This is inside the Shepherd subway station. Transportation is convenient and products are well organized. The staff are not friendly. However, the pharmacy staff are friendly and explain the differences between medications well.

Super gross experience that I want to go there get a new perfume but two women works there super unprofessional and don’t even give me a look they just talk to each other all the time! Not recommend! Don’t go!

So…

I don’t know but there was an incident were I had to put a hair product back because my card was declined so I needed t bail out without the stuff & this lady perhaps the owner accused me of being a thief?

& still I walk out threw the sensors & it didn’t go off & that proves I’m an innocent customer.

Wow! I will DEFINITELY! Not come here again no more ; (because sadly I do happen to go here most of the times & sadly I have such a bad experience with this situation for the first time. I’m done with this store.

Its always busy and packed with people but well organized and well-stocked. The entrance is a bit cramped with people vying for the checkouts.but are moved though with efficiency and skill. The employees are also helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about pretty much everything in the store.

I am an university student and been loading my presto in Shoppers since 2021, they hardly ask me my university ID but today a lady in this location started lecturing me about so many new rules and documents that I never heard of and she refused to do it. I had to rush to a different location and they were absolutely fine with my card. That lady said ‘ I am doing my job’ so my question is rest of the shoppers is not doing their job. I wish I could rate the customer service negative ratings.

Typical Shoppers. Good selection of stuff. They just CRANK the heat to an unnecessarily high temperature You will sweat/get sick in the winter if you go in.

Thank you to the nurse in the pharmacy who gave me my bivalent COVID vaccine. The waiting area is so nicely set up that myself & another Client chatted away for at least 30 minutes after we received our vaccinations.

Been to many shoppers pharmacies and this one is by far the worst.waited 40 min to pick up and check out a prescription, guy had no idea how to process payments and was also incapable of communicating what the issue was (if he was new or whatever). Asked to just go to the front to pay, after much deliberation he told me it wasn’t possible.looks around lost when he didn’t know how to do his job and there seems to be no one around to help him, all the while there’s a growing line of 8+ people.asked me to swipe my own card when there’s literally a tall glass pane and i ended up breaking skin on my hand trying to squeeze through and swipe on their machine, only to be told it wasn’t working.ended up just grabbing the stuff and going to the front where they were actually able to process the transaction.terrible service and management.

One of the worst customer service ever, located in Sheppard Centre. It is like they're only trying to rip you off by making your prescription divided two or three portions so they can charge you more fees.

I enjoyed the Shoppers experience at this location. This is a high throughput store with lots of selection. The pharmacy section in particular is well staffed resulting in fast turnaround despite the large number of customers.

I recently received my 65+ Flu shot at SDM Sheppard Centre. The lady that administer the vaccine was professional and pleasant even though she was quite busy.

Last week I was helping my wife to book a PCR Test for Travel. She paid $150 online to Life Labs and was waiting for an email from Shoppers Sheppard Centre to set up an appointment. Because of the time urgency, I went to Shoppers to try to book for an appointment in person. There were a few people waiting outside of Room B. When I saw a young lady (staff member, looked 18 or 19 years old). Delivering some documents to Room B, I stopped her and told her what I wanted. She explained to me that I had received an order number from Life Labs, but I need to go to Shoppers website to get a confirmation number. She was very patient taking me step by step when I tried to go through the process on my iPhone clumsily. She stayed with me for over 15 minutes until I booked my appointment. I was truly impressed with how nice she was in helping her customers.

Rude cashier (tall female with dark curly hair), treated my items roughly. She scanned them and threw/slid them infront of me. I would've usually let it go but it was chocolates for a christmas gift.

I confronted her about it and she just gave me a dirty look while denying it and rolled her eyes and moved onto the next customer when I asked her if I can change it. So I tried to ask the worker beside her and that's when she gave me attitude and said she did tell me that I could change it when she didn't.

She's always been rude but this is my breaking point, which is why I'm posting this review.

My review is about the pharmacy and COVID test.
After checking Shoppers website and Health Ontario website, I realized that this store must get covid test for free from people with syptoms.
I filled out a form and I got a message that within 24 h to 48 h I will be contacted.
So guess what! No one contacted me after more than 48 hrs so I called the store and after waiting for 15 mins on the line I got to talk to the pharmasist (I suppose) and here is what he said: Testing for people with symptoms is not free. There is a website for booking but no available appointment on the third day after requesting one.
And no apologies for waiting for more than two days for nothing.
Is this the right behavior to the people who actually might have covid?
He clearly did not want to help or do the responsibilities. Whatever their policy is, it doesn’t seem right.
I would give 0 if it was feasible.

It’s in close proximity where I live. A place to get some medication and COVID 19 Vaccine. Staff are very helpful in assisting customers!

Your website for getting on a wait-list for Covid vaccination doesn't work at all, in fact it's the same for all Loblaw Pharmacies and Shoppers, a waste of time and frustrating. Rexall is much better and at least their Pharmacists are willing to help. I can't even get a PIN number after 4 hours of trying, so what's the point? If you don't have a vaccine then just be honest with people. Horrible time wasting experience

I don't like to give bad reviews to anyone but I had a very very bad experience in their beauty boutique and i should let others know, there is a blonde short hair rud lady there and i believe she is their manager, i don't understand if she is their manager and her customer service is this much rud what other staffs are doing. Very unprofessional.

What is customer service?
These employees have no idea how to handle customers.
When you have a defective product they just give you a refund without giving you a suggestion or advice about another product.
The manager Helen seemed nice and willing to help at the beginning but it’s obvious that she is no willing to go the extra mile or not able to help when there is a problem.
The whole team needs to be re-trained on PK (product knowledge) and problem solve.
I have noticed this store in particular lacking on customer service and conduct.
Especially when talking in their own language in front of customers which is very unacceptable and unprofessional.

Very bad experience at the beauty shop.

I went there to book RT-PCR test for my travel and guy there said they are not open for booking yet and check again next week. I went there yesterday and I got to know that all the slots are booked for next 2 weeks. Its really pathetic behavior in current situation which puts everyone in very difficult position. Now I have to keep finding alternatives as everything now is by appointments only.

Some of the staff here is so pleasant and kind (the part time workers to be honest). There is a full time cashier who is absolutely horrible to customers and has a complete lack of customer service and friendliness. I went in early this morning to grab 2 toilet papers (one for my mom and one for me - my mom is not very mobile and it's difficult for her to get things for herself.) The sign and flyer both say a limit of 2 - which I was respecting. The cashier told me a limit of 1 and when I asked about the sign posted she berated and yelled at me in front of an entire lineup of customers. During this time it is completely baffling why people would treat other people like that when we should be coming together and trying our best to understand everyone's situations. Absolutely disgusting.

Awful Pharmacy Customer Service, especially during a time where COVID has been on the rise again. The gentleman over the phone had clearly had no idea what he was talking about in regards to the new Pharmacy regulations (that has also been posted online everywhere already) for Testing and gave little to no effort to help for alternatives for booking a appointment for my family.

Rude cashier didn't accept the lotto gift card. At first she refused that they don't accept and When I told her I have used it before at the same location she said not today that's it. I didn't want to argue so I left with my purchase won't be coming back. Leaving a review

This morning, the security guard at the entrance was not wearing a mask. I reminded him that wearing a mask would protect himself and customers. He said masks bothered him! This guy had no clue how he endangered the life of others, and SDM should make wearing masks a requirement for its staff.btw, I've never seen a security guard wearing a mask at SDM Sheppard Center

Compared to the location and popularity of this place, there are not enough types and quantities of household goods or food in the store. Pharmacy facilities are often fluctuating enough to be good and sometimes uncomfortable.

I had ordered what I thought was my regular shade (1.5) of a foundation that I use regularly through the on line Beauty Boutique. When I received it I put it away for a couple of months until I needed it without noticing it was a 2.5 shade not a 1.5. I called the online beauty boutique and they suggested I take it into a store and they would exchange it. I took it into the Sheppard Centre store to exchange with the email showing I purchased from Shoppers on line. Despite the package being unopened (I notice error before opening) and in perfect condition the manager of the beauty boutique would not do a straight exchange with the correct colour. I appreciate that there is a 30 day exchange policy but there would be no harm or loss to the store if they helped me. I went to another Shoppers and the manager in that store did not hesitate to help me. I will no longer purchase beauty products at the Sheppard Centre store since it feels that they do not care about their customers.

Refused my return WITH a receipt in original packaging because they didnt carry the $12 item I bought at a different Shoppers. I dont understand. I have a receipt.you are a Shoppers Drug Mart store.checked your return policy and its completely valid what I was trying to return. Please train your associates better.

Pathetic assistants. Went to try perfumes, the assistant says she has no fragrance test strips.
Ironically asks the other customers in the high end fragrance section if they're doing fine.
Please TRAIN your assistants to treat all customers equally with respect.
This store is just getting more pathetic in service day by day.

This pharmacy gave me the wrong medication. It had my name on it, and the only reason I figured it out was because I called the pharmacy to ask about dosage and they realized they’d given me something completely different than what the doctor had prescribed. Not only that but I was pregnant when they made this mistake! There should be procedures in place so that this kind of thing does not occur. Very upset and disappointed.

I always used self checkout here only today I went to the cashier and ask here to redeem one of the coupons on a sunscreen she was so rude and here behaviour was totally disrespectful! What’s wrong with some people that they don’t have the patience to respond only one question!

I'd say it's a good store, have been coming here for years.
It's not always super smooth though. A guy in the beauty salon gave me hard time when I asked to glue falsies, though a girl from whom I purchased the lashes, said I can come any time for that kind of help.
But what I didn't appreciate at all is a staff member, a pretty, short, dark skin/dark hair/eyes woman telling me a few times 'what do you expect when the item is on sale' when I asked if those sale items are going to be restocked in the near future. I found it very rude and condescending! Btw, those items were restocked in 2 days, so not only she is so rude, but she also gave me wrong info and repeated it. I'd talk less about things I don't know. Very unpleasant!
Other than that my experience is normally good. Ladies in the beauty section are very helpful and friendly.

Pharmacy person KAI keeps you waiting for 10 minutes if you don’t take both of your medication and only take one. They want you to go their way. This is the second time this happening. Last time same person made me more than 20 minutes to pick up my presents order. When asked why? I was told “there are other prescriptions to fill! ”

Had a very bad experience at this location. At around 8 pm last night, Saturday March 9 the whole store had just one staff at its beauty section that was no help in serving the number of customers like me who needed help in choosing the right cream for my mom, one person just serving at cash. And also only one cashier at other section that was doing both customer at her cash register and self serve cashes. Such a vaste of time and such an stress and workload for the staff. They absolutely need to hire more staff at both sections specially the beauty boutique that a knowledge person’s help is a must.

This shoppers has 2 separate sections - the high end makeup section and the regular section. I walked into the higher end section and picked up a couple products then walked on over to the other section. As I was looking at the “cheaper” makeup products with a few high end products in my hand, the lady working in the high end section came running to me and asked me to hand over my items so she could keep them for me when I was ready. I asked her why and she said it’s her job to “make sure everything is running properly”. I asked her if it was policy or if there was some sort of rule about bringing products from the other section over and she kind of dogged the question once again saying she’s just doing her job. I was extremely upset not sure why she seemed to have “targeted me”. I live in the area and go there often. Not impressed. Her name on my receipt is Marcia A.
