Poor service from pharmacy i called about 5 times and no answer on hold for 30 mins every time until i hang up only because last time i went the doctor said they faxed my prescription and they said they didn’t have it and i ubered to the location and wasted money to go there for nothing and reading the reviews here they seem all about right they don’t do their job properly

I'm embarrassed that I have to write this review, but what I just experienced is shameful.

I went into this Shoppers today to grab some cold medicine and the most affordable option was on sale for $7.99. I took the medicine to self check-out where it wrang up as $10.49 so I called for assistance to get an override. The cashier at the front kept assisting customers in his line while I waited and waited. After 5-10 mins of waiting, I gave up and went to cosmetics. Once again, no one was there to help. At this point, I was getting frustrated that there only seemed to be 1 person working while the store was busy. I found a lady stocking shelves in the beauty department and asked for her help. I also advised her that the price was coming up wrong.

This is where things take a turn. She explained that because they were short staffed, they were putting the stickers for tomorrow's sale up tonight and the price displayed was actually going into effect tomorrow. I advised her that this was improper and they should honour the price that's displayed and I referred to the Scanner Price Accuracy Code. I also told her that the tag on the item said the sale ends Nov 10, but didn't say that the sale started Nov 4. She said she would get a manager and she brought over Param. Param repeated the same message to me and I once again referred to the SPAC and once again said that the tag doesn't say the start date of the sale. She took the medicine and went by herself to the cough aisle to check the price. A few minutes go by and she comes back and says to me that she can't find this item (which I don't believe because it's in a very accessible aisle where the rest of the medicine is). We both go to the medicine aisle and sure enough, the sale tag was gone. I was in disbelief and I told her how is it possible that 10 minutes ago the tag was there and now it's conveniently not because I complained? I am dumbfounded that the manager of this store is acting like this. I would like to know if the difference between the sale price vs.actual price was coming out of her own pocket. I sincerely believe that she removed the tag herself when she went to check the price the first time.

I will be reporting this location for these improper practices and I will be reporting this "manager" for such shameful behaviour. I am embarrassed for her.

Really disappointed. The lady in cosmetic section is very rude. She don’t know how to deal with customers and have zero intention to help. The only thing a customer want is good guidance about product, which she doesn’t want to do at all. Never gonna visit this location ever in my life!

Bad experience ever had in my life. The girl in cosmetics section needs to be polite. Customer is not there to tolerate rude behaviour. I hope they should hire better staff who really can help the customers.

There is a worker named Komal, have no sense that how to behave with customers. She is just full of attitude and ego. Worst person in shopper's.

Poor service beyond explanation. We had our doctor fax the medication prescription to this location to save time. But upon reaching here, they didn’t even check the fax. We told them and then they checked. Started all over and wasted 1 hour of our time. Not coming back here. Desis don’t deserve anything.

The staff is very rude.they don’t know how to talk to a customer especially manager …
They even don’t know when their photography section closes.one associate says it’s closed at 5.30 pm, other says at 6.30 pm and manager says 7.00 pm
When i asked have you mentioned it on your website, she said it’s my wish whether i have to mention it or not

Cosmetician name Sanjam, is worst person working there 3 times I went there, she is so rude and disrespectful towards immigrants. I saw her treating a lady so disrespectfully just a message for her, "If she cant respect someone, she better go find some other job"

Very Bad customer service.usually cosmetics department has really helpful associates. SANJAM who helped us was in her own world, she was very rude, people should not be in customer service if, they don't like people, we did shop there but it was like why i m buying from this girl. I hope someone is paying attention how they are treating people. Look for someone other then her when buying products

I met a pharmacist named Shrishti and inspite of her being so busy still she took time to show and suggest some vitamin supplements for me. Had a great experience.

Went today for my travel covid test RT PCR. Even though I missed my original appointment at my own fault, they accomodated and helped get it done as I am flying next day. Lester not only helped with logistics but also helped addressed all my questions, provide guidance for test abd what to expect wirh travel and other details. Well done Lester

Lets the phone ring for 5 mins then puts you on hold for 5 mins call back puts your rig back on hold customer services is just non existent use Walmart pharmacy just up the street

Got a rapid antigen covid test done for a travel to USA. It was done on time and i was in and out in 20 minutes.

No one picks up at pharmacy ridiculous and never have my prescription ready on time! Will be changing to another pharmacy.
Avoid.

The pharmacy is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to sometimes (especially today). I've been trying to get through to the pharmacy for 1.5 hours now and have been placed on hold twice, for a total of 35 minutes, with no one answering the phone. Now I can't even get through to the main line. This is ridiculous and not everyone has time to wait on hold. This is not accessible at all.

Absolutely terrible service. Could not get through the phone line to speak with anyone in the pharmacy to confirm whether my prescription was ready for pickup. After trying for an hour I decided to go in to the location just to be told that it wasn’t ready. If only I could have called to confirm this before wasting my time…

The associate working in the beauty department is extremely rude to customers and does not have the social skills to be working in customer service. Even other customers around noticed how she speaks to certain people. I didn't get her name this time.

Always count your medications when you're ordering at this location. They will always charge you for for full medication and will give you half. When you complain they will tell you it was a counting mistake or they misread the prescription. They did this to me twice and when I complained, they told me that was a counting mistake or they misread the prescription, while charging me the full price. They also told me that my medication was not covered by the insurance company. When I checked it was covered and still Shoppers charged me. I will complain to Ministry of Health for sure. Stay away from this location if you don't want to be cheated.

Had a visit in this pharmacy first time. Pharmacist there she was very helpful and professional.

Had dealt with Pharmacist Gurpreet few times and found not only she is rude while speaking to patients and making them wait even longer than average Shoppers pharmacy time, but also she is very unprofessional. Try to avoid this pharmacy and shopper's location.

Went for my COVID test yesterday. Pharmacist Gurpreet was very helpful. She was very professional and took every safety measures required. Great job done
