looking to obtain the government-provided medicines. Despite of feeling unwelcome, ultimately I did not receive any necessary medication. I hope the pharmacist can approach each customer with a professional attitude.

Terrible experience at the pharmacy. Many people "working" there and still had to wait 15 minutes standing at the front before anyone came to help.
Then they tried to prescribe a systemic antiviral for a recurring cold sore. All that is needed is a topical cream. Not only are they lazy, but they are inept and unqualified at their jobs. Please, for your own health and safety, avoid this pharmacy.

It deserves a good review. I went to another shipper with the prescription, and the clerk said that the doctor couldn't pick up the medicine for you because he didn't send me an email. The clerk said that I will give you the medicine and then call the doctor to get the prescription. His serious and responsible attitude is worthy of praise

The pharmacy at this location is TERRIBLE they never answer the phones or if they do they put you on hold or hang up on you. They along with everyone else is using this pandemic as an excuse for their incompetence.

There is a wonderful lady who works at the front check-out counters of the store. I wish I caught her name, but she is just so amazing at her job, she greets you when you walk in, and os always there to help if needed. A lot of rude customers come in to this location, and on a number of occasions I have seen people be very harsh and rude with her and it breaks my heart. She is just so patient and kind to everybody. I think it is important to understand that the individuals that work at this Shoppers are all just doing their best. Please, for the love of God, fix your sound system. Thank you for all of your hard work over the years. Special shout out to the lovely lady in the front!

Zero is what this place deserves for hiring biased, unprofessional and extremely rude people. I have been going this location for about 20 years never had an issue. I even switched to their pharmacy 4 years ago. My daughter who has severe anxiety went in and purchased some medication for me which she found with the help of the pharmacist Christina she handed my daughter the 2 packages and my daughter went to self checkout and scanned the product thinking it is the same and we left. I was driving towards home when my daughter realized the packages weren't the same so we called Christina and she said to come back and exchange it. We went and told the cashier who was rude so I asked for the manager/supervisor he came and was trying to help and in this much time Christina came my daughter was honest and told her I'm not sure if I scanned one twice or both individually Christina acted all nice and acted like she would be helpful and lied to us saying to give her the receipt she would check however she went and started checking the cctv footage and made us feel terrible that was not needed she put us down by insulting us she is a flat out BIASED why would we come back if we wanted to cheat or fraud your store? It was Christina's fault she should of checked both packages before handing them over to my daughter. Christina should stick to being a pharmacist not a private investigator or store security we did nothing wrong.
Mahesh the supervisor was nice enough and acknowledged it and agreed it was also her mistake however Christina needed to apologize which she didn't till I called her a biased and ignorant lady.

Always helpful staff. A little too small space at pharmacy for receiving vaccines. But are efficient.

I called last night at 8: 30pm on behalf of my mom to get paxlovid for her. The pharmacist works till midnight and was super patient, kind and helpful over the phone. We carefully went through my mom's medical history. The medicine was ready for pick-up within 30 minutes! It was nearing day 5 window so we couldn't wait till Monday for the delivery service. Thankful that someone was there to assess and process medicine at such a late hour. Very efficient and good service.

Walked over. No Buckley's, no saline spray. Last time no kids medicine. Before that no milk. What's the point of risking it anymore. Long wait times and irate customers.at pharmacy due to unfortunate surge rush timings. Not the pharmacists fault - but in general not a convenient place to go.

This is a great place to shop and you’ll get the respect you deserve lots of entitlements around here

One of the worst pharmacy I ever walked in, very rude and unprofesional pharmesist and pharmacy assistant work here, they believe they are above of medical doctors and instead calling the doctor to make sure about accuracy of prescription talking very rude like criminal inside the court with customers, I cannot believe such an unskilked persons can work in Canada. I never seen such issue in other shoppers or other branded pharmacies in last 11 years.

Five stars for Ellen who always has such a friendly and polite manner when she rings in my purchases at the checkout counter. She is one of the friendliest cashiers I have ever had!

I’ve been a client at this location for over 25 years. The store is always clean, well organized and the staff all super friendly and make you feel at home. Would definitely recommend!

The pharmacy and all the people working there are very incompetent. Nobody picks up the phone ever. The appointments given for vaccinations aren't accurate or given to their own friends, employees or family. Nobody calls to let you know when your prescription is ready for pick up! Zero is what they deserve for their terrible set up and attitudes.

I went there for walk in covid vaccine. The lady in reception gave my turn to a family who his son working there. I felt bad how people are so racist.

Closed early. It's kind of B. S.for a company to have thier doors locked 6 minutes before the posted hours of operation! As a store manager people would and have been written up for this. I usually like this location even though they Often run out of staple products but trying to pick up a prescription refill During Posted hours of operation and being told they are closed is B÷ll $hit

Extremely impolite when giving medical advice. With no patient and keep saying please go ask the doctor. (For a finger cut)

Great shop. I always pop in to get snacks on sale, also I am super close-by so huge benefit for me:)

Staff is friendly if you treat them with respect. Store is always clean. Pharmacy people are really nice too.

Nymark Shoppers is my local store. Staff are always friendly, helpful and many greetings from the moment I enter. (Including the Post Office). One negative would be the stock items and amounts but as it is a small store, is understandable that space is limited.

I needed some urgent help for my boy's prescription and went to this location to speak to pharmacist. I had couple of inquiries and I had chance to meet Elizabeth and Christina. Both of them, what a wonderful and kind hearted pharmacists!
I've been to many locations and met many pharmacists. Elizabeth and Christina, they are the BEST!
Both of them were very kind, helpful and pleasant! They were very sincere since I was there to pick up medicine for my boy and they took real good care of me. I can not thank them enough!

Your selfcheckout machines are awful. Just get rid of them and put two proper ones, or hire one more staff.

Awful experience at this facility. I arrived at the Canada Post right at 4 pm and the staff, Mina, told me that they were closed. I told her that my watch is showing exactly 4 pm. Then she accused me of raising my voice. She didn't care about customer's experience obviously.

Would like wish the Pharmacy staff a Happy New Year (the general Shoppers Staff no less) for going above and beyond especially to Sammy. I truly appreciated the courtesies. Thank You!

Usually in shoppers drug Mart there's not much difference among the branches, I love this particular one is a bit different as the availability of items and the availability of people willing to help in the store is much lesser. I was unable to find quite a few over the counter drugs and the queue for the prescription was quite long

I am having an issue with the pharmacy right now and this is unusual as they are normally very good with me and attentive if there is an issue and in the past they made every effort when they were not receiving the fax my doctor kept sending them. I think there is a problem with the fax machine or the system they are using to file the incoming faxes. The last tile the problem turned out to be someone had moved the paper to another pile somewhere and they could not find it and did not think it had come in but it was there and after much searching and calling the doctors office back the manager or supervisor found it.

This time I was rushed off and told to try the doctor again but the doctors office was closed. This was last night and i called back this morning and was told they had not received it and to call the doctor back. I asked if they could please check or were sure they had not misplaced it and was told sorry it's not here without any attempt to help me further. I just spoke to the doctors office and they fax went through and was not returned and now she is faxing again so I will call back now. It was imperative I got this medication yesterday and I told them this as I have to work and can not just leave to go to the pharmacy without first permission and then my employer finding someone to cover for me till I get back.

I hope to continue using this pharmacy because of their past record and for helping me when I had an issue just like this and they went all out as they understood my situation and need for my medication. It is not a medication I can just stop taking without getting severe headaches as a side effect of suddenly stopping. This would affect my ability to do my job affectively and cause me much distress and a painful headache. I will follow up and I will be fair as I am not complaining so much because I am upset but because it is not the level of service I am used to and I hope they can find out where the problem lies.

Edit: I just got off the phone with Kai I believe his name is spelled and he was very accommodating. He checked and did receive the fax and because of my situation at work offered to deliver it right to my door. I realized I only have my debit card as a means of payment so this would not work so he told me he could send it to the pharmacy across the street from my workplace and this works out perfectly. I also asked him if he could look into the issue of what went wrong just so I could make a discussion whether or not to send my next prescription because it is important and I will face the same situation possibly. He told me he will look into it and let me know and I am grateful. My doctor is next door to your pharmacy and I find it convenient and if there ever was an issue and the doctors office is still open it should be easy enough for the pharmacy to contact them. I would like to keep using your services and hope this message helps your store in the long run and for others that use it as well. If there is a simple problem that can be corrected with the system this should help it get the attention it needs I am hoping. Well just to update the sending of the prescription to the other Shoppers at the Victoria Van Horn Plaza did not go se smoothly. The only reason I allowed it to be sent there was under the condition they had the medication and could fill it before 5pm. Kai was good to call them and make sure of these things first and then he sent it. By 2 pm I called to see if it was there yet and they told me yes but could come later but would not give me a time. I told them it was important I get it before my doctor leaves at 5pm should they need to call him as they often do.

430 and I still had heard nothing so I went over to see for myself. Well the young man told me "we only got it today so maybe tomorrow? " I was floored and had to go through the whole story again and reasons it was imperative to have before 5 and they had 3 hours already to fill it I am out of letter allowed

Poor customer service. Not willing to help me with finding the right charger for my smartphone, blaming me for not knowing which one would fit!

Usually, helpful staff. Post office phone is abandoned these days so it defeats the purpose of quarantine, coz now we have to physically go, whether we can postpone going out or not, sigh!

Should update hours online. Raced here after working an evening shift at the hospital to get gravol for my sick husband only to find the store closed at 10. I could have gone to another location but now everything is closed.

Amazing service and selection. Parking is good too. The staff are very nice as well. Overall, it's great.

Poor customer service and double tax on New Paper. I try to brought a Ming Poa news paper which is $1 tax included but the cashier ask for $1.05. I question it and a Senior person come and said that is what the system set and have no intention to investigate and said you can you can not buy it.

Terrible photo service! We need passport photos but non of the indivival photo store were open due to covid 19. We had no choice so went to this store to take photos. Photos looks super ugly and expensive (almost double price)! They could give you 4 or 6 photos with no extra cost but did not let the customer know (we only got 2 for each of us)! When we realize we need one more photo for extra passport related document (due to covid 19), they told us they deleted all the photos and ask you to spend another $19.99+tax to get ONE more photo! The lady showed me the camera when she took the photo and I saw lots of photos inside from previous people but now she said she deleted them all! One gentleman even answered me they don't do photo service at this moment how would she need a lot of camera space and deleted all of ours? People works here are rude and not willing to help at ALL! Never come to the store to take photo! Unless you want super UGLY and expensive photo and terrible service!

Dealing with such a high volume pharmacy, based on the how they have a walk in clinic right door as well as North York General hospital right down the street, the shoppers drug mart staff here did an excellent job in having my medication that I need to walk in to get everyday. They always my prescription ready and have showed true compassion in understanding the discomfort of my condition and how getting my daily medication quickly makes a big difference, I often deal with Monisha and she is truly amazing as what she does. She keeps the whole pharmacy smoothly, There is always a difference in the way the pharmacy is run when she is not there. She is very professional and compassionate. Its been an absolute pleasure dealing with her.
I do however maybe if the staff could provide the pharmacy some seasoned pharmacists to assist. I think if the had Someone as talented and efficient when she is not there, I think it would keep customers a little happier. Thank you guys for all your help!

Waiting time is more than an hour. Too much chit chatting with customers. You guys focus on what matters the prescription being requested.

I moved all our prescriptions to this location as we moved from the west end. Everytime anyone from my family needs or renews a prescription something always happens. I'm currently waiting to figure out what's happening with my mothers prescription I've been here for 1 hr. This is the worst pharmacy and I still don't know what's happening. But I cannot leave as my mother needs her meds. They are always short staffed how can the owner of the pharmacy not have adequate staff on at all times? This is a busy location and as such they should staff accordingly.it's extremely frustrating and I will be moving our prescriptions when they renew.

I just wanted to say Monisha the pharmacist was very kind, patient and understanding. It was genuine care she showed me when answering my questions. I appreciate that so much.

Another Shoppers with a bad pharmacy. Staff is confused and slow and there’s always lineups. They can’t fill the simplest of prescriptions in under an hour. When they offer to deliver it instead, they neglected to mention they don’t deliver every day and didn’t bother to tell you that fact. Such incompetence there. And agree about the accessibility issue. Hardly any handicapped parking and the bars make it excessively difficult for walkers and wheelchairs.

One of the worst pharmacy ever. So careless. Patients time has no meaning for them. Two hours and a half for one prescription. 3 times asked my information.
Another time I was there for flu shot at eleven o'clock at night. No body was there, he asked me to wait about 30 to 45 minutes. I asked why, he told me, he has to take care of some prescriptions for tomorrow. Really they need some proper management.

The customer service from the front of the store right to the pharmacy is absolute garbage. You'll be waiting longer than needed to check out at the front and the delicate genius's in the pharmacy will keep you waiting 45 minutes to even hours at a time for a simple prescription.
I now go to a different store that's farther away intentionally.

This location doesn't keep track of date in there products many are expired already it happens the I didn't check and end up taking expired products home

Location is anti elderly and Not properly wheelchair accessible. They installed posts for God knows why and put gates no one in a wheel chair can open. Which means if you park in handicapped area you have to wheel all the way to the front in open traffic just to get in the front door and once you are in you are trapped by the dumbest gate design.

Whoever did this should lose their job. They put no thought into it. If it's too keep people from taking shopping carts that's the only thing ready to take.

How does a company who makes money off of the ill, elderly and infirm have a location like this?
